Hello, today I got an overview, which engines from KW 46 fall away and which come “new”. Since in the overview all series are affected, I put the topic here. In 2 days I move it into the range engines. VERY interesting!!!

which volvisti are at spritmonitor.de?
in the subforums there are a few threads in which the on-board computer consumption is compared to the consumption calculated at spritmonitor, and there are the recordethreads. but I did not find one in which the assembled motor talk community reports of its verbræuchen – so how about your consumption, are you satisfied and læuft it as expected? I not only ask for records, also “the dark side of the force” is of interest… I am currently at 9,4 liter/100km u nd am a little enttæuscht. earlier I have calculated all this by hand, and waltraud was well below 9 liter/100km. especially since ragnhild is also mainly moved outside. but compared to vehicles from the same period and with similar engine power, which are registered at spritmonitor.de, ragnhild is still in the lower third. that’s good. liebe gruss oli

Callback: Software problems force Volvo to callback most models.
Source : http://scandicsteel.blogspot.com/…/…areproblems-force-volvo.html The software of the Volvo Infotainment System Sensus is the trigger for a recall of 88 345 vehicles worldwide. Due to a bug in the software, the service service “Volvo-On-Call” could not function properly. With the exception of the V40 (Cross Country) Volvo retrieves vehicles from all currently offered in Germany – in this country the 7.282 units are available. e have a software deviation in the communication module impact on connected services such as “Volvo-On-Call”, in which the emergency call function is also integrated. “For example, in the event of an accident, GPS positions cannot be transmitted,” explained a spokesperson of Volvo Germany on request. The contractors will soon carry out a software update. This is scheduled for about 35 minutes. In the internal Volvo system, the implementation of the measure will then be registered, “Free workshops have no way to see whether a measure is open or has yet to be worked out. “The recall “R39917” concerns 88,345 vehicles of the following model series and years worldwide: Volvo XC90 of the model years 2017-2019 Volvo XC60 of the model years 2018-2019 Volvo XC40 of the model years 2018-2019 Volvo V90 of the model years 2017-2019 Volvo V90CC of the model years 2017-2019 Volvo V60 of the model year 2019 Volvo V60CC of the model year 2019 Volvo S90 of the Model years 2017-2019

Callback Diesel models 500,000 vehicles
Volvo calls back half a million diesel models worldwide Because the intake manifold could overheat and cause a fire in the engine compartment. In the series V40, V40CC, S60, S60CC, V60, V60CC, XC60, V70 (photo), XC70, S80, S90, V90, V90CC and XC90 from different model years between 2014 and 2019, the intake manifold made of plastic could overheat and deform, the speaker explained the measure. “In the worst case, there is the possibility that a locally limited engine compartment fire can occur.” The speaker did not provide any concrete answers. They differ according to the model and engine. According to our information, this includes a software update for the engine control. It is intended to alleviate the problem of excessive soot development in the unit. In addition, an optimization of the cooling system of the exhaust gas recirculation (AGR) is planned. t. In Germany these works are planned according to the current state of 54,704 vehicles. The internal action code is “R29939. Has anyone heard of it? Volvo Sensus voice control – a huge disappointment
Hello together, in advance, I have already posted the identical article (question) in the category Volvo XC902, S90 2, V90 2, there also mostly got understanding of the problem. However, it has been pointed out as an explanation partly also to the level of development of the XC90 (2015), so I would like to address my question this time to all Volvo drivers, including those who drive a newer model, in which one cannot lead as an explanation the “old” development level. Thank you for your understanding! Switching from BMW (MY17) to Volvo (MY21) and my impression on Volvo voice control (a transition car) with one word – scrap! The target entry didn’t work once. Drive currently an XC90 model year 2018 and get our new XC90 in December. Has there been any clearer improvements so far? What can you do?

