Hi, I got a Stafzettel yesterday (too fast inside), on which neither I can be seen, nor anyone from my fault/knownness. The thing is, on the picture is what of a Volkswagen with license plate “ABC XY 123”, and I have “ABC ZZ 234” (license plate edited by boborola) What should I do now? Because there is something on it that I should fill out the letter. (but I am not at all guilty, because the leader of the flashed vehicle is supposed to be gs be registered.. I don’t know) In addition, the letter should be sent 1 week after entry. I work in the retail trade, and God doesn’t really know this week the time to run to the post office, because I work Christmas and after the holidays from morning to evening. (silence then, that the post office has at all on) Ask for help, what should I do? Mfg Lupopappe

Per speed limit on motorways
Hi, even if I suspect that I will get little approval here in the forum, I would like to speak out for a general speed limit on motorways. Why? Driving would be safer and much less stressful. The traffic flow is quieter and therefore possibly also faster. For me, the experience that everyone can make when he enters German motorways from abroad is decisive. I often use the Basel border crossing and always make the glacial from Switzerland. In Switzerland you drive very orderly and without stress (except the fear of the speed cameras and the draconian fines – but you can avoid by keeping the speed limit). Then you get to the border crossing in Basel, pass this and immediately afterwards the madness starts. Still in the area of the border facilities (where the road is brought together again funnel-like on two tracks) the right of the stronger applies. Everyone gives full throttle to be before the other and on the A5 From this border crossing, driving becomes stressful and dangerous again. I think this stress is directly related to the lack of speed limit, which is why I would be in favour of introducing it.

what are retreaded tyres
Hello, winter is getting closer and wants to buy winter tyres soon. BUT I am a student and therefore not much money available. I am a careful driver, do not drive fast in winter. My tyre size is 195/65/R15 Have some questions. What exactly are retreaded tyres? How are they being renewed? The retreaded ones that I have looked at are with Continental profile. Can you trust such statements? “made by one of the largest retreaders ifenernewer Germany according to ISO standard with the latest technology in tire construction.” Would they also get 2 years warranty, they wouldn’t give if they were for the ass? Or would they rather take the cheapest NoName tires? And the tires are max. 6 years mobile, I know, this also applies to retreaded ones? Are the from the date of manufacture 6 years mobile or only after you started to use them? Would I be pleased with answers.

New road markings on the A3 and A40 in the Ruhr area
It seems that the control density in the Ruhr area is further increased, in this case it is about distance measurements on the above-mentioned motorways. On the A3 FR Köln-Oberhausen shortly before the yellow zoo bridge near Kaiserberg 3 relatively inconspicuous markings were placed, which according to information of the highway mastery Duisburg will serve the distance measurement. The same markings can also be seen on the A40 FR Venlo-Essen near Mülheim/Ruhr, exact designation of the place missing me ade. The A40, better known as Ruhrschleichweg, is mostly very busy in the morning, accordingly the tracks are often changed, which makes it impossible to keep the permissible distance. I tried it once at around 110km/h. Tacho and once a truck afterwards on the right lane. In both cases vehicles of the other lane pull in each way into the gap, because there is so much space, in the truck example one is overtaken by the rear truck, which, probably where, into the luck On the A3 you may still be able to see it, but on the A40 you should probably get at least every 3rd vehicle or driver with a distance measurement, at worst points, possibly driving ban. It seems to me that driving is now an extreme risk for an existing driving licence… 🙂

Getting bus money paid by sponsors?
Today I had a note hanging on the car, which made advertising for www.no-radar.com. Makes sense this homepage is to get the bus money refunded when sending a flash photo. Lt. the homepage is financed by sponsors, and you get 1 advertising e-mail per week. How do you see this: blessing or danger for safety in road traffic? Never have to pay bus money again for speed crossings? Illegal? Ring free, I look forward to your opinions… drago n46 (which has already been flashed, but never got anything) PS: Since I hate advertising by e-mail now on death and for the bullshit that I do in principle stand right now, it is no appeal for me to register there…

EuroNCAP expands its test program and will award a 6th star in the future
I read in the news about the new Laguna, the Renault plans to set a new benchmark with this car as well as with the predecessor and therefore wants to get the upcoming 6th star in the EuroNCAP. I now found at least a few infos in a PDF:http://www.zentec.de/…/CRH_SafetyLectures2007.pdf In the future there should be an additional rear impact, which (similar to Whisplash) should test the risks when impacting from behind. For this there should then be a new star, which one from 40 In addition, the frontal and side crashes should be refined. I find a very good thing, since at least in the higher classes only 5* are awarded and an extension to the Whisplash test was often demanded here

Accident vehicle? Unfortunately only noticed after 3 years
Hello everybody, I’m totally finished and I don’t know how to react. Maybe you can help me. I’m trying to be very brief: I bought a Corsa C from an Opel VH as a used vehicle about 3 years ago. It was sold to me as an accident-free vehicle at that time. So far so good. Now I wanted to buy a new car – with the same dealer – and at the workshop test to calculate the exact value of my car, it was noticeable that the driver’s door on the subject of when accident vehicle I read that a vehicle remains accident-free, if not carrying parts like e.g. the door are completely replaced in the event of an accident. Was I “pulled over the table” in my case??? What can I do now after 3 years? Do I have a legal chance to do something about it??? I would be very happy if someone would answer me. Thank you very much already! vg Simon

left driver and mirror on the highway
Hello, I know that the topic of middle track blockers and what upsets me in road traffic is already being discussed, or was, yet I have to deal specifically with 2 things, which are really no longer portable. 1. Left track blockers. There are gaps on the right, and these left track blockers drive as fast as those on the middle track. ‘The right track is anyway only for trucks and the Loosers. With this I do not give myself off at all’ (Possible thought of a left 2. Why do so many people on the BAB simply not get in line to look into one of the 3 mirrors, before they put the turn signal and turn left to overtake. From behind traffic can come at a considerably higher speed, and this has to go fully into the irons to not tile in the back of the snort. Which I also do not understand, that the overtakers can take all the time of the world. And behind it the traffic stands up to the gossip tmehr. Everyday life on the A2. In the Hanoverian area this is very bad! You are obliged to overtake quickly. And no policeman will say what if you drive for a short time 140 instead of the allowed 120, in order to quickly get past it not to hinder the following traffic. In many countries the people can do this, but why are many Germans simply not willing to take a little consideration and maybe wait for a gap that is big enough ??? Am I the only i n this country, which is different ??? If any of these candidates are here, as in the 2 points, I just want to have explained your thinking. Just be honest, I want to finally understand this problem, why not get so many things in line !!!!
