  • Too fast inside but no evidence.

Hey, this is my first post and I come directly with a question: (Whom this is too much, below briefly the facts) My problem: Who knows the paths to the fair in Hanover, certainly also recognizes a part of the problem. A wide distance with similarity to the highway but only 50 allowed. Anyway, I come from the school and in front of me a mobile roadblock of grannies that offer themselves with 45 to 50 kmh an elephant race. Wide stretch, everything free, blinker set and short by. Who the Bes Chleunigung of the Yamaha R6 knows how fast you are.. well too fast is… Exactly in the area about 20 meters further on the road racing wheel was a Zivi who measured my speed. At the end of the track (2km further) a policeman beckons me out in a kind of parking lot. Instead of 50 I was unfortunately measured with 104kmh – 3kmh tolerance. They have neither a picture nor a video and the measurement data are stored only temporarily (according to the statement of one of the younger police officers). I don’t admit what the report says. What are my chances of getting out with only “blue spots” by a lawyer who, in my opinion, is quite capable of doing so? Data: 50 (innerorts) 104 – 3 kmh No evidence pulled out of circulation shortly afterwards.

  • Unknowingly sold total damage?!

Hello dear community, I didn’t know which subforum I should put this post in. I have a problem… and I sold a used Mustang about 6 months ago. This week I get an email from the buyer of the vehicle that this vehicle was a total damage import from the USA (“Probably more economical because nothing pointed to an old damage”. I myself knew of a small front damage that was also deposited in my purchase contract. When asked where he had this information, he said that a car fax could be requested in America and that all important information about the vehicle was stored there. Unfortunately, I didn’t know anything about it, so I had no idea that it was an economic total damage after all. At the moment, however, there are no defects about this vehicle that was caused by an old damage. the purchase has been deposited in the purchase contract. Do I have to refund the purchase price for it or could any of these still follow for me? As a guarantee text in the purchase contract states: “The vehicle is sold as inspected and under exclusion of liability for material defects, unless a certain assurance is made under point III. This exclusion does not apply to claims for damages from liability for material defects, which are due to a deliberate or grossly negligent violation of obligations the seller and the culpable injury to life, body and health. Insofar as claims consist of material defects liability against third parties, they are assigned to the buyer.” Gruss Skyline

  • Is that allowed?

When I was on the left lane at over 200 km/h, a motorcycle overtook me on the left side. It was at least 10 cm away from me. Just a little distracted and the motorcyclist would have mown it. Now I would be interested in what the STVO would say if it had actually disassembled him. Who is to blame then?

  • What does the green biotope bring us?

Yesterday I had to find out that good, lively roads were reduced to speed 50. That’s what the red-green Douo is responsible for. HERE is a link to this. I wonder where this should lead.. Crusade against individual traffic, but in whose interest?!

  • Rule question

In my opinion, I know the traffic rules very well, but one thing I can’t assess at all: here on the A66 just before Frankfurt Miquell-Allee there is a motorway bridge, which is currently being made new. On the side in the city the tracks are narrowed and there are continuous yellow lines painted on the road, which thus indicate an overtaking ban. However, there are at the same time construction site signs, which point to an overtaking ban – with the restriction, d what is allowed or forbidden? Do the yellow lines count as a stopover or lift the sign, which describes a stopover only for trucks, the ban on cars and Krads again? I’m looking forward to your opinions.

  • Flashed with another vehicle in the photo

Hello, the following problem: I was “blitztdingst” on a 3-track BAB, driving on the middle track. 120, were measured 146 On the left track a vehicle is visible in the photo which apparently just overtakes me. From the 2nd vehicle one sees the right front and the plate (but without a recognizable plate number).Questions: 1. Isn’t it common that such snapshots with several vehicles are not used???? 2. How do the Chanch stand? are there any objections to the pending decision on the basis of the visibility of another vehicle??

  • All airbags open in the accident?

The following situation: Yesterday I passed a “fresh” accident location on foot. There was nothing more to do for a first responder. Accident site secured, no casualties, etc. Participating vehicles: A fairly new Audi A3 and a 320d of the new series. As it happened, I don’t know. I didn’t ask either, because I only quickly looked for what to help. The Audi had pushed in the complete front, both front airbags were triggered and hung limply in their V The front airbags did not seem to have been triggered. In the event of an accident, the airbags are triggered by sensors and help at the planned location. My question: why didn’t all airbags open? Or would it have been counterproductive if all available airbags had jumped on? Bye Tex

  • Experts call for speed 120 on motorway

http://www.spiegel.de/auto/aktuell/0,1518,360962,00.html The damage that road traffic continues to cause to health and the environment is unacceptable, notes a committee at the Federal Environment Ministry and calls for speed limits and higher ecotaxes. Berlin – “In addition to Germany, only three countries in Europe do not have a speed limit. These are Latvia, Estonia and Malta”, said Peter Michaelis of the Expert Council on Environment at the Federal Environment Ministry on Friday i n Berlin. The panel handed over a special report to the Federal Government, according to which, despite all technical advances, the car continues to cause significant damage to health. “The resulting damage to health and the environment caused by road traffic is still unacceptable,” the study says. The scientists call for the introduction of a speed limit of 120 km per hour on motorways in the medium term to protect the environment and health. The environmental tax should be continuously increased. Road traffic must be reduced, otherwise the environmental and health consequences could not be reduced to an acceptable level. A high level of mobility is also possible with less traffic. The experts criticise that the German automotive industry has “very much sleepy”. Road traffic is responsible for about 20 per cent of air pollution from coal. “Diesel soot particles increase the risk of lung cancer and lead to chronic respiratory diseases.” New vehicles need to be equipped with particulate filters as standard. 60 percent of the population also felt harassed by traffic noise. This increases the risk of cardiovascular diseases. ADAC: Tempolimits do not bring anything to the environment minister Jürgen Trittin (Greens) said: “The car of the future must be highly efficient and emission-free. By 2020, we want to increase the share of alternative fuels in the market to 25 percent.” The Federal Ministry of Transport referred to climate protection measures already launched, such as eco-tax, truck toll, emission-related vehicle tax and the voluntary commitment of the automotive industry to reduce the average fuel consumption by 25 percent. The “Alliance of Pro-Rail” said: “The disastrous environmental balance of road transport, as the Council of Experts noted, shows that it is more necessary to move towards a sustainable transport policy than ever before.” However, environmental reports are regularly drawn up, “but little is happening”. On the other hand, the ADAC President Peter Mayer criticises the expert council’s demand. “A speed limit is not much for the environment either. ng has shown that emissions are only minimal at a speed limit,” said Mayer to the Berlin Tagesspiegel. In addition, motorways are the safest roads.

  • ESP no thanks!

IMHO increasingly serves to overwhelm weaknesses of the chassis by electronic manipulation. Reason: in the event of the failure of several current cars with ESP, in border situations, they are much more “disgusting” than their predecessors, where even more solid engineering was required in the chassis.