proper service invoice Volvo dealer
Moin together, is it just me or have you already noticed that it seems to be difficult for Volvo partners to issue a correct invoice? Last year I took 3 months to get a half-acceptable invoice (15% / 19% problem). Currently I have an invoice on which no tax rate (but a tax amount) contains, which can make me problem with pre-tax deduction (for private individuals uninteresting). Best regards from the North! Can Volvo drivers change the brand so easily?
Hello together, so slowly it takes over with the “heretics”. One after the other (BILDCHEF has pushed himself into the abroad autotechnically, drives now a white/blue, D5MÄN drives a rice bowl, AndiXC90 will probably also change the camp and [Emkay] tells stories of SRT V8 etc.). We already have enough stress to keep our own subforum at ball height. Now come the foreign forums, which also want to be entertained. I think it is at the time something there against to do – who does with ? “MT front against strangers Unterforen” e.g. or so greeting Torsten

Range in electric mode – how does it work? How does the display work?
In the various sub-threads, there was a lot of discussion about the electric range of the Recharge/Twin Engine models and their display in the main display. Today I stumbled over, explaining the logic implemented by Volvo. Among other things, it is mentioned that after a successful charging process the vehicle always starts with the same pre-programmed basic values for the battery range. quote: Since the driving mode and other factors that affect the range in electric mode can hardly be calculated, Volvo sets a start value for the eDTE (Electric Distance To Empty, remaining range in electric mode) when the vehicle is fully charged. This start value does not represent a forecast, but a maximum value for the possible range in electric mode. A fully charged S60 T6/T8, which is Hybrid mode starts, shows an eDTE start value of up to 40 km (24 miles). When starting in Pure mode, the eDTE value is 5 km (3 miles) higher. In this case, the start value for fully charged vehicle is up to 45 km (27 miles). A fully charged V60 T6/T8, which starts in Hybrid mode, shows an eDTE start value of up to 40 km (24 miles). When starting in Pure mode, the eDTE value is 5 km (3 miles) higher. In this case, the start value is fully charged A fully charged XC90/XC60, which starts in hybrid mode, shows an eDTE start value of up to 35 km (21 miles). When starting in pure mode, the eDTE value is 5 km (3 miles) higher. In this case, the start value of a fully charged vehicle is up to 40 km (24 miles). A fully charged V90/S90, which starts in hybrid mode, shows an eDTE start value of up to 40 km (24 miles). When starting in pure mode, the eDTE-W In this case, the starting value for a fully charged vehicle is up to 45 km (27 miles). A fully charged V60 D6/D5, which starts in hybrid mode, shows an eDTE starting value of up to 45 km (27 miles). When starting in pure mode, the eDTE value is 5 km (3 miles) higher. In this case, the starting value for a fully charged vehicle is up to 50 km (30 miles). These different starting values are due to the fact that the vehicle is in mod us Pure the hybrid battery takes more energy and changes to the setting ECO-climate.

Best data tariff for the VOC modem
Hello together, I wanted to ask about experiences of people who feed the integrated modem with their own SIM card: How much volume do you consume in the month approx.? (How many miles on average and music streaming) Which network do you use? Personally, I don’t think O2 is that bad and attractive from the prices. Do you know top data tariffs that cost little? I’m thinking myself if I have a second SI from my current contract with 2GB in the Vodafone network. I would have thought of something with 1GB volume for <10€ a month if there is. Is there a Volvo app that stores music or is it always streamed (totally inefficient)? Speak, if I listen to the same song twice, is it loaded twice? Greetings, Timo

ot: the computers at the base… 😉
since I now realize again how bad and crash-like my computer is, but he still needs a monument, before I exchange it in a few weeks for »something proper«, I just start a little question, what kind of computers you are sitting on right now. since we have already determined that many it-lers are in the forum, I find the question particularly interesting… there will certainly use few windows!? 😉 cpu: 350mhz intel p2 (intel inside, idiot outside – ic h white *lol*) ram: 160mb hd: 4,6gb (1gb system) internet: 56k modem from elsa, operating at ~28k graphics: nvidia riva 128 cdd: liteon 32x (i.e. usually doesn’t work…) os: win98b love greeting, oli
