  • Who would have been to blame in this case?

I don’t know if it’s the right forum for this, but I have a question about road traffic rules. I drove on a 3 lane road this morning, the right was the bus lane, the bus changed to the middle lane and since I wanted to turn right, I changed to the bus lane – from the bus I wanted to drive the remaining 20m to the intersection covered, but just before the intersection is still a driveway – just before I passed the driveway – I had to take a full braking mac because someone from the opposite lane wanted to drive into the driveway – I couldn’t see him at all – only reacted quickly. And the one who wanted to enter the driveway turned off in front of the bus. Who would have been to blame in this case, the bender who didn’t pay attention to me? Or me – who changed to the bus lane? How is that if the bus lane is still “active”, can I then go on the bus lane to turn off or do I have to turn off from the middle lane? Sorry if the text is a bit confused, but it’s already quite late… Greetings Bonatus…

  • Manipulation of tachos will be punishable in the future!

Manipulation of Tacho’s future punishable Berlin (dpa) – Anyone who manipulates car tachos and thus deceives used car buyers or insurance companies will have to reckon with juicy penalties in the future. Deprivation of liberty up to one year or fines will also be due in case of manipulation of speed limiters in trucks or buses. The road traffic law will be amended accordingly, the Federal Ministers for Transport and Justice, Manfred Stolpe and Brigitte Zypries (both SPD), informed on Friday with According to Stolpe, the criminality envisaged by the draft law in Tacho manipulations does not only refer to the owners of the vehicles. “We will also severely penalize employees of workshops who are relocating electronic odometers on behalf of them in the future.” Zypries said that buyers of used cars would be better protected in the future. “In addition, relevant websites advertise that manipulation of the odometer is free of penalties. .” (partly) published on 22.04.2005 at 8:26 p.m. © Hamburger Abendblatt

  • Alcovorous test equipment

Hello everyone! I know it’s the case in Germany that you will be tested with such a small handheld device during an alko-control and in case of a suspected case you will have to make a blood sample. is that true? if yes, how are the experiences with these alko-pretest devices? in Austria only alcomats are used, which are directly in the gendarmerie/police car. they seem to be quite exact, since they are also considered as proofs. malfall in .at not with alcohol. because you can do only very few tests with these devices, since it takes quite a long time is now discussed about pre-test devices. and only in the suspected case the large, expensive, slow alcomats should be used. however, the internal minister resists because she thinks the error rates for pre-test devices are far too large for a practical use. I see all this rather as an excuse, what do you think? achja… in Austria is the statistical chance to get into an alcohol control scandalous low. statistically you are asked to check every 33.5 years once…

  • Illicit removal from the scene of the accident

Actually the wrong forum here doesn’t matter. A cousin of mine, has had the driver’s license for about 2 weeks. (at the exam he failed once) I have also been driving with him more often than he doesn’t race and so, however, if you drive, you have the impression that he can’t drive a car at all. He drives as I drove in the first driving hour. (but doesn’t matter) In any case, he has touched a car quite easily a few days ago when parking and is then e He then parked his car about two kilometers away. So then he came from work and wanted to drive away, there was a note on the window wiper, that he should call the number and the number at de Polente. He then made, after which I ended up talking to him and then the polyp said that he was on the phone with the hit and then maybe the two can clear it out. But to the police must drive away. (I know how stupid he is) ss after all, because the policeman has to write a report and have to record all this. I don’t want to hear something like: “Do you have a stupid kinship or something” (I know that myself!!! what can you say about it???

  • I always drive like this:(

Super Sonntag, Aachen 17.04.05: 174 instead of 60km/h: Driver nevertheless invisibly Even the Aachen police officers marveled: “I always drive like this”. After the first check immediately the next offense. An unlearnable family father pulled the Aachen police out of the traffic during a speed monitoring. The officers had measured the man in a closed village at 174km/h. At this point 60km/h were allowed. he, when he was stopped by the police officers. With his wife and two little children on board, the youngest just four years old. He has been driving like this for ten years, he explained to the police. He had been clear that he would be caught at some point, according to the police report. When the police explained to him the consequences – bus money and driving ban – the family father wreaked himself. Finally he drove away with squeaking tires and laid again in dangerous behaviour to the day. He overtook another car, skipped in front of it and braked it. “The driver could only prevent a daring braking manoeuvre from a serious accident”, says the report of the officials. Fortunately, at the new scene of the crime, other policemen stopped the driver again and now made “nails with heads”. They confiscated the man’s driver’s license and filed a criminal complaint for a dangerous incident. Interference in road traffic. In addition, they sent a report to the road traffic office, in which the authority is explained the irresponsibility of the driver. — Arghh, I hope he never sees his fleck again. Did he blow his whole mind through the exhaust?? Greetings Meik

