Hi Community, I think I’m completely wrong in this subforum, but I didn’t find anything where I should post my request. It’s about the following: I had a parking ticket for 35€ last night (13.03.11) because of parking in the fire department driveway on the car. The whole thing was dated on 11.03.11 which can’t be, because I only parked the car there on 13.03. and at this time was white in the work in another district. My question: How are your experiences gen, you can challenge something like that, because the date is not true, or is that pointless, since I must have been standing there anyway regardless of when, because otherwise I would not have gotten the ticket… Thank you already

Hello, I was on my way home yesterday (on a main road) when a car came out of a side street and drove to my lane. I had the choice: either Frontal into the other car, or on the green strip. Everything good and nice.. She gave me her name, address, insurance data and left home. When I came from work today, the police stood at my door because of the sign. They took photos of the car and asked a few questions and said something about driver’s escape?! I have to say that the old lady reported to the police about 17 hours after the accident. She also said that she was responsible and I can’t do anything for it. In addition, she said at the guard that her insurance took over the sign. After this I can answer within one week to the incident or not, so there has been no penalty notice. Now to the problem: I got my last point in February 2010. It is well known that after 2 years without new registration d ie points (currently 4) deleted. Therefore, my question is whether the date of illegality is relevant in this case or the entry into the central register with the legal validity of the communication. I am concerned that this would be the second time that, just before the end of the 2 years, such a unique faux pas again leads to an increase in the points and a new start of the 2-year period. I have already heard of the delay in the period for legal validity and I don’t know anything about the simple legal tricks because I haven’t had much to do with it so far. But it would be in my mind that if I were to get 3 points then I would at least start counting from the beginning. Servus, Hab mal ne Frag. A well-known from Poland who also has its headquarters there, currently lives in Germany because he works here. He made a big stupid mistake and drove with about 1.8 promille and was caught by the police. He also regrets this very much and is currently quite finished with the world and even plays with suicidal thoughts. He was deprived of the Polish EU driving licence and got a driving ban for 9 months here in Germany. He has recently picked up his driver’s license in Poland again and is allowed to drive there. Now he has received a letter from the city here in Germany that he has to go to MPU before he is allowed to drive in Germany. I have to ask myself now he has to go to MPU as a Polish citizen and can he really give Germany a driving ban here? After all, he got his Polish EU driver’s license again. he doesn’t make an MPU. As I heard, the city believes that his main residence is here in Germany, his headquarters are in Poland and he is Polish citizen. In the letter from the city he was supposed to apply for his driver’s license at the admission office in xy… but he already has his driver’s license back!! Moin, this morning the friend of the car (C class) was towed out of the parking garage… Since it is an automatic transmission, I wondered how they could get the car towed if it is parked in P position?! I mean, the car can’t be “charged”, so something would have to be broken or not?! Thank you in advance…
