Hi, either I missed it or there’s no news about it yet – but there’s something new about tolls. Apparently there’s supposed to be day and week vignettes. And still there are citizens with foreign countries, because the Germans should not be additionally burdened (it now sounds like for example bigger engines pay on it, I doubt that this will be refunded). Anyway, only to burden the foreigners is really not clever. I recommend The Swiss model: Nix daily or weekly vignette! Who wants to drive has to pay for the whole year. The holidaymaker (who uses the road only 2 days/year) can be relieved compared to the German about 200 times the amount. Only so is it worth it, because mostly we use our streets themselves. So what does this bring us to the checkout? Nix – just. Greetings P.S. Attention, contribution can contain irony.

absolute impudence
Hello I’m new here in the forum read me a lot here for a long time and have decided to register here. I just have to let off my frustration. The following happened I parked on 12.09.2013 at the Ostbahnhof in Berlin because I had a further education there. So there I stood parking forbad sign on the sign from 30.10. To work I go down and my car is gone and that from my colleague too. I called the police and they told me I was towed away I told the nice policewoman that on the sign from 30.10 p.m. she said cheeky if I can’t read the parking ban is 2010. As angry as I was I said to her achja because they can read yes what is because the 30 month to the consequences I tell later what. After a few weeks then the letter I was to pay 25Euro the towing costs will be billed separately. I filed an objection and wrote that it is not readable would be 30.10 for me 30.10 this year and since he was not there I have also taken a photo and attached it. After about 4 weeks came the answer from the police. They give to it it is ill-understandable but you can understand it if you want. Then I look down on the transfer carrier there are 70 euros now on the 2 page stood that she was now imposed a fine. Then I filed another objection a few weeks later came another letter le I have paid it then had no sense after that came also the towing costs to 147,46 is nevertheless a freedom odet?? Mfg Chris

New Year’s Crash: What about my driver’s license?
Good evening, I would be interested in what is coming to me after a New Year’s crash. I lost control of my vehicle on my way home on a country road and crashed into the ditch. It was a stupid idea, no question. But I thought that everything was going well and that about 10 kilometers would not be a big challenge. Unfortunately, a few minutes later a civil patrol came along, took off the accident and I had to take my driver’s license. The result does not give a good idea: 1.8 promille, as well as cocaine, THC, possibly also amphetamines. First it is advisable to use a lawyer. But can someone tell me at a flat rate and without guarantee what I have to expect? I am very worried that the driving licence could be withdrawn for the longer term. However, I am also professionally instructed to use my lobbies because my workplace is far away from any connection to public transport. The vehicle is a leasing vehicle. Can anyone say what it looks like in this case with the assumption of damages by the comprehensive insurance? Desperate greetings Martin

economical braking downhill
Moin, the following situation. I drive down a 6km long mountain every day. I switch to the 4 or 3rd gear to use the engine brake (my rotary zal at about 4000 rpm => engine can use petrol red 6200u/min) 1. Question ? Is the right to use the 3 or 4 gear ? Furthermore what is better : A: Curative strong braking before the curve (brake pedal pressed about 20meter) B: Slow gentle braking before the curve (brake pedal pressed about 50meter) What does YOU think ? r Material and purse ? P.S. One manages to get down the mountain with 4-5 strong brake strokes on dry road. But there are drivers who take braking time

Penalty notice, ban on driving by handing over the rag yourself?
Hello, As some have surely noticed here, I was caught a few weeks ago by a Providenda vehicle while turfing and pushing. Since I was personally stopped, no hearing certificate came but directly the penalty notice. The penalty is: 200 EUR fine and 1 month driving ban. I had a driving ban a few months ago therefore I do not have the 4 month period. Now the situation is so that I fly in 3 weeks for 30 days to Brazil. ge. This is great insofar as I will not notice my “punishment” at all, so to speak. Now the 2 week opposition period is running. Now my questions: – Can I give the driver’s license purely theoretically before the expiry of the opposition period and therefore prefer the start of the driving ban? – What happens if the opposition period expires: Does one pass and collect my driver’s license, or is there only superfluous bureaucracy tamtam with unpleasant waiting times? Thank you in advance

