Hello, the following question: If you use a mobile phone as a navigator, you must not touch it while driving, so much is a fact. But when is it a mobile phone? Is it also a mobile phone if no SIM card is inserted? Then, however, emergency calls are still possible. Recently, there was a court ruling in which a driver was allowed to use his iPod during the journey, since with this calls are possible at most by Skype. Do I have to worry about the driver’s license for a second sleeping with an accident?
Hello, had built an accident yesterday at 3 o’clock in the morning because of second sleep. I came to the left side in the ditch there picked up my polo, then I dug over it with the door over a car park entrance into the next one and overturned there several times. today two police officers stood at my door and said on the one hand that there was an irregularity procedure because I came to the left side. and on the other hand they wanted to know how it got to the accident. because I don’t want to get into trouble I didn’t give any details again. I didn’t endanger anyone in the accident and was on my own. I only came to the hospital for health control, nothing happened to me. my questions are : is it also an improper way to get to the left if nobody is being endangered? and the other is when I make a statement, possible second sleep as a cause, what comes to me? am grateful for every advice I can do.

Retrofit power limit
Hello ! I drive a car that has a little over 300hp. Now in the next few days my 17-year-old son will get his driver’s license as long as he has to drive “accompanied” no problem see, but at the beginning next year the boy will be 18… and then ? My question : can you install a kind of switchable speed limiter ? I just want that I can limit the car to 140km/h, and that is that my son man can’t simply deactivate the limiter. If I influence the PS performance Rve would have been even better, then I could also control the acceleration.

Question about overtaking on highways
Hi, would you like to ask: There are enough dirt roads on the country road that run perpendicular to the road. If now a vehicle wants to turn from the dirt road into the road, the one on the left and right has to see if there is also an overtaking on the road. If there is a crash there and one has kept to the speed limit, then the blame falls clearly on that one who wanted to turn on the road? Hasn’t happened to me so far, but on the Ged I have come to anken the last time. I have always under observation the bad dirt roads, unless it is covered by trees etc.. How do you behave if you overtake and at that moment a vehicle runs out of a confusing dirt road, but does not bend into the road, but it waits what you can’t really smell in these few fractions of seconds? Especially if you are on the road by motorcycle? Some then go off the gas or even into the iron. if you think the one turns into the country road. Would actually be the safest method or what do you mean? Of course immediately slip in behind the front man again. Sounds funny for some now, but would interest me

Parkrempler again
Hi, it’s to despair, last year in the summer someone scratched my back left corner nicely, because it was probably such a park artist and now it happened again. This time even in a few places the paint has burst off and on a park sensor the color off. I park quite normally like the other cars on the right side of the road. The bumper doesn’t look really nice anymore from the back left. Of course in both cases no one has reported. What do you do in such f The area here is otherwise very safe. A luxury old home is in the neighborhood, here live many older people, the area is very safe here, you could also speak of an upscale residential area. But parking doesn’t seem to be possible here. It’s really puking. The bumper is also no longer really flush, is firm, but you see a slightly larger gap to the body. Besides, I have the impression that on the side also more and more dents and ma cken to come by careless door openers on parking spaces…. Live in Hamburg and feel like in France or anywhere else.

Secure vehicle with construction site lamp or similar?
Hello, according to §17(4) StVO you have to secure your vehicle when parking outside of closed villages and within closed locations with insufficient lighting in the dark. Now, standing light likes to go on the battery, especially if you have no parking light. The use of energy-saving illuminants in the vehicle lighting (LED) is not legal. Now I wonder if you can’t simply use the vehicle with construction site lamps or other suitable illuminants in or out of the vehicle. The StVO speaks of “park lights or in other approved ways” and “own light source […] or […] other approved lighting equipment”. Only is a construction site lamp approved? Or an LED-based interior lighting? Or even with a reflector panel? After all, is this also an approved lighting equipment? Hmm, §51c StVZO allows “a forward-looking effect the parking lamp for white light and a rear-facing parking lamp for red light for each side of the vehicle or […] a front position lamp and a rear position lamp or […] a detachable parking lamp for white light for the front and a detachable parking lamp for red light for the rear or […] a parking warning board for the front and rear of the vehicle or train with 100 mm width below 45 degrees outwards and downwards red and white st So something like that should be possible (and once the red and once the white) or something like that? mfg, pgs

Purchase agreement HU/AU new – but is not the case. What to do?
Hello, I have a question that is almost embarrassing to me. I bought a used Peugeot partner directly from Peugeot last year (August’13). Now this year at the beginning of May came the infomail with the indication that my car must go to HU. I recently got married and at the moment something much on the note that I didn’t think about and registered my car. Now my car is in the workshop yesterday and this morning I remember, moment the car should be in the purchase HU and AU got new. I looked directly into the purchase contract and there it is also in it. I was unfortunately too late at home to call in the workshop and to have that checked (can be that they have simply provided themselves and the car has the badge until ́15). But should this not be the case, how do I go about it? Has someone ever had this before? Is this now my mistake because I assumed that the dealer (as I said, a Peugeot car dealership) already ri I hope you can help me a little bit. Thank you very much, Tim P.S.: HU should be done tomorrow, I will cancel the order immediately in the morning and then try to clarify it again. Just wanted an opinion picture, since I never had such a thing.

Parked in the residential area – only for residents?
Hello! Today I parked in a 30 zone with the addition “residential area” in a regular parking lot. There was also a parking ban sign, which however, as far as I understand it only refers to the road. Some cars had residents’ parking cards. Have no HH registration number, beside me still a Cuxhavener got a parking ticket, the hamburger without a resident’s ID not and also the one with a resident’s ID not. That was today, the punishment is not yet served. There was no sign that any I don’t want to pay a penalty wrongly. Did I miss anything?

Bike in the middle of the road
Good day, a few days ago there was this report: http://www.wdr5.de/…/bicyclestrase-soest-jakobi-100.html I regularly drive there for a long time and get annoyed every time by the cyclists who drive there in the middle of the road. As a cyclist I would not want to drive this road or at least leave room for the cars. I spoke with a friend driving teacher, he thinks that cyclists always have to drive on the right side of the road and that drivers can overtake us. What can you do to get this roadmark removed again? Can you just report the mayor to the police because of road traffic hazards or what is the right way to get right again? Best regards, Werner Georg

Dog hit on a leash.
Hello friends! Have a strange situation: An acquaintance of mine was on the way to Berlin. On a wide street, which was slightly bent off, he quickly turned off, but at the time a dog was still on the road and was hit and injured. The owner had crossed it on the leash and apparently just the road. (No traffic light, no zebra strip.) What’s the matter now, the acquaintance must pay for the annoying treatment of the animal / pay a new animal or was the Hun dehalter to blame and the scratches on the car are paid by the insurance of the dog? Best greetings,
