Hi people, last Friday on the highway on the way home from the holiday: three-lane highway, no speed limit. I drive on the left lane with approx. 160 kmh and about 80-100m distance to my front man. Suddenly comes from behind such a would-be and moves up to about 8-10m on my bumper. After about 200-300 m he tries to overtake me on the right which is not possible because of traffic on the middle lane. Overall he tries it 3 times. When I then brake then must ss, because my front man brakes, he passes me to the right and squeezes so close in front of me on the left track, that I have to make a full braking and even to the left in the direction of the guardrail. Afterwards this type with well maintained 140 kmh on the left track and prevents me and all subsequent drivers from overtaking (middle track was free) I have already experienced a lot and have always remained calm, but that definitely goes too far for me. What do you think about it, s should I report the guy or does that bring nothing but running ?? greeting mivork

Hello community, I have a problem since yesterday afternoon. It rained a bit more heavily and accordingly the road conditions were. I was in a 30 zone of shopping on the way home – at adapted speed! It poured floodlike and the road stood under water. The Gulli cover was not visible. However, when I drove over it it did 2 powerful blows. The first time the Gulli beat against the underbody protection in front of the front wheel, the second time the r Cover in the sill in front of the rear wheel, causing some damage. The sillbar is deformed and, of course, the paint is damaged. Furthermore, it has caught the recording for the jack. I don’t know how much the damage is all in all, but I would be interested to know if something like this usually doesn’t have to pay the city. I can’t drive around every Gulli! Either way or like that, the police have tried to explain it to me. As a driver, you always have to drive in such a way that you can stop in time. Hi guys, I need your ideas/ advice/Guides….have wanted to change the winter bikes with a very good friend today, as every year! He drives nen Rover 200 Bj.`98 in which there are no wheel screws but only the nuts, that is, the thread is on the wheel shots. evening people… let’s ask: what can you do against an annoying driver (even if the car belongs to him)? concrete case: I am breathed non-stop from the right as I drive, etc… this in a tone of shcon almost goes through as an insult… ergo I get slightly aggressive, what you notice also in the driving style and what further criticism from the right contains.. and on supplication the said driver does not react but gets louder… is there somewhere in the WWW? because if times kracht b I’m the shitty one, isn’t I?

Hello! I’m 24 and I messed up. No I didn’t cause the accident, however, in one. It happened today on the country road. In a curve one of 3 cars (the middle) got into my lane too far and drove away my mirror. I always make sure to stay in my lane I drove extra quite right because I was afraid he didn’t get back on his track in time. But didn’t bring anything in the rearview mirror I said that he could go on I didn’t see the brake lights at all… I had 3 minutes until I was home and I drove home because I didn’t want to stop on the country road / could. At home I first had to sit down and then I went out with my father and looked at the damage. The door was also pretty scratched and the window also had some scratches in it. I wanted to report the case then and I was told to go to the scene of the accident there was still the police. I didn’t think the damage was that big. At Ebay I found n new mirror for 50 euros. At the accident place I was told that the behavior was driving flight. I had to wait. That I could not think clearly and never had such a situation otherwise. (so far no points or parking tickets) they rather did not care. I also had no witnesses actually the other had n passenger… Now the problem according to the police. The one has the window e The damage is not high that he is injured is the big problem. I should expect a 4-5 months driving ban and had to give the ticket right away. Tach, near my home country, gives a road that suffers a lot of “asphalt karies” and I have to drive 2 times a day (to work, back from work). Especially the past winter has caused a lot of damage to the road (numerous sinks, potholes, cracked up, ancient pavement comes back to life,…, the whole program stops). The above mentioned road damage is mainly on the right side of the road. Not to keep constantly on the 10km road. I’ve been used to driving in the middle of the road for 1 week (of course with regard to the back and back traffic!). Does anyone know here in the forum whether my behaviour is allowed? About New Year’s Eve I was with some Italian friends in Vienna. After the journey (from Berlin) I was glad to find a parking lot right in front of the apartment. I arrived on Saturdays and next to me had many more vehicles parked there. On Monday I wanted to take a round with my Italian friend, but the car was no longer there. There where I had parked, was absolute stop ban from Monday to Friday. There it was now unfortunately too late for me. And since in the apartment description there was literally “parking places right in front of the house”, I did not even consider the possibility that there would be something wrong. Well, the car was gone, we could pick it up against 168€ towing service fee. Now came a letter from the city of Vienna, who want to pay another 63€ penalty amount. Since our government concluded a contract with the Austrians for mutual enforcement assistance h at, I don’t really get around it. But how is it when I hire my Italian friend as a driver? The Italians don’t have a contract with them. Is this possible at all or is it basically valid in Austria? Or are there other ways to escape it? I found the 168€ already punishment enough…
