  • Underground parking

Hello people, have unfortunately found no subforum. So, have a problem with my landlord (no private apartment). Who or they would like to have to leave my registered car from the underground garage. In the rental contract there is also nothing of which a car without license plates is not allowed o.ä. ,or what do you mean? Cite: *** The rental item may only serve for own purposes of the tenant and only for the understatement of the motor vehicles, not for storage purposes. *** Now what do you mean??? I I mean, like they want a car, whether it’s on or off, that’s not in it!

  • Are accidents overestimated?

The scientists Tversky/Kahneman received a Nobel Prize for risk perception a few years ago. They came to the conclusion that our risk perception is distorted: large risks are perceived smaller and small risks are rather greater. For some time now I have been thinking about buying a new car. Not for comfort reasons, but for safety reasons. Now I have determined that only 7% of the accidents occur in the road traffic. Incredible 72% of the accidents occur. (See e.g. http://www.vobs.at/rk/hms/schueler.unfaelle.pdf) Accident hazards occur much more frequently in very different areas of life than in road transport. Therefore, one would have to take countermeasures there first. If, for example, I spend 15,000 euros for a safe car, although the risk in road transport represents only 7% of the total risk of accidents, I would also have to pay to reduce the remaining risks. n invest. (i.e. exactly 154.000 euros in reducing the dangers in the house, in leisure time or in sports) Therefore, it makes no sense to invest so much money in a safe car. Does the whole security technology for the most part rely on a false or irrational probability perception of drivers? Do we fight dangers that play a more subordinate role in our lives, while we do not consider the real causes of death? I am perplexed.

  • with red flashed help!!!

Hello guys, my wedded wife has been driven and flashed with her car at night in a strange city over a yellow (she says anyway) traffic light. Now of course she has plenty of bumblebee before a possible driving ban, moreover she is still in the probation time and there has such an expensive consequences… I have already informed myself about the expected penalty. Depending on the length of the red phase and so on… Does any of you have a tip on what you can do now or what kind of penalty? It was night, the road was snowed in slightly… can you do something about it? Don’t misunderstand me: I don’t want to take her away from the responsibility here, but as she described it, it was just a carelessness without any danger to other road users (were not there at night at 0h30…). And the consequences that can come (not have to) are, in my opinion, just disproportionately hard. h never let anything come to debt and chases this stupid mistake… I’m grateful for every tip, I’d love to make a PN so that no moderator comes into embarrassment, all right!? 😉 Of course I know the illegitimate tricks are strictly forbidden and would never, ever come up with the idea to use them in my whole life… 😉 Thank you!

  • TÜV…? Or: I don’t understand the world anymore?

Funny: If I took my car to the TÜV (Oder Dekra, VÜK, GÜT,…) they are always pretty pingy, they would even rumble a re-show due to a 1cm cracked rear wiper rubber (no joke – has already happened). Other people here in the street drive the last caves, which oil our yard, have fist-sized, patched rust holes, cracks in the front window etc. But, oh wonder, they get a badge every time the first time! Must say that my car is good I am also, I say “normal” to the examiners, not naughty, but also not slimy, normally nice. Do there possibly seem to be a table over there? Although, I could rule out that if the examiners of the carrots in question have money for it, why don’t they invest the money in another vehicle? Well, be that as it may, someone has similar experiences, Or stories in stock?

  • Your assessment of the guilt in a crash?

