Actually, it was no longer a secret, but the current model year 2024 will be the last model year in which Volvo will offer vehicles with diesel engines (formerly D-engines, most recently as Mildhybrid with B-addition). In some models there are already no diesels available today, this will then affect all models. At the beginning of 2024 (i.e. at the end of the MY24) the diesel engine will no longer be offered. Some models are based on purely electric successor models, the previous models will then be offered as gasoline/plugin_hybrid – this can already be seen today as EX90 or XC90. Hello together, for a few weeks I’ve been working on a lockdown fun project: RideRecharge. It’s an iOS app specifically for Volvo Recharge / Twin – models that fulfills two functions: – Sending navigation points to the car out of Google Maps, without “way around” via the Volvo On Call app – Display of charging points within the Google Maps widget or the app with charging availability. These can also be sent as navigation points to the car. Would I be pleased we If you try out the app, I’ve been using it myself for a few weeks and don’t need to enter any more navigation points in the Sensus. The app only works with Twin Engine / Recharge models. Here you can download the Beta app: RideRecharge app (TestFlight). To install it, the TestFlight app from Apple must be installed.

For the first time the V60 was discovered uncapped. Hello dear elk friends, finally on Monday I can put together my own car with my new employer (so far always get something from the fleet) and I as a privately satisfied moose driver very much on a model from Volvo. I know that VW always very much good company conditions makes (no problem to recognize by the countless Passat and Touran field servicemen), but damn it: I just don’t want to put such a model in front of my door, especially not the now expired Passat!! Huhu her Mit-Volvisti! So, my C30 caused me problems several times… One of them was a damage to the cathedral camps. However, in 2009 one was waved, because the guarantee (connection Pro) did not take over this, I only had the capped on the passenger side replaced. After that this noise was completely gone. Volvo (my dealer as well as the importer Volvo Cars DE) came to me. Instead of 100% I had to carry only 20% of the total cost (just got me the bill). I changed the driver’s side, because there was a lot of noise here. Now it is quiet again on the driver’s side but the passenger side now makes these noises again or still (if necessary it was overwashed by the sound of the right camp). Now the question is: I paid for the repair. After a year the noise has occurred again. The manufacturer or the dealer has to still offer guarantee / warranty – or? I mean, there is still a problem on the part of the driver. EU guidelines, according to which then 2 years guarantee/guarantee are to be granted. Before I find my dealer (complete exchange costs normal around 120€ – I had paid now again!) and make me laugh with demands that are wrong, I ask you rather – certainly you have also experienced similar repairs… Is there a “right” on it? In connection with Ragnhild’s current rum bitching, I have tried to clean the engine compartment at last. There are some places covered by such a powerful mixture of oil and spray, that for “clean” the train probably went off… Anyway, I discovered two new rust nests in the two upper corners of the engine compartment. Since Ragnhild has been standing on a steep mountain for half a year, with his nose ahead, the water runs, that after raining in the Mo It just stops there because the inclination of the vehicle is too big. I suddenly lost my power at 80km/h and normal driving, giving gas was without effect. When I switched into idle, the engine went off, again when I put in a gear. I once let myself get some infos for the hotshot. and I have to say, bad that’s not. especially now in winter when you don’t have a heated disk wiper system. who doesn’t know what I’m talking about: http://www.webasto-hotshot.com/index_en.php now most of our volvos already have the fan spray nozzles and maybe one or the other already has experiences with them…???… there are problems with the nozzles? someone has already installed it himself? what did they have? r so paid for it? because webasto gives an EIA of 198,- euronen. thank you for the answers 🙂
