  • No more safe suspensions without the use of electronics?

Hi, the following messagehttp://www.n-tv.de/…/Citro-ns-Nemo-tippt-um-article841478.html has already given me some thought. Is it already the wisdom today to iron out problems in driving behaviour in a borderline situation only with the help of electronics instead of finding an optimal mechanical solution? It is not possible that the findings in the chassis construction, which have been gained in the last 80 years, suddenly no longer apply.

  • Bertug buying a car

Last year when I was selling my car, a Turkish dealer from Pfungstadt wanted to buy my car on the basis of the pictures I sent him, he sent me a fax and we agreed on the purchase for 15,300. It was agreed that he had to wait for about 3 weeks for the car. Shortly afterwards he put pressure on me that he needed my car immediately and after I made it clear in several phone conversations that he couldn’t have told me on the phone. a half an hour later a Romanian called me and told me that he had the information that I wanted to sell my T5 and he wanted the car I made an appointment with him and then we agreed. two weeks later the Turk called me again and told me that he wanted to pick up the car I told him that I sold it to the Romanians. After that I got an e-mail from an Anw old from Pfungstadt the message that he represents the Turkish dealer and that he has already sold the car for 18,000 and he wants 3000 damages and that with a car which was 11.500 in the Schwacke list. They actually sued me then and my lawyer pleaded for the suspension of the procedure, which did not work out. I think that these have already done this trick many times, but I find nothing, who has similar experiences? Winnimax

  • Start and the grinding point

Hope that this is the right subforum for such a topic. I have had my driver’s license for about a week now, but still have a little trouble starting up. That’s why I practiced a little with my father and found a way that works relatively well. I let the clutch come a little bit, give gas up to about 2000 revolutions and then drive by further letting the clutch come. I don’t really pay attention to the grinding point, but leave the clutch relatively far away. Now I just want to know if this way is bad for the car. It’s not like I’m giving up a long gas in idle, but I’m not waiting for the grinding point.

  • Coupling carrier numberplate duplicate yes/no?

Hello municipality, I would like to install a privately loaned bicycle carrier on the trailer coupling on my car combination and thus go on holiday to Austria. I realize that I must not exceed the support load with wheels and carrier. The fuel consumption should be 1 litre more gas. Now my questions about it. Must be on the carrier the same number plate as on the car and/or can I remount my car sign from the car to the carrier that the car is behind without shield? Do I carry the papers from the carrier? Thank you and greeting Frank

  • Postpone driving ban

Hello, I got caught now, was outside 47 km/h too fast and now I am allowed to run for a month. As deadline for the license fee 4 months were given to me. So this must happen until the end of September. Do I have a possibility to extend this deadline? Am a professional commuter and take my annual holiday only in December. To the basic data, I have been first offender, never been flashed (I know that helps nothing), it was on a highway in Saxony-Anhalt on Sunday morning, somewhere was 120 and I was bi I answered the phone as a “deed one” and swoops came two days later the fine notice. I am concerned that I can delay the matter so long by possible objections against the setting of the deadline (have I read somewhere) that it will be December and I have to hand over the cardboard only when I am on holiday (1 whole month). As info: have no probation period or similar and I am legal protection (Transport). Don’t know about all the legal issues, have never hired a lawyer with anything, how would you proceed? Do I even have a chance to do something against the deadline of 4 months? Greetings Rafael

  • more safety in road traffic by marking the driven

In order to improve traffic safety, drivers and drivers from 8 points onwards will be identified in the future with drivers at their cars. In this way, other traffic participants can take a special look back. I do not know, however, whether this should also apply to driving school cars. The wheels are red, with a black strip on top and a yellow strip on the bottom and so well visible. 3L

  • Cover TÜV – with red numbers or without license plates?

Hello, I have been dealing with the following fictitious situation for some time: If I had had to say to the TÜV with a car or car trailer in January, then – if I were to go there only now – the next main examination would have been dated to the original month, i.e. January in 2 years, although it is now July. If I would sign off the car or trailer now, and then drive to the TÜV, then I would get full 2 years. Red dealer’s license plate or short-term license plate. What does the situation look like then? I realize that then the badge and the stamp in the engine are missing. I could do that at my registration office or have it glued, right??? Looking forward to your opinions 🙂 Greetings Pinarella

  • Problem with guarantee

Hi, After an attempt at the VW forum I try again to find some helpful answers in the hope. I have a big problem with my golf. Since I have unfortunately no overview of my rights at all I have signed up here once, maybe someone can help me. The golf was bought about 10 months ago at a Ford dealer here very close. In addition there was a one-year used car warranty. For a long time I have had problems with switching. The gear is rather tacky and sometimes the fourth gear doesn’t really go in and out. It’s very heavy in general and always scratches a little, so no noise but you feel it doesn’t flood like that. Now I was at a VW car dealership and asked if I would like to look at this and just tell everything with the guarantee that is still running and that I’m afraid that there will be a breakdown of the gearbox 3 months after the warranty. That would be for me the purest Supergau because I urgently need my car for the work and have no money on the high edge Well the workshop master then drove a round with the golf over the yard and said that he does not notice anything special. Since my girlfriend also drives a golf I know that it feels quite different to to switch there than with mine but he said, there is nothing that can be done and I should just take it that way. Maybe you can tell me if I have a chance there It’s not really broken, but you just notice that it’s not okay (that sometimes doesn’t go right in the hall I find the worst). I didn’t want to call first because I’m worried that they’re going to get me off the phone, so I’m trying to get some information. How do you see the chances that something will be done? If I can’t find a workshop that will help me out of the way, I’m really up to it. They’d make money there, too, so I don’t understand.

  • Police controls during professional traffic

Hello! I was stopped last week Tuesday morning on the way to work by the police. General traffic control in a parking lot, probably mainly for still alcoholized carnivalists. I was just not strapped. Wars now from the Penalty Office Post. I arrived through the whole thing (two drug tests were carried out, of course negatively) considerably later at work. I once “heard” that there should be a paragraph, which should give the professional traffic In my research on the net, however, I did not find out. I am still thinking about whether to file an objection. Thank you in advance for your comments! Many greetings

  • Saving fuel vs Safety – A practical example

Hello together Yesterday I drove home on the A23 towards the north. Locker 130 (released) on the right lane, swimming along in traffic. Suddenly it was a little without recognizable reason to see a truck below 100. Far and wide no truck. Well? The 3 or 4 riders in front of me shaved to the left; I had to wait behind the “hindernis” because from behind someone was faster. A 3 liter Lupo (green letters) was the puzzle solution. In addition a cross-legged DIN-A4 sign in the back ter: “Record: 2,7 liters.” These values can be easily reached – if you only sneak over the highway at 90. Driving behind a truck like this would still be understood. But on this way I don’t understand, because I don’t expect someone to drive only 90. Isn’t there a paragraph that you can’t stop the traffic flow or drive slowly for no apparent reason? (like this person who chased her daughter in the fetter balloon, at 60 over the highway) Weser Kurier, Bremen, c. 2004) To anticipate it immediately: I did not push, nor did I express my displeasure 😉 Looking forward to the discussion. Bye Tex