  • “Circulatory Deficiency” excuse for texting and co.?

See e.g. here:http://www.rhein-zeitung.de/…wei-Touristen-dierben-_arid,443253.html I have the impression that messages that motorists have “become bad” have accumulated a “disaster” as the first cause. Usually when the road is straight, no unfavorable circumstances and often also (unfortunately not here) alone accidents. I suspect that this is the new trick to cover up distractions by SMS and co. In the above example – if you notice that you “step away” Is it possible to steer to the right side of the road and try to slow down? Or do I see white mice and the state of health of the population (working pressure?) is so bad? Amen

  • Coercion in road transport

Good evening, dear forum colleagues! I just got a letter from the police today. It says that the driver of my car is accused of a “death in road traffic” committed a week ago. Since the police are still investigating who was behind the wheel, they ask me in the letter to name the driver so that the investigation against him will continue. I know that I am meant because I am using my car alone. I also suspect that I am really interested in the But I can’t remember that I “needed” someone… My question is the following: What is best to do? Probably you’ll say that you should get a lawyer to help you… Or are there other ways? I have (luckily or unfortunately) never contacted a lawyer before. Can I really go to anyone, or are there certain lawyers dealing with such questions? And how can you find them? If I include the lawyer, it means that I have to pay him myself in all cases, or does it make the insurance, and if so, what kind of insurance is responsible for it…? Or does the side that accuses me bear the costs for my lawyer? I apologize for such (as some will think) simple and self-evident questions, but as I said, I have no experience at all in this field and I would be sorry for your e Answers be very grateful! Thank you in advance!

  • Question regarding waiting/priority

Hello! I’m learning for my driver’s license and I thought that someone could certainly help me here I’m in the priority chapter and there are some things I don’t really understand! I’ve attached three pictures here. The question is whether I have priority or waiting duty at this intersection if I want to go straight ahead. What I don’t quite understand is this sign under the priority road sign: It shows a left turn, doesn’t mean that the priority road If yes, then the right answers somehow make no sense for me. “I have priority over a left-winger” – I understand, because in this case I am the right-winger and therefore have priority because of the rule of law. “I have priority over a right-winger” – I also understand, since if you look closely, the right-winger has a priority-giving sign. On the next question, why do I have priority over the right-winger? – I also understand, because if you look closely, the right-winger has a priority-giving sign. However, I don’t understand why “because of the priority road rule” is the answer. Wouldn’t it rather be “because of the waiting rule”? Because the right-winger has such a sign. Because the sign under the priority road sign shows that the priority road turns to the left. What if I understood it correctly would think that I would leave the priority road when I went straight ahead. Or is the whole intersection part of the priority road in this case? A Is it so that there is no more priority road where the road after the intersection begins? Do I find somehow quite confusing and I just get a bunch of such questions, I sometimes know how to answer them correctly but only because I already know the questions by heart; But as long as I don’t understand it it doesn’t make any sense… Hope someone can help me! LG

Has anyone ever heard of you????????? Would be grateful for any kind of answer!!! greetings

  • A minor accident and a ban on stopping?

So, I had a little accident today. And that’s when I wanted to leave school with us, I hit a car when I parked out. Not at all. Are there three dents in there and the bumper at the back is a bit broken. But what interests me is: was he allowed to stand there at all? Because: (did he do a sketch there, hope it works) and it says on the sign: only for motorcycles (or something like that) and now I wonder if he’s there. Well, would I be interested? Thank you LG Kiki P.S. I can’t put my sketch on… can someone help me how that could work? Or I’ll send it to you… Thanks
