Hello, I know that the topic of middle track blockers and what upsets me in road traffic is already being discussed, or was, yet I have to deal specifically with 2 things, which are really no longer portable. 1. Left track blockers. There are gaps on the right, and these left track blockers drive as fast as those on the middle track. ‘The right track is anyway only for trucks and the Loosers. With this I do not give myself off at all’ (Possible thought of a left 2. Why do so many people on the BAB simply not get in line to look into one of the 3 mirrors, before they put the turn signal and turn left to overtake. From behind traffic can come at a considerably higher speed, and this has to go fully into the irons to not tile in the back of the snort. Which I also do not understand, that the overtakers can take all the time of the world. And behind it the traffic stands up to the gossip tmehr. Everyday life on the A2. In the Hanoverian area this is very bad! You are obliged to overtake quickly. And no policeman will say what if you drive for a short time 140 instead of the allowed 120, in order to quickly get past it not to hinder the following traffic. In many countries the people can do this, but why are many Germans simply not willing to take a little consideration and maybe wait for a gap that is big enough ??? Am I the only i n this country, which is different ??? If any of these candidates are here, as in the 2 points, I just want to have explained your thinking. Just be honest, I want to finally understand this problem, why not get so many things in line !!!!

He meant that he wants to step back – Ok- I meant what should I do. Then he means na jaaa you know I already have a bump when parking back made about 300€ reperatur cost,( I haven’t seen the bump yet).He doesn’t see that so bad because he allegedly changed the brake and wedged and he also had the cost, so both cost are the same and he wants the whole money back and I get my car back with bump. What to do if you have been cheated???
Hello, I spent in May my old car plus 200 € for a 95 ford escort combi. the salesman assured me he had completely checked the car and carried out fluid changes. it was his wife’s car and he had to enter her name in the purchase contract now because the car had been registered on her. I finally moved to Austria before 2 weeks ago. there you have to have the car checked again before you can register it completely. after the dur I found out that the car was completely broken once again by a ford dealer. timing belts all the car body and so on. the repair would be 500€ and the tuv seal should not wear this vehicle either. My question now to you…. WHAT CAN I DO? the dealer pushes everything away to a coworker and doesn’t want to take the car back! Do we have a CHANCE to get the money back?

Who was it?
We’re talking about a “dull in the car park” yesterday in connection with an incident in Bremen-Nord. A 27-year-old driver had driven on Hermann-Fortmann-Straße at a distance of less than 50 kilometres per hour. A subsequent 53-year-old had felt “braked in his push forward”. He drove up closely, he overtook it. He had the feeling that the 27-year-old was moving a little to the left. The police spokesman laconically said, “They offered to beat each other by mutual agreement.” The 27-year-old drove into a parking garage, the older followed him. On the second parking deck, the elder pulled a three-part baton out of his jacket and “knocked on his opposite.” The police continued: “The younger man could ward off the beatings, shine with his own baton and also score points with pepper spray.” Both men “were given a “over the counterlight” and discussed each other. he teaches the dangerousness of her accessories. And: “The elderly awaits criminal proceedings.”

By hunters and hunted – the ‘Enterprise effect’
First of all I would like to say that I do not really hope for explanation for the following problem and also do not expect outing of a road user (in the style of, yes I let myself hunt again and again…) – but maybe there is an interesting discussion… Very often the following situation arises on the highway: I drive on a slower driving car (therefore I call it Enterprise effect, because I did not materialise behind this car or am there hi n was beamed, but appeared behind this road user because I drive faster…) and instead of the next opportunity to switch to the right lane is first accelerated (say from 140 to 160…) and the left lane is still blocked… …I am still behind and want to overtake – the front man gives more gas (e.g. 190 or even 200km/h) and his ride becomes noticeably more restless (probably the hands on the steering wheel are sweaty, because it drives this speed very rarely…) – everything on the left, although there is room on the right… In these situations I often try to defuse the situation by using the right lane, but of course it is still there! At some point the left lane is released, and often when changing to the right not only speed is taken back, but even braked. The road user now drives his 140-160km/h and thus 40-60km/h slower than in the situation in d he wanted to overtake him – and probably also feels more comfortable than in the self-inflicted stress situation! There are almost always men (young and old), rather middle-class cars than small or luxury cars and more frequent Mercedes, Audi, VW and Volvo drivers than Ford and Opel and other BMW drivers. I would be interested to know why people prefer to go hunting than to make room… It’s not about rushing through here, by the way, because I know that there is no reason to think about it. s last car of a snake that I approach is not the slowest – but rather situations in which the gaps on the right would comfortably pass to let go…

