Vehicle sold for 7 months but still not re-registered…
Hello, I know this is once again a case where you can only shake your head. I sold a horse truck registered in May 2010. I also made a purchase contract. The buyer also gives me an extremely serious impression. But since I had a lot to worry about, I didn’t take care of it any further and I assumed that the truck was also immediately re-registered. Yesterday the tax office booked off the taxes again. Then I am directly at risk to the buyer. See that the truck was standing there, and was still registered on me. I then offered him to buy the truck back, minus the insurance and taxes that I had already paid. I found this more than fair. I told him that it’s pure coming from me, and I find it an impudence that he is now pushing up the price after my very kulant offer! I know that I have to report the whole thing to the road traffic office. My question is now whether I can still show the buyer because of fraud/insurance/tax evasion or whatever? Question of tailwind!
Hi everybody, I’m probably wrong here, but I didn’t find a suitable subforum for my question. I still hope that there are some people around with a clue who could be to clarify a dispute. So my husband was on the way yesterday with my car, when he came home he told me full of pride that he drove according to Tacho 310km/h. Since I know my car I asked him which slope he flew down, because at 290 km/h real 285 km/h is actually the end. He only said: No straight track, but with tailwind. My dad was as a passenger with us because we wanted to change the 700km long distance with the ride. There is still nothing indicated because of punishment or something. It is only a toos My dad would want to take the whole thing, now I want to ask if something like that would be possible at all? He could possibly make use of this refusal of testimony because I am his daughter, but that also does not make much sense, because in the photo it is a younger and female person who drives. They would surely follow the photo as I read it. Does it bring something to write about the fact that he does not have the right but would still give the information because of me?! The complete evacuation took 10 hours, which caused a traffic jam of DREISSIG kilometers long. The interviewed police officer said it would have taken so long because you had to load the parts onto another truck –> and at this point I can only shake my head unbelievingly. My first priority should be in such a case.
