For example, when ebay offers more and more of it, I have to say what many people don’t know: every lassed rear light is invalid in any case. Why? Because luminaires require type approvals and as soon as something is changed on a type approval lamp (e.g. lassed, magnification of the hole cut-out for other pears, gluing, etc.) the EC/ECE approval/type approval is extinguished. Furthermore, there is no possibility (e.g. by an expert report, change). In addition to a new type approval for which, among other things, a light-technical report from the Lichttechnische Institut in Karlsruhe or Berlin is required (the costs for this alone, according to DEKRA, are in the 4-digit range). This means that even if a “expert opinion” on the luminaires is supplied, this does not change the inadmissibility. Above all, because it is almost always the well-known “Muschwitz-Gu” In this case, according to TÜV-Süddeutschland, this is invalid for several reasons, so that there is talk of the replacement of the serial light and not of the change of it – apart from the fact that this is only a preliminary report. I have also seen DEKRA change acceptances which refer to this report and which confirm the road safety of the vehicle. In such a case, the examiner made a mistake, w For many, registration/change acceptance is also legally invalid. For many, registration/change acceptance is sufficient to calm the conscience, but in the case of a case, the insurance companies are hard-hitting -> found eating when it comes to paying. So you can only use the notes to blind police officers during a check. So: If you have a lasered lamp, you have an invalid lamp! Even if it is registered, you also have retro-reflectors a n’s car snaps and the illumination is good in itself. If you’re wondering why I’ve dealt with it so closely -> I let myself turn on such lights, supposedly with ABE, instead these windy notes were there.

Can I increase the speed to overtake?
Hello guys, the following happened to me a short time ago: I overtook 2 trucks on a straight, well-developed country or federal road in the best weather at the same time, and of course increased my speed, because you want to get past it quickly… And just the moment I want to slip in before the truck again, I see the unloved red flash… Well and today I got mail, 21 km/h too fast (even less the measurement tolerance), which means that I That’s why my question, may I briefly increase my speed to overtake, and what can I do now when I’ve just been flashed? Thank you for your answers…

Self-construction / change of lighting
Hello! I didn’t find a suitable forum, and because lighting has a safety aspect, I try it here. I don’t know God is the biggest tuning freak, yet I’m interested in the topic of lighting. Reason: With my Subaru Forester the front lighting is rather mediocre and the rear lights don’t like me. It’s difficult to change something about this, because the vehicle is rarely driven in Germany and the aftermarket therefore doesn’t give anything. 1.) Self-construction of front and rear lights by means of light modules from HELLA in a self-built vehicle-specific recording. The mentioned light modules have an E-test number. Now my question: What requirements are there for the approval of such a self-construction? Is a single acceptance sufficient or even a light-technical report to be prepared? Or is that not possible? 2.) The cheap variant: In order to change the appearance something positive, the I What would be, however, if one did not blacken the illuminating area, but only one area on the side of the headlight and thus did not affect the actual lighting (it is the so-called “Lexus-style” rear lights of the 2006 model, they have internal reflectors and a clear glass cover; the adhesive would be at an angle >=90° to the main beam Is it nice to have someone there with advice.

Who’s right?
Hello, today I drove towards a traffic light, where a sign was standing “Keep the mouth free”. The entrance was right at the front of the traffic light. I stopped right at the sign. After 5 seconds a BMW with an older gentleman stopped behind me, which permanently horned at me. So after 20 seconds he overtook me at the traffic light daringly with danger, because from opposite traffic came. When he stood then in front he tore the door open and mooted that one had to run over the contact strip, dami I said to him that a) the sign was then nonsense and b) such a contact strip only applies in the evening/night with little traffic and the traffic light also switches during the day. 5 seconds later it also became green, because we were sneaky. First the left, then the right, then we. Quite normal. Now he meant of course that the traffic light switched because he overtakes me. What’s right now? If I’m wrong, they should change the sign. If you turn the traffic light on. I can’t run over the contact strip. Thank you and greeting, IMHOtep

