Hello, I bought a car in January, it had run 159,000 km according to Tacho, and according to the dealer was accident-free and what was also recorded in the purchase contract. The car had 2 previous owners. The first vehicle owner can not be determined because the vehicle letter only the 2nd and I stand on it. Anyway, someone checked for me the FIN of the car (should find out the equipment) and told me that the car had a rear damage repair and noted w orden are 253,000 km from the workshop. The workshop has the same postal code as the second owner of the car. According to Google search for the second owner, it is a “transport company” or “first name surname transports”. The question is now how did I determine who manipulated the tacho, and if the dealer knew about the manipulation and also concealed the accident. How should I proceed now? Directly to the lawyer? At the moment everything points to the second owner?

Car sold privately, now car is allegedly total damage
Hello, I sold my car about 2 months ago, 13 years 180000 Km. I mentioned all the damages and defects that were known to me and kept the “worst” in the purchase contract. Buyer was even three there, everything looked at it. Then I was asked after a test drive. The buyer asked me then also if I would agree to drive to a workshop (even workshop of the car brand) which the buyer had organized in advance by telephone. No problem. The buyer asked if you would come by car through the Tüv, which would have expired a little later. The mechanic said yes, that should not be a problem. We are then back again and the buyer wanted to take the car with you immediately. Since Tüv was standing and we unfortunately had demolished the mirror the day before, I even came to the buyer in price still. Already on the to the home Then a few days later a light should have been turned on. Then the seller complained a few days later that the car had not started in the cold. And now, 2 months later THE call. Buyer would have been in the workshop with the car because of Tüv etc. and then one would have found that the car had to be repaired for about 2500.- so that it would come through the Tüv. They then assumed to me immediately fraud. I was completely perp lex. I had communicated everything that was ever done on the car, had even in the “talk” it was more a discussion on another side, still offered to send all invoices to him, so that he had all this again in writing. But it was still discussed. It was too colorful for me at some point and I asked again and again what to expect from me. But I could also have told everything, that was not for the buyer. I’m just a layman, I don’t know like a mechanic. n times what was broken I went to the workshop because I had no idea. The buyer now said I should take part in the repair or take the car back (the accompanying person who was with me). But do I know what was done with the car in the last few months? I then said to the buyer, if he thinks he has been cheated, then he should go to the lawyer. Or could I have reacted in a different way and how can I proceed now? Did I sell the car with the best conscience? T and everything I knew was also my first car sale. I’m really frustrated.

Distance measurement Austria
Hello guys, I noticed in Austria with a distance measurement. Now I got a letter where I should name the driver (I was). I would like to know from you if you know what it costs if you had 0.36 sec distance to the previous one, because there is nothing to find in the fee table for those. Mfg Daniel

Traffic accident by short flashing who’s to blame?
Hello you love, I had a traffic accident about 3 weeks ago when I was driving on the front road. On the right side at an estuary there was a car waiting to turn off on the front road. I drove 55 km with the cruiser about 4-5 meters before the estuary flashed to the right while I wanted to drive out the second estuary. Between the first and the second estuary are just 50 meters. However hardly did the standing car see my flashing sign already flashed si e on the road and I braked strongly steered to the right and hit the car on the right behind wheel. My vehicle has a damage of 13,000Euro Now the opposing insurance doesn’t want to pay and I have to take advantage of my comprehensively said my lawyer. And all this because of a short blink. Does anyone know about it? Or in the circle of friends? Although I am aware of that and get right two things is right, I find Who is on the front road should own would be nice if you wrote something about it. Mfg picolino

Front apron torn off at parking space with high curb
Hello fellow driver and reader, something stupid happened to me today: I used to park in the same street, but the curb on this one parking space seems to be a little higher than the other. Unfortunately, I only noticed this when driving back Long story shot: Front apron torn off at one side. Of course, the “special” at the parking spaces is that they run perpendicular to the road and are about centrally separated by the curb. The parking spaces are also marked with white lines. In the same street there are many such parking spaces, where the curb is however much lower. My questions are: 1. Is the community here in obligation to repair? 2. Do I have a chance to participate in damage from the community? I had no time for photos, could not stop anywhere and had to go to the university… P.S.: Here’s a sketch to explain the situation. (Parliament adopted the legislative resolution)

Private Austrian photographing all cars from behind (inside)
Hello forum, last Saturday we drove the Lechtal in Austria from the south to the north. There was a tragic accident.http://www.tt.com/…/…hwerverversichert-bei-motorradverfall-in-elmen.csp We were then made aware by a helper of a redirection to the other side of the Lech. There were a lot of cars and motorcycles turned around and drove the following redirection:https://www.google.de/…/data=!4m2!4m1!3e0 So all people drove along the Klimm (a bike path) around then to return to Martinau on normal roads. As I said from south to north. And then, like many others, I drove through Martinau from south to north. There, on the left, a small group of locals stood on a private property in front of a barn. A gentleman had a system camera with a strong zoom in his hand and on his eye. He photographed every single vehicle from behind after it had passed the property of this gentleman. The place of the house as well as the place (about 30m further) where the photo was taken were already no longer a cycle path but quite normal inner city streets. I guess he would like to use these photos to report this to the police and to provide for a “fair punishment”. If he is not allowed to use the photos legally, he still has the possibility to bring the number plates from the photos on paper, so write them off, and then use the “exterior witnesses” to show the vehicle owners . 1. Has he violated my personal right according to Austrian law? 2. Can a private person take mass photos of vehicles in Ö? 3. Does EU law apply in Ö? 4. If the Austrian police actually accept the photos, how expensive is that then? 5. How much effort will it be for the gentleman to display the 100 drivers? 6. Are there mass advertisements in Austria? (I don’t believe, but you never know) Gruss W.

Long “car trips” (10’000km) what to consider
Hello together This is my first post, I didn’t know exactly which forum such general questions belong to. I hope I’m right here ^^ So now to the question: I’m planning a bigger road trip to Scandinavia in August 2015 (duration 3 weeks) I know it will take a while but I’ve already started planning a bit. Now I wanted to ask what to consider with such long distances. Do you have general tips? Many greetings from Switzerland Edit: The car is New so at the beginning of the journey will be 1 year old.

Reversal of the burden of proof in the event of imputed incapacity for driving because of disability ?
Moin, the following case from the acquaintance: A physically disabled person has been driving cars converted for decades for her. Of course accident-free and without points. Now came a letter from the road traffic office, created on the basis of an – as was stated – anonymous notice. This said that the person was accused “by observation” of “not being able to drive safely”. The person now has two possibilities: a) to sign the attached declaration, starting immediately voluntarily and to give up driving in the long term b) By means of a suitable, self commissioned report to prove his ability to drive. Is this normal in Germany, that I have to prove due to an anonymous message that an accusation does not apply ? Are there physically disabled users here with converted car and corresponding experiences ? Thank you !