Since the question of guilt was not yet resolved in the event of an accident a week ago, I would be very pleased about your opinion. Should not have much to do with the topic of legal advice…. To the accident: About a week ago a golf abens drove in dense professional traffic on the right lane of a 2 lane road. There is no middle line, and on the right there are still cars on the road…. is therefore quite tight. Anyway, the golf swam with about 50 in traffic, As a few meters before this someone got quite comfortably out of his parking car. Since directly next to the golf another vehicle drove at the same speed, the gulf burst quite strongly, because the danger was very great to catch the disembarkation. At the height of the person concerned, a small car drove to the gulf, which could not brake any more in time. Fortunately, the gulf had a speed of about 10 – 20 km/h in the momennt, which led to the k one of the mentioned injuries involved had… .. a typical driving accident in professional traffic just…. However, the question of guilt was not resolved by the police on the spot, although it is quite clear to me. The above person, who got out of the car, blames the golfer alone, the driver of the driving small car again blames the golfer and the disembarking one partially…. so at least 5 minutes after the accident…. Police said after the accident, that one of the two drivers received a fine, and that would very likely be the small car driver, that is, the drive-in driver. The actual cause, namely the person who left her car casually and carelessly with a wide open door, was listed by the police as a witness only, but not as an accident involved. In my opinion, the Gulf is not at all to blame, since I see it as a matter of course, to slow down as soon as There is only the danger of approaching a person! It is annoying for the intruder, but the accident would have been avoidable if it had kept enough distance, or if it had reacted better…. anyway, I would be interested in your assessment.

  • Flashed with official car

Hello! This is extremely embarrassing to me and my first incident in the road traffic and then directly something like that… was flashed the first time 1month ago. Today the post came: allegedly 24kmh too fast within 30zone. (no my nick and my car have nothing to do with youthful madness). The car was also a Johanniter car. In the letter it says e.g. “If they testify. I will decide taking into account this admission”. In the whole text there is only something about fines. I’m afraid of a review because at the time of the incident I didn’t have a probation period yet, but only for almost 2 weeks. The “impairment of order”, as it is called, can follow an MPU??? Nothing was called in the letter until now!? At the time of writing, however, I had my probation time already. What do I do best?? I once attached the letter here

  • The GTI factor

Hallöle, do you know that too? You drive on the highway, just want to overtake for a short time and already someone sticks to the bumper. Whether you drive left or right, he stays permanently behind you, so tight that you can not even see the headlights anymore. I also noticed this now extremely well inside. I just want to drive to the MC, 2 Cheeseburger or something, takes maybe 5 minutes, then I put some bassbox behind me, and really push it. If I don’t know better, then you’ll be suspicious as if you want to tell me: “Boy, just cut off the ridiculous GTI stickers from your gulf, I’ll show you that you don’t have a real GTI.” I don’t let this kind of thing provoke me, but it’s annoying. I’m driving really normal, I mean between 55-60, sometimes with 70 inner places (yes, I know). You just catch yourself fast. rerraum, sit almost on the handbrake and steer with one hand chilled. Then they still drive quite nervously left and right after one to indicate that they will overtake (which they will do at some point). Do you feel the same way? oOhttp://www.abload.de/img/jitieip15d.jpg

  • Question about: Self-illuminating markings

Hello together, I am currently working on my seasonal vehicle (pure meeting vehicle, no everyday operation) to clean the rear completely, i.e. i.e. no registration plate. Now I have got a self-reflecting license plate and would like to mount this at the rear window to drive on meetings with suction cups from the inside and then remove it again at the meeting. Does anyone know if this would be okay in the sense of the TÜV/Police? As said, I do not drive by car in the A The only thing I found in the net is “place, type and height according to EG-Rili 70/222/EEC of 20.3.1970”, which states that the registration plate must be mounted on vehicles starting from BJ 1.1.1983 > 1200 mm high. Please and hope on helpful answers DANKE! MFG

  • Headlamp lamps in the LIDL

From 08.11. in Lidl headlight lamps are offered in set of 2 for 5,99 €: with 50% more luminosity or with blue light. I wanted to strike here in order to have replacement lamps at home. Now, however, the question arises for me whether, if a lamp breaks, I can simply replace it with a new one with 50% more luminosity and leave the other as it is? Or do or should both lamps be replaced in this case? my already used lamps have 50% more luminosity?

  • Making Xenon light bearable – can you do that?

The car, which I will probably buy soon, inevitably has xenon light. Apart from the glare effect for the oncoming traffic, this eclectic cold-blue light bothers me above all. Are there possibilities without changing the headlights completely (if this is possible at all), to make the xenon light more bearable for me and those who agree with me? So e.g. Xenon lamps with warmer light or colored lenses (or stuttering against the aperture) or something like that?
