Hi, After an attempt at the VW forum I try again to find some helpful answers in the hope. I have a big problem with my golf. In addition there was a one-year used car warranty. For a long time I have had problems with switching. The gear is rather tacky and sometimes the fourth gear doesn’t really go in and out. It’s very heavy in general and always scratches a little, so no noise but you feel it doesn’t flood like that. Now I was at a VW car dealership and asked if I would like to look at this and just tell everything with the guarantee that is still running and that I’m afraid that there will be a breakdown of the gearbox 3 months after the warranty. Hello, I just rented a Opel Vivano. I paid an extra extra fee for winter tyres. Before that I didn’t get out of a parking space anymore because the wheels went crazy. Only with the help I came out of it. It all seemed very funny to me, therefore I did a tyre check. Mounted are Goodyear Marathon Cargo. Here I could find a M+S symbol, but not the snowflake. I’m right in assuming that it is not about ric If yes, how should I react? Complaint maybe? I demand the additional fee back in any case. Or is everything with M+S valid for the landlords as winter tires? Thank you!

So car into the workshop. Result in the workshop. Car is not traffic-proof. Brakes in front totally worn out (slides and blocks), brake hoses cracked, brake lines totally rusted. Horror. In my eyes a cheekiness of the car locksmith as a professional such a car To sell and even greater impudence of the TÜV examiner. One plays here with the health and life of people.
