Hello municipality. In September 2011 we bought a used polo (EZ 30.4.2010) with approx. 17,000 km. The dealer had an inspection on the vehicle before the transfer, where no defect was detected. Now the polo has approx. 22,000 km down. During the last inspection (last week) we were informed that the shock absorber is defective at the rear right side and should be replaced. With culant of VW approx. 95 € cost. In case of a warranty request to the dealer, or request of a cost assumption of the 95 € we have been informed that no cost assumption takes place. Now I wonder whether after 5,000 km there is a lack of material or an additional wear of the shock absorber, especially since VW gives a culant after all. May a shock absorber break after such a short time? Shouldn’t the dealer with the complete repair be liable now? What are your suggestions? Thank you.

BE or B96 Driving licence
Hello I’m thinking about a trailer license. I read that there is now also the B96. Actually I thought great, because I read on the net that the should be clearly cheaper and must But after I have called here now driving schools I had to notice that all have one thing in common. I think the B96 is quite useless. And it costs with many just 100€ less than the big one. Is that normal, it would have to be much cheaper after all. And again z around Schein itself (B96) which is always talking about the zGG of the vehicles and hanger or? So my car has indeed GG 1800KG and the trailer I would like to borrow often is a big tipper with GG 2700KG. So the B96 is not enough either. It doesn’t care if I load the hanger only to 20% or ? Outcling is only the GG and what the team CAN DO , right?

A.T.U. Main investigation
Hello dear people! I have some questions and would be pleased if you could help me further. I had an appointment at the A.T.U for the main examination on Friday. I had received a written offer from Atu that a free pre-check is included. I myself could not be on site and have the car a known one against to bring the golf to the atu. The car was delivered at the atu and it was said should come back in the afternoon. In the afternoon is my colleague went to the atu to pick up the car. The car did not pass the TÜV because the crossbar is damaged. Atu insisted on getting the 80€ and my colleague also gave the money. My question is now: Can I demand the money back if atu has written: “we guarantors for the Hu” and will not pass the pre-examination despite pre-examination and elimination of all defects we take over the costs of the review”!!!! Issue purchase contract ?!
Hello, I sold a car from private to private at the beginning of the year. Unfortunately I had to find out by the report of the tax office that the buyer made the cancellation almost a month later as agreed in writing, the insurance got it turned on with the amounts, so no broken leg, that’s not the point either. Hello MT-Community! I have a little problem and a question about it. I was in Kitzbühel today to get the last Christmas gifts for my parents and friends there. After I did this, I wanted to buy another milk at the supermarket. So I drove my car out of the driveway to the road. There everything seemed free, which is why I also drove. I only saw from the right the driver of a Dacia Logan, who was still far away and therefore it was no problem to turn into the road in front of her car. But when she saw me, she apparently gave me gas and I also had to speed up my car in the middle of the road very much to prevent the drivers of the Dacias from crashing into the rear. If I hadn’t given gas, I might not be sitting here anymore, but in the hospital. I assume that the driver of the other vehicle has on purpose accelerated, because I looked him in the face as well. The driver of the other car drove to the same parking lot of the supermarket, where I wanted to buy the milk. She got out, came to me and spoke to me in a loud tone with the words, “Do you think you’re still right? What do you think they’re about to do? You don’t seriously think that I’m going to be required by a snout like you.” e was still far enough away, so I could still turn into the crossroad. She denied all this and said she wanted to report me to the police for coercion. Then I just went to the supermarket and bought the milk because it was too stupid for me to have a conversation with such an educated person. My question would be: Who is right here? Towing hitch question
A customer of mine has a premium SUV of a German Nobel brand. This was equipped 3 years ago ex factory with an AHK, there was only the option to be suspended or swivelled. Due to the striking price difference and over 750kg trailer load difference the removable one was taken, a rigid one is no longer offered during this motorization. Towing load 3250kg. Already after a short time with caravan he has crunchy noises in the underbody of the vehicle. Was not further bad or did it and the manufacturer said this was a noise transmission from the old (14 years) WoWa. Now he bought a Hobby Premium 720U-LHC from me last year (9.8m long, 2700kg curb weight). The crunching and crackling was hard to bear. We found out that the AHK in the weight-absorbing holder is totally knocked out and has game. The manufacturer said that this is quite normal, because this lateral force on the AHK gives the AKS for which the e was not designed, especially with this huge furniture of WoWa. The hook was changed, after a short time the same came again. The manufacturer says now he should not pull any more WoWa, that cannot be the 130,000 EUR expensive car. At least he should not use the AKS. The problem is that the two steel balls that lock the head are totally scratched and crushed and you can also find clear traces of the AKS (ALKO) on the ball head. There is no fixed AHK. One could retrofit it under immense costs, but this can only 2500kg, with which the WoWa can no longer be pulled. Someone there experiences, is the statement of the manufacturer so correct? Can one simply forbid the customer the use of the AKS even though it is required in the instructions, especially since the vehicle has trailer ABS and the trailer ASS? I had at the Avensis then also after 12 months and 9800km with WoWa a new head, cut out and extremely worn out, brand product….

Accept pain money or not???
Hello! I have a question…. don’t know if I’m right here… It’s about the fact that I had a serious car accident in August in Croatia, whereby the opponent is responsible for the accident. Car is a total damage – I got the money for it already. We were lucky that the accident opponent was also from Austria, just like me. I switched on a lawyer right after the accident, via the legal protection insurance, regarding the pain gel claim. Now to the injuries: I as Driver had abrasions on her hands and arms, and an overstretching of the cervical spine – 18 days of illness (actually longer, but after the accident we were still stuck in Croatia) Girlfriend as a passenger has abrasions in her face, eye swollen, nose 2 times slight fracture, over 5 weeks of severe back pain, about 4 weeks of illness Now I got a letter from the lawyer, where he received an offer from the insurance company, and I have to tell him whether we accept the offer or not…. Girlfriend 1700,- I 200,– I don’t know now if we should accept the offer or rather not. It seems to me a little too little……….. I also asked my lawyer what he means now, whether we should accept the offer or not. He meant he can’t say anything about it, we have to decide it ourselves. How would we know if we didn’t accept the offer?? or does my lawyer now make a counter offer?? Wouldn’t want the thing to go on for months or even years.