Vehicle sold – “false” vehicle letter
Haloo together, I have a really complicated problem. And this is what I sold my old car this weekend. When the buyer wanted to let the car today, he was told that the car letter he has “devalued” and that there is a new car letter to the car. But I don’t know anything about this one. I bought the car then as a young used car from an Audi dealer. The buyer can’t let the car now. How does he get to se right? He has a contract as well as the car bill, but I am still in it as a holder. What can he (or I) do now that he can allow the car? I think the easiest way would be to report the loss of the letter and to apply for a replacement letter. But who has to do this? The buyer is already the owner of the car right now, but not the holder. Thus neither he nor I can actually apply for this replacement? What other possibilities? Would there be? Need really urgent help, as I don’t want to rewind the sale at any price. I just have too much to do and no time.

Which place is the safest for the third child?
Hello, After the birth of our third child, we want to buy a new car and I have a question that should be asked frequently, but unfortunately I find the concrete answer neither here, nor in other forums. Most sources agree that in case of an accident the safest places for the first two children are left and right in the second row, best in child seats with isofix. However, it is not clear to me which place is the safest for the third child – en r passenger seat (with airbag on or off?), the middle seat in the second row (it is not considered to be particularly safe anyway), or a seat in the third row? For longer rides we will prefer that an adult sits between the two smaller children in the rear. Where should the oldest child (7 years old) sit most safely – on the passenger seat in the front (with airbag on or off?) or in the third row? To get in/out and drive is the passenger seat But what is safer for the child in the event of an accident? Is there even test results that compared the different seats for children? I did not find any. Personal practical experiences from everyday life with three small children would also be very valuable! This question is very important for the choice of the new car, to decide whether it should necessarily have seats in the third row or not; that the driver should have seats in the third row. It has other advantages to me, but the offer compared with 5-seater is much shorter and often much more expensive. Thanks in advance for your help and tips!

Uncertainty Tüv examiner at Vergölst Wetzlar !
Beware of this charging Vergölst in Wetzlar ! Tüv examiner completely incompetent , lack of expertise and just arbitrariness ! Wanted to make Tüv there , examiner did not even know that the vehicle only has a 5-position tacho ! Has even written false killometer level on test report . He also did not know that the vehicle has no battery hollow cap cover , but criticized this ! Thresholders allegedly rusted though as I previously controlled only by car lifter ang The car was previously examined by a car master and released for the examination! I just claim that this is being pulled out to make money from the workshop, because the workshop master arrived after that and he thought he could repair everything together for 900 euros! ABZOCKE ! Can one proceed legally against it somehow ? Complaint ?

Parking opposite garages
Quotation: § 12 StVO – Stop and parking (…) 3) Parking is prohibited (…) 2. if it prevents the use of marked parking spaces, 3. before land entrances and exits, on narrow lanes also opposite them,http://www.strassenverkehrsrecht.net/stvo/s-12-halten-und-parken The road is between garage and parking cars 3.50 – 4m wide* – minus a minimum pavement in front of the garage of perhaps half a meter. The tenant may have to be towed in doubt? At present nobody parks in fact opposite this garage. *not measured. But more often the tenants of garages park their cars themselves close and across and one gets – with a lot of care – even more so.

Total car damage
Dear people I have a question for you, maybe you can help us further. On Saturday we (I, my friend as driver, my daughter and your girlfriend) wanted to grill. On the fast road was traffic jam, we drove slowly, almost stopped and a good stand in front of the front car. At one time we have a very loud sound. A Ford Transit drove us in the back, we turned 2-3 times and then pushed again in front with the same car Ford Transit. W I was lucky not to have serious injuries but our car is totally damaged and still lies with the towing service. Who can help us with advice? What do we have to do? Up to now no one could help us, not even the police. We also informed us about our INSURANCE but… negative. We have to contact the insurance company from the Ford Transit driver but…. the driver comes from Bulgaria and the car is also registered there. What should we do???
