  • Penalty for trademark abuse

Dear advisors, since I want to change the vehicle, I would like to buy and pick up the next car myself. Since I am busy in the week, I can only do this for the weekend. Unfortunately, all the authorities have closed the car. I am therefore thinking about collecting the registration plates from the first car. Another possibility would be to borrow the trailer from a friend, for which I do not have a valid driver’s license (I can use it!). he penalty would be lower if I were caught. a) How much is the penalty in the case of license plate abuse? It is listed nowhere. b) And how high would be when driving with the additional trailer without a driver’s license?

  • Car sales to Macedonia – risks??

Hello, I advertised my car a few days ago, since the TÜV expired in February and the car only has the red badge (Euro 2). Since the brakes also have to be renewed, I have set the selling price relatively low. Now a dealer from Macedonia has registered. He wants to come by on Monday and possibly take the car directly to Macedonia (no EU country). Does anyone know what I should pay attention to? What risks can there be? However, when paying, I should check the money for authenticity (possibly directly at the bank). Of course, I will remove the registration plates. There is also a problem: I lost the original vehicle letter. I only have a copy of it. I also told the dealer on the phone. If there were any problems, I would re-apply the vehicle letter and submit it. Do you think the copy could be enough in Macedonia? agen costs up to 100 Eur. Since the selling price is low, of course this would not be very economical. Look forward to your answers.

  • Reason for the format of the vehicle licence

Hello everyone, who has a registration certificate part 1, so the new version of the vehicle registration, you might have noticed that these dashed lines have printed on the “correct folding”. If you stick to them, you get a small and two large pages. A question that has been around me for some time, and which the ADAC could not answer: why is the first page smaller than the pages 2 and 3? So far I have assumed that the I could not find an “official” explanation. It can’t be related to the place for the registrations, because they could also be organized differently in order to get the necessary place. Does anyone have an official or official explanation? Thank you, Julian

  • Courage/guarantee in the workshop case

Moin Moin Today a question on a topic concerning myself. At my Fiesta almost exactly one year ago ( 2011 ) the heating control valve broke. Old Fiesta disease, affects everyone at some point. Now I was replaced by a workshop the part and for the first time was quiet for a year. About 1 month ago ( 2012 ) the heating started to run amok again and heated like the devil. I went to the same workshop as then and reported the case. However, only g I’m not sure if they have the case in the system. They said they didn’t. The part was then exchanged and I paid accordingly. But now, out of curiosity, I ransacked the old bills again and I noticed that I had the part exchanged with them. Is it quite exactly 1 year and 1 month ago. My question now: If I open up there with both bills, do I have a real chance to get something back in terms of money? Is this still possible under Ku I have a legal guarantee on the part. I have heard at different corners something of 2 years, but the exact legal framework was nowhere. Thank you for your help.

  • Overtaking ban … who cares ?!

On Sunday there was an interesting article in the Sat1 car magazine on the topic of overtaking … “WEN wanted to taste it.” There was also the “Rügen-Sache” mentioned, but only on the edge. Much more emphasis was placed on how everyday “very dangerous” the overtaking is practically implemented on our roads. It is overtaken, cut in fast-track sections … almost always dangerous … and far too often with consequences of accidents. Also a “self-test” was shown …. with documen … cameras hidden in the minibus. The minibus drove at the highest possible speed (so nothing with Schleicher) a distance in which the overtaking was forbidden…. It was overtaken by whole columns of vehicles formerly behind it. Some of these drivers were then questioned about their dangerous offense … the ignorant often arrogant answers spoke for themselves … “I always do this like this”, “I decide whether overtaking ban applies or not”, “I can’t do what … On the other hand, only … much more controls, much higher financial and applied driving ban penalties … this clientele likes to pay every penalty … money that the state can use well … so he can get it from voluntary donors Greeting Q

  • Driver’s license?!?!

Hi, I only have a short question, and hope for a quick answer, unfortunately I have no idea where I should put this question otherwise:P earlier was claimed in a discussion that theoretically I could be deprived of the license from the pole if I was clearly too fast, but neither laser nor any other technical whitening agent would have been in use… i.e. by pure appreciation of the officials… would the pole would not be in the obligation of proof and would have to prove to me that I was too fast was?! is even a fine possible, because of speed overrun??? hope for quick answer, thank you

  • bonnet snaps up on the highway..

Day together! Can’t believe it yet… After my father had to leave his BMW this morning (water pump seems to be broken) he got the Jaguar of a workmate. So he drove to the gas station during the day. (He’s in the field service/customer service) The tanker informed him that his bonnet was not completely closed. My father looked, she wasn’t completely locked in. He pressed her hands so that she snapped in audiblely, and also opti He went off again, on the highway, accelerated to about 130km/h, at the moment, according to his statement, the bonnet ripped up in a set, knuckled back away, the windshield got several cracks. Fortunately, he could drive relatively quietly on the stand strip, was enough space. Then he saw the full extent, the dampers were completely torn out, the hood had spread, bumps and bends in several places, the disc was torn several times, on the roof There are pictures here The whole thing went well, had quite a bit of luck…How can something like this happen? The car is neither old nor badly cared for. The question is above all: Who is now responsible for this damage?! How can it be that it is completely out of print? Normal you have to unlock it from the inside, from the outside also again.

  • BAB frenzy with NSL – (no) a cavalier offense?

Hi, since I have been travelling a lot on German motorways because of my job, I notice that the majority of the contemporaries, who have turned on the fog lamp despite sufficient visibility, do not adhere to the then permissible maximum speed of 50 km/h, but partially exceed it by up to 120 km/h. At the same time I notice that these speed crossings are apparently rarely punished. T?

  • Accident videos – Educational question

My two boys, each 6 years old, are now the second time, instigated by another toddler, busted out and walked along a federal road. This time, an attentive driver probably contacted the police, who picked up the four children and delivered them one after the other at home. Now, since the first conversation did not work, I would like to try the shock therapy. I’d like to see some of the video clips of car accidents where people were captured by vehicles. Does anyone know where I could get these clips? It doesn’t have to be with real people. I would be satisfied with crash test videos with dummies. I just want to show the children how dangerous that is and what can happen. I’d be grateful if someone could give me a link.