Avoid oncoming traffic and total damage is liable to who?
Our son is on a rather narrow road 3.95m after work. His side strip is 30 cm and then goes down the slope. Every 100 m there is a lantern pillar. He is already on the dike. Opposite track has at the beginning 40 cm, at accident height also 20 cm and on 2 m the earth is washed away – so nothing. Son (golf class 1.69 wide) drives already half on the dike, coming van of the 100000 Euro class (1.93m wide) drives only right and d moves over the middle line because his strip is getting narrower and narrower. My son who already drives with the tires on the roadside asks himself Van or lantern. Schlittert braked 5 m above the side strip and boing! As stood the road then still had 2.5 m. The van driver has 3 witnesses in the car (sister and wife) and thinks what he wants, he has three witnesses! Police call and two youths say from the van driver had driven over the middle. His insurance part he said that he was not aware of the accident and that nothing had happened to his car. 3 witnesses could confirm this. Police report is not yet available. Well, what do you think? Thank you very much for advice and information.

Blitzer or something else?
Hello, an acquaintance has a question. He was 3 weeks ago on the highway. Unlimited, then 120, 100, then 80. He was probably at ”rolling out”, where 80 was, he was definitely too fast and from right came a light from under a bridge. As he had described it it was already pitch dark, there was a lot of traffic on the track and the light did not come from the front, but rather diagonally sideways, perhaps direction 2 o’clock, as he said. He was on the left lane and on the other lanes. the cars were on the road with very close distance. That is now 3 weeks ago. He ponders all the time, whether they flashed it, or the distance of the vehicles on the right or middle lane or whether this was a small construction site, which was equipped with red flashing light… He also could not see what was under the bridge. Since I am also interested in this, these mobile speed cameras can also measure distances and flash ? because as he explained it, it should be be very difficult to have flashed it, as there were cars to the right of it, which blocked the field of view to the Red Light. What do you say about it? If the right are on the strip, and should flash so obliquely, can the then reasonable photos and first quite realistic speeds measure ? Greeting Venschla

too fast with rental car – limitation period?
Evening together, let’s ask a question that has been on my mind for a few days now: I am going on a business trip with a colleague and for this purpose my employer is lending a rental car to one of the big rental companies. In the contract, which is concluded with my employer, I am given a name. In the evening on the way home my colleague is driving. (change of driver is not a problem both for rent and insurance purposes.) suddenly it gets light and one was flashed on the country road. Allowed were 70, on the speedometer stood 85 km/h. So everything in the area of the annoying, because you did not pay attention, but nothing world-moving. Now the question: the report goes to the car rental company. It has to first determine who rented the car at the time and then send the information to the company, probably to my hands, since I was registered driver. But it goes however still of course to the post office and is distributed according to the usual Trara. I give the notice to my colleague, who pays without murmuring. One murmurs that such a notice expires after three months. But where do the three months start here in the construct? From arrival to the landlord? At the tenant? Or from arrival to the actual driver? In between may well be several weeks. (holiday, business travel,…) What counts? Greeting

ABE, individual reports etc. and what about replacement parts???
Hi, yesterday I couldn’t fall asleep and I asked myself the following question. why do I have to have an abe if I have to get a exhaust system, or have an opinion so that I have to enter it? I buy another end muffler as replacement part (not oroginal) because my old one is broken, I don’t need an opinion or an abe. WHY? it’s not an original part. same is it with brake blocks. no matter if ebay or ate carpenter etc. there is no good for me to do it. but there are no original parts. normally the tüv would have to ask for an opinion or something like that. or an example: my grill at the front of the passat is broken. ok, off to ebay and a new fetch looks the same, built in and now the tüv-man wants an abe or an opinion. why didn’t he demand this with the new end scarf damper, which looks also original but it’s not (he should have noticed it since this was new) I hope you understand t what I mean. in some things I need a abe or a gutachen with others again not. how is this regulated?????