EU policymakers want two additional car mirrors
Moin, here a proposal by the Spanish EU politician to install additional mirrors in the car: Cars should soon receive all two additional rear-view mirrors for passengers on the rear seat. This is suggested by the Spanish MEP Ramon Tremosa i Balcells. The additional mirrors are mounted in the interior of the vehicle at the side bars in front of the rear doors of the vehicles. If you sit on the rear seat, you can see before getting out in the mirror whether vehicles or pedestrians are approaching. The Spanish in a question to the European Commission: “The cost of installing the mirror is very low. The benefits for the occupants of the vehicle and road safety are extremely high. “Its proposal is based on an invention by a Spanish company which has a patent on it. The Spanish Parliament adopted a resolution on 28 September 2010 in which the installation of the front door in the building of the front door would be avoided by unattended opening of the passenger doors. The regional government of Catalonia even bought 20 000 of the mirrors and gave them away to taxi drivers in Barcelona. The European Commission also considers the rear-view mirrors to be an interesting product that can increase road safety. However, it does not want to prescribe the installation so far. For the time being, the member states are supposed to decide for themselves. Source What do the motor talkers think of it? Meaningful, nonsense? MfG invisible_ghost

Penalty for false parking – but I’m not on site at all
Hello everyone, yesterday I received a letter dated 9.12.2010, in which I was accused of false parking on 2.12.2010 in the time of 7:10-7:20. I was parked on a disabled parking lot in an area where I was not actually staying, which was also designated as such – allegedly. Since the accusation is about a Thursday=workday, I was on the highway towards the workplace about this time. That I filed an objection is clear. But do I have to pay attention to something? What does the evidence look like in such a case? Thank you for your answers.

Weather-related slip over red and with tram accident
Hello, had on 19.12.2010 accident with the tram, since I no longer came to stand at the intersection and also slipped over red and I was already slowly about 30-40km/h. Damage about 5000 on my new E-Class. Police meant it comes to me a criminal notice with possible driving ban. Now the question. Does it matter if it came due to weather caused the accident or for other reasons e.g. speed or Alc. ? and it always comes to the driving ban, since I professional I’m dependent on a driver’s license (truck driver) and I don’t have any points in Flensburg. ? Now it’s been 6 weeks since the accident, does anything come from police or prosecutor’s office, if yes, how long does that take? Thank you !!!

Ghost Driver – What have you experienced, how does it actually come about ?
Moin, you have all noticed that today’s thread on the subject has been deleted. As Mod TAlFUN explained to me, this happened because of an unapproved survey. However, we can and should nevertheless take up the topic and, as far as possible, objectively discuss it (including me), because there seems to be a great need for it. Therefore here again my (fortunately) only encounter with a ghost driver: that was many years ago on the early New Year morning a uf the A 7 towards the north, about 3 km behind the Elbe tunnel. An almost unreal situation: Somehow the traffic suddenly quickly but disciplinedly arranged itself on the right side and one saw the 2 headlights coming up. Then the car rushed past on the fast lane (happily three lanes there). Just like that. My passenger and I were speechless, it took a little while to realize that. We were then immediately at a emergency call column (mobile phones were dama Is not yet) and have wanted to inform the police. “Yes, Prost New Year, and a nice night still,” it sounded to us when we made the report. I will not forget that. Fortunately, nothing happened, i.e. the driver probably left the highway before the tunnel.
