Hello everyone, my daughter passed the B-leaving certificate about 4 weeks ago. In Italy there is a completely nonsensical law, after you can only drive a car with max 70KW and max 55kW/t in the first year after obtaining the driver’s license. This leads to the fact that most newcomers pause for a year, since there is no corresponding car in the family and then almost start again at 0. Well, we have fortunately still our Ka … My daughter is planning now, in winter in Munich There she would have the opportunity to drive with cars of relatives, but all of them do not fit into the above-mentioned scheme. Now my question, can she do so? According to my common sense yes, since she moves a dt car into D… but unfortunately – as above is evident – often have nothing to do with common sense… Can someone give you any information? Or who (which authority) could you ask in D? Thank you Greetings from South Tyrol Sascha

Scratches in the underground garage – HELP!
Hi dear forum. I have a huge problem. Situation is the following. With my new car I stand in a closed and only accessible underground garage for tenants. And as the devil wants me to have a friendly neighbor who scratched my car, apparently out of envy or plagued by inferiority complexes. I also bought a surveillance camera nice handy and small (must say for little money) and have the problem that I put up all three hours Since I suspect that this person also suffers from persecution madness I am sure that he has also started a surveillance of the underground car park from his car. What I claim is easily said. In total three different incidents and every time I have not positioned the camera. Counting one and one together? No matter the damage is there and I now want to carry out a long-term surveillance of my car best from the car and with little increase d with 360° day/night surveillance. I also found sohon a bisl what on the net but if I’m honest I’m not really something useful. By the way, if I put the car on a visitor’s parking lot which is publicly accessible then that’s the supervision of my property legally in Austria? (from German law I have read here on the subject already what but how is this now with us in Austria???? I would be incredibly happy about numerous advice and Tips and please do not refer me to the search function. I think I spent the last week min 6 hours a day with the afforestation of the WWW. Driving license in another city – Berlin
Hi, I come from Bielefeld and want to do my A2 driver’s license this summer (end of June) in Berlin. The reason for this: In Berlin it costs only half (!) as much as here. Now I have the following ambiguity: I telephoned with the driving school today and they told me that this is possible, only I have to do the theoretical and the practical exam here in Bielefeld, because this is my first residence here. In Berlin I live with my aunt. Then I started to google and found here I also read that you need a permanent job in Berlin in order to do the exams or the training? I don’t know, have already called the TÜV Süd if they can help me further, they have referred me to the TÜV Nord but they don’t have a phone number. Hope for clarity soon, I don’t look through it anymore. What does this look like exactly now? Gree tings the potato face

Meaning of a traffic law insurance
Hello, it is well known that you can insure almost everything nowadays, however, many of these insurances are in fact superfluous or covered by something already existing and are of course rubbed one of the companies as extremely useful under the nose. As far as the car is concerned, the only insurance is my car insurance including protection letter, otherwise I have nothing else. In recent times, however, I am often recommended in the acquaintance circle, a traffic protection insurance It is argued by the fact that there were already externally indebted accidents in which they needed a lawyer to obtain compensation claims for ejection dreams etc. or, for example, one gets into a dispute with the competent municipality, because one disagrees with a speed measurement. In your opinion, it is really useful to take out a traffic protection insurance in order not to get into the Bredouille o you can save yourself that, because it is already covered in the protection letter or the car insurance ? I am at the Huk-Coburg, if that matters. Thank you!

Big problem to skip a service? Ask the experts.
I bought a 2 year old car 1 year ago. Since the car is not the bank but mine, it is also open to me what I do with it. The last service was made at 25,000 kilometers. Now soon the 50,000 kilometers are reached and I should do the next service. Since I see the car as a utility object and am not willing to put in a lot of money, I thought about leaving out the service and making the next one only in one year at about 70,000 kilometers. Is it a problrm if you leave out a larger service or a car has to be able to handle it? What I totally forgot: With my car is soon the inspection of the pickerl, in Germany called TÜV. So it is not completely meaningless to do the service now, if the Tüv/Pickerl is checked everything? Then I throw out 2x money to the window. Have the foot only for 2 years. So I don’t have so much idea and hope on your understanding.

Does anyone get 100% blame in the event of an accident, which overtakes where they cannot overtake?
‘N evening, as a scooter driver one is partly overtaken in the most impossible places; on Saturday morning not much would have been missing that two would have had a problem. How does this look if a VT overtakes at one place (or wants to overtake) where there is both a perpendicular white line as well as a white shaded area, which are here immediately before a turn off with separate turnoff track. How far before the start of this separate turnoff track one should set the turn signal n, so that it does not come to such risky overtaking maneuvers? By the way, everything during a relatively dense fog situation, for which this spot is susceptible. At the earliest only from that yellow sign, that indicates this turnoff? Actually, I put the turn signal rather too early than too late, but for the VT, which wants to overtake me at this point, this was almost a complete brake; despite helmet, that was not to be overheard. By the way, also a clear invitation to police and co ., but please step up speed control also in fog situations and co.. ciao Wauhoo

Right before left – exceptions
HI, has been hopped several times in a residential area with a 30’s zone by drivers, who thought that because they come from the right, they have an advance… here is : first a lowered curb second traffic-relieved zone with signs 326 or 325 As far as I know, vehicles that come from these roads are waiting and have no advance – or has something changed in the meantime and I have been hopped properly ? Slowly the… Greeting packer
