Hi, had received a warning because of a few km/h too much in a lane narrowing on a country road. The measuring point was outside of villages. After one side 200m to the village entrance, after the other approx. 800m to the next place. But I was issued a warning for inside places instead of outside. That makes 5 Euro difference, naturally in favour of the municipality. What do you do there? Subject to less pay would probably mean a bus money procedure, so the over Is that what you’re gonna pay?

My special thanks to the cities and municipalities
I would like to express my sincere thanks to the cities and municipalities. Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to move smoothly and, above all, quickly. It is only a ride from a red traffic light to the next… Stop & Go etc. Also bus stops Due to senseless development plans are no longer packed into a niche, but the bus stops in the middle of the road, so that the whole traffic behind the bus comes to an end. Does this type of traffic management belong to the often criticized pollution caused by vehicles? In this way, fuel consumption increases, but in the reverse, everyone shouts for more economical cars. The same applies to CO2 emissions. Thanks again for the fact that my fuel consumption and that of the others increases, the CO2 emissions are not throttled, but promoted and for that I and others should pay also about 5 € for one environment. environmental protection looks a little different for me.

Sign bridge – Light sign shows “track locked”
Hello together, yesterday I drove on the A4 from Cologne to Aachen. From Düren the sign bridge showed me that the left of the three tracks should not be driven. Annoying at the history was that the track was completely cleared and salted. Driving there would have been possible without any problems. Since the two right tracks were already well filled, I asked myself what punishment would threaten me if I were to drive on the blocked track. Yesterday I have the fine catalogue There was something to use a road, but only in the opposite sense (road is not used). And then there was something else, if the road is closed. e.g. by signs 250/251/255/260/267. However, this costs only 15 or 20 euros. I did not find out what the penalty is and where I find it.

Driver “Types” at Motortalk => Test at Focus.de
On Focus.de there’s a funny car driver type test.http://www.focus.de/…/auto driver type test_aid_54630.html The result is amazingly consistent with my self-assessment Would be a good collection if the motor talk users post their result here. See how we all tick in terms of road traffic. I start with:You are the born driver dynamicer. Driving is your desire, not load. Traffic situations are mostly intuitive. It’s very rare to be in traffic and usually think and act faster than other motorists. What sometimes stresses you are drivers with less temperament. With a little more serenity you become an even better driver. Your social drive as a motorist resigns behind it. They are on average social and your behavior, as with many people, depends very much on personal moods. Other motorists do not consider you basically as competitors in the progression of the tägli You know the traffic rules and accept them – in principle. But you don’t act doctrinally. You don’t insist on strict observance of rules with other road users, and you see some things a little more generously. Sure, who keeps to every stop sign according to the rules? With your interpretation of the Verk rules of honor you come stress-free through the traffic, because you really shouldn’t take it that precisely…. Don’t take it very seriously …

Overtaking ban with addition “Trecker may be overtaken”
This morning I once again had a tractor in front of me. On the federal road there was a ban on overtaking, with the additional sign that tractors can be overtaken. Then the following question went through my mind: What if a car driving directly behind the tractor does not dare, or belongs to the tractor driver and therefore does not want to overtake it? Can I overtake it anyway? Or would I commit a overtake by overtaking the following car? bring the dark??

When is cutting a road risk?
Hello, I noticed again and again on motorways, is that many drivers still shortly before the exit to the right in order to get the exit. Now sometimes more space is sometimes less, but from when is it concretely a road danger or coercion and until when is it only an infringement according to the fine catalogue (after the overtaking of other road users hindered) What does the jurisprudence and the handling by authorities say about this? Thank you!

Fog lights even with good visibility? Why?
Hello! I see more cars with fog lights on in road traffic. During the day I can explain it to myself as a daytime driving light replacement, but in (clear) evening hours in addition to the main lighting it does not make any sense or disturbs only the opponents. Mostly it is younger road users which does not have to mean anything or can be a coincidence. Even if the legal consideration was already a topic in this forum several times, I wonder where this increase is intended to be. Mdeter usage is coming? Best regards.

BMW520d Year of construction2007 ,used car, after 10 months engine defective
Hello, at the dealer we bought a BMW520d Touring construction year 09.2007, with 116000km for 18900.-euro.After 10 months and 12700 km driven the engine is defective and must be replaced.Workshop findings:Cylinder head disassembled-through at the bridge of cylinder 2.3 and 4.The pressure in the cylinder escapes thereby into the cooling system.Such washings on the bridges could result from wrong driving. After 10 months and almost 13000km is unlikely to mean workshop. However, it is important for us to know whether this damage may have occurred after our journeys, or whether the previous owner is the basis for the wrong driving. A well-known car mechanic thinks that if the turbocharger was already defective, this can also come to these washings.Workshop must not do any research, which has already been repaired on the engine at the previous owner.Who knows about such a damage, or had already such a problem. Thanks in advance Bely

Let’s get out of here!
Hello, I think that in the area it is not the only communities that are fighting against too high traffic. There are two municipalities in our district, which with huge banners at the entrance to the village and also on the road point out that too much traffic goes through the spots and has to be bypassed. Also, in the local press you read very toxic letters of readers from people who live directly on the thoroughfare. Every time I read these letters and banners, my mind boils over. Why? It is always the people who complain about too much traffic, who live directly on the main road. Why do these people live on the main road…. ? Because there the rents, apartments, houses or construction sites are the cheapest. In addition, the residents always put the vehicles on the through road, that a smooth traffic is almost “impossible”. In return, one moves but over traffic jams and tin avalanches in the place to which are provoked so naturally. Strangely however, it is that exactly these people also own cars, nevertheless get upset about traffic (similar to the residents who scold about flight noise but want to fly even on vacation) For such behavior I have no understanding whatsoever !

Penalties apply on the street and have been flashed
Hiho together, unfortunately I received mail today, in which my car was flashed while driving over a red traffic light, a corresponding picture was also included. However, it is now the case that I was not the driver, but my son. My son told me about the incident: He wanted to turn shortly before the traffic light in the city center and was apparently flashed. Now my question is, do you have some tips for me? Because if we proceed as further as suggested in the letter my son has to pay the fine and gets the driver’s license away for a month. On the picture you can see clearly that the wheels of the car have been hit fully. What do you say about it? Greetings muroc
