I drive a S80 2.0 T, am super satisfied with the dare. When buying I had a 10x CD changer installed by the dealer and started the problems with it. Due to improper installation they damaged me of the middle console, the radio part and the telephone part. Everything nice scratched. I pick up the dare from it was already dark so not exactly everything looked after. I noticed the defects only the next day. The result my dealer of “detaching” had to put on warm clothes. I The phone also had to be replaced because they had to destroy the card reader however they managed to do it. The damaged center console (outside) I got replaced nciht. Since this new phone there are problems. Despite that it is sounded off it rushes in the speaker in the headrest. It was allegedly played up at the dealer of my Veertauens a new software but it did not improve anything. Can I in d his direction someone further help???? Thank you

Slow driver on the left track
After the Drängler discussion found so much support, now the opposite. Yesterday I drove on a three-lane highway about 160 km/h. On the right lane, because no traffic. In front of me on the left lane I pick up another vehicle. On the right lane also trucks appear now. I reduce my speed and switch to the left lane (meaning continue free). Then I drove with due distance behind the left driver. He drove 120 km/h. I didn’t overtake the middle lane on the right, because I didn’t allow it. After about 5min I get noticed and then the left-hand driver changes to the middle lane and I can overtake. What would you have done? It was a clear violation of the right-hand drive. Volvo seats – waterbeds
Well, an attempt not to become too obvious OT…. About the (unfortunately decreasing) quality of the seats in our elks has already been written a lot. Unfortunately, the best seats do not help if you are lying on the wrong base at night (Machos: Shut up! ) In search of new mattresses I was suggested by some sellers water beds as optimum – possibly also because of the prices: about 2000 teuros for a single bed. Light design at Volvo?? XC-Fan tests itself again … (and is deposed!)
Hi together, I took the time this evening and had to put 3 different vehicles in a dark (but always the same) position as possible and make a long-term exposure with my DigiCam. I switched off the vehicles, switched on the stand light and opened the driver’s door (or at the rear left). The camera fixed to 10seconds exposure adjusted and pulled off. I want to show the view that a biker has on the car AND how well he can guess. I think pretty much everyone here in the Volvo Forum has complained that the new Volvo models lack the door lights. I remember the answer from Volvo (IAA 2005/FFM): “The light design has been changed and makes a door lamp unnecessary.” Here in the picture my XC70. …

Hi together, what there are for (hopefully) involuntary and/or curious experiments with cars, we already have. Volvo itself informs me today post that they also do such experiments, they even find them so great, that they are distributed by letter (not even by e-mail!!) (for Volvo) to all Volvo customers [whether I should send the photos of my experiments?]. At XC-Fan such experiments are always well kept 😉 Well, what should I do? of course, you are now expecting my question about the procurement of this disc attachment. But I’m not going to make you happy now 😉 Should one of you come and assume that I’m doing wrong with my XC – then I’ll show you the Volvo picture collection here 😉 There were still more such tests of Volvo (not now the many, countless “normal” crash tests)? I remember the ancient experiment with the seat belt on which some cars hung. D Ann was still the tower from Volvos to show the roof stability. Did I forget something? Power’s gone
Hello, my 460 Turbo makes again mucken: At lower speeds everything is relatively normal, but from 140 km/h the power is completely missing. The engine “capsulates” the power – you give full throttle, but nothing happens anymore (even switching back doesn’t bring anything). At the same time the engine jerks (as with ignition stops). From time to time it is also “first” at 160 km/h. Overall the engine runs extremely restless in the stand or even in idle mode. In addition, it smells, almost like when oil burns with it. could the problem be there? Did someone ever have a similar problem? Greetings, Anja

RTI TMC problems
Hello, now I have read all TMC-Postings here and unfortunately I am still not further … so I have to get it myself: Have a 99er RTI (CD-Version and TMC capable). Unfortunately, the good piece does not find a TMC-Sender. Have a second car with a Blaupunkt-Navi and that finds at the same location various transmitters. Various texts here speak of an extra antenna. Where can I find this and where is it connected to the Navi-Unit? I have another question: In the sky of my S80 I have such a cover plastic under which there is a cable with a green multi-pole plug. What else should you connect? Another antenna for ….. ?
