Hello together, I have a problem with the central locking of my smart. Sometimes the driver’s door does not open when I unlock at the touch of a button – it only opens the passenger’s door. Even the turn signals don’t give a signal. In the workshop I was told that the lock has to be replaced on the driver’s side. What I find strange, though: the trunk can’t be opened either, but only when I open the passenger’s door. Hello, 2024 I changed the brake line from the ABS hydraulic unit to the rear to the two wheel brake cylinders on my 451 from 2007. Since yesterday the little one has again incontinence and it drips brake fluid at the bottom left, also the container is empty and the brakes at the rear are cold. Can one somehow find free workshops the smart partners are? Does anyone know a listing for Austria? Up to now I had a workshop in Vienna, but that is currently 250km away from me. With me nearby there is also no Mercedes workshop that could read something out for me at the smart e.g… I get spare parts even if I drive almost 100km, because the Mercedes dealer is not a smart partner at 20km distance.

Hello! I bought a Smart Coupe on Friday – EZ 09/08, Passion with 52 kw. Today I had to refuel it again, and I was terrified. A consumption of 7,65l/100km! That’s enormous! Can it be because the car stood 4 months? What can I do to reduce fuel consumption? I drive the Smart only in professional traffic, long distance (45 km easy), no highway, no lead foot, only driven with automatic. MfG

As leasing rate (36 months with 30000km/year) our smart dealer offered us 187€ gross at 250€ gross deposit. When I heard this I was really shocked about the amount of the rate! I had previously assumed the same rate during my planning but WITHOUT down payment . How do you rate this offer? Is the offer really so bad, or are my prices just completely unrealistic? Hello everyone, I now discover every day a different problem…… :-/ I wondered why the Smart has been so busy lately. I took a closer look at the one before and raised the carpet. And look there….. The foam was soaked with water. It can’t come out of the trunk, or from the side windows. The trunk is dry. The side windows were leaking, but they had them sealed. Someone had a hard time. Idea where the water could come from?? Then I guess you’ll have to drive to dry out……. Has someone had good experiences with something like this in the HH room and can recommend something to me???
