I’ve read a lot of good things about the 451 series, so I want to focus my search on it. I’ve picked out some ads on ebay classifieds, where I want to start inquiries now. Hello together, Since a while my Smart fortwo Bj12/2003 Diesel only manually and no longer automatically switches. It thus does not drive the gears anymore. 1speed up to 25 2speed up to 40 3speed up to 60 etc. What could this be about??? Must say that this problem occurred 14days ago but after a few hours it was gone again u today it came again.Can’t judge yet if he does again normal driving u by itself. Hello, we know, for new vehicles from 1st November the tire pressure control is standard. At the end of May I get now a new 451 convertible which has already installed the RDK. Now I have one year winter tire, of course without RDK. Can I use it further or do I have to have it equipped with RDK? If so, what would you like such a conversion cost?

Servus together, got me a07 Smart 451 Cabrio Passion 1.0 84Ps! So far so good, the car has pretty much all the extras that there was then and 53000km. The car got a completely new engine before 2000km, because the old engine is so much overheated by a broken radiator hose, which it could not be saved any more! The engine was with all the attachments, except climate compressor! Problems there is also, the engine control light goes sporadically, according to launch diagnosis it is error code p2178! The mixture in cylinder bench 1 is too fat in the partial load range! At the cold start it runs rough, but not always and off and it seems that the engine is short-term in the emergency mode, no full gas possible!
