Hello! I’ve had my car license for a few days now and I’ve driven about 150 kilometers so far. I don’t have much experience at all. However, from tomorrow until Friday I have a vocational school (about 35 kilometers away) and I don’t want to go by car as before, that’s insane …. In itself, no bigger problem, only the weather report says strong snowfall and snow/ice rain for our region, so it’s going to be really smooth. Now I wanted to ask you how I should behave best. Hello, I bought a Renault Twingo BJ 98 on Thursday and paid for the rest on Friday and also brought it to the round check. Visually he has small defects is unfortunately no new vehicle, went in December 08 over the TÜV without defects. But then saw at the check that the axle carrier with underbody protection was thick and after testing with the screwdriver which was at once gone…the brakes are totally rusted so also a lack where you don’t actually come over the TÜV even the oil pressure switch is leaking.. everything was checked in a car workshop…with these defects the car would not have been allowed to get a TÜV…. then the seller pointed out that the car has significant defects and I would like to give it back again or at least a price reduction….for the car I paid 1750 € and wanted a price reduction of 400 € to me from the workshop said that this is appropriate… considering that I now have a car which is not actually suitable for traffic.. now the seller turns across and says he has no interest in increasing the car back and he was not aware of the defects…have taken pictures and it is also no problem that I get an expert report from an expert that it is also so that the car would not have come through the TÜV with these defects in December…. he has given me a price reduction offered from 150 € where I just shuddered… have given him clearly to reason 400 € maximum 350 € but less in no way… how do my chances to get out of law? On the A1 direction Bremen there are five (!!!) different speed limits! And that at just three kilometers! Are you still going? Shortly after the exit Posthausen it starts at 100 km/h. About 900 meters further are 120 km/h. After 400 meters then you are slowed down to 100 and then after another kilometer to 80 km/h. What is the nonsense? Is this only on the A1 so or do you know even more roads in Germany, where such confused signs appear???

Suddenly 2 pedestrians on the zebra strip, dark dressed, hit. Both only slight injuries, i.e. abrasions, could be released immediately from the ambulance. The two “injured” told the driver that they would have walked across the road as usual every morning on the zebra strip without looking for cars.
