Hello everybody, I’ve had a bad luck today. I was on a 4 lane road. 2 for the oncoming traffic and 2 for us. I was first on the left and then changed to the right and missed a vehicle which I had after the change directly behind me with light hooves (he probably had to slow down safely) and naturally excited and noted down my license plate. My question is, what kind of punishment is there for such a mishandling? A damage to property has not arisen.

Good day, last week I bought a used car. And when I was with it today with a body builder, almost the blow hit me. Hi, my brother has a little problem. Here’s what happened. He sold a motorcycle at ebay. The buyer came after a few days and wanted to pick it up. He looked at the motorcycle and claimed that the suspension fork was defective. But if the motorcycle were to take with him for half the price. My brother of course did not agree with it. He should transfer an amount of approx. 280,- € to the buyer’s account by 12.05, otherwise all this goes to court. Now my brother does not know what to do. He is not covered by legal protection. Hello, I have the following problem, on 14.12.2010 I parked my car on a game road, at the time there were snowstorms and the signs and roads snowed meters high. On 23.12.2010 I wanted to pick up the vehicle from the place, where I put it off on 14.12.2010. It was just not there anymore! A call to the police if it was towed, did not yield any result, which said that the vehicle with my license plates is not in the list. On 28.02.2011 the police called me and said that they found the car, about 200m from the place where I should have parked it and I must have been wrong at the location ect. To this day the car was at the police to the expertiese (enbruch tracks ect.), did not find anything, so it was clear to them that I was wrong as supposed and simply Maybe too stupid to notice where I’m going to park my car. Today, I get a bill from a private towing company, which implemented my car on 16.12 and I’m supposed to pay 130 euros. I have to pay a considerable amount of money because of this, and I depend on the car for my job. How exactly should I go now. Who is responsible for this?
