I have just noticed that all new cars have to be equipped with a brake assistant. The brake assistant was invented because many drivers do not really push on the pedal with an emergency braking. This is why the brake assistant takes over this job now. He recognizes this by a quick change from accelerator pedal to brake pedal an emergency braking is present…. But what if now a rabbit hops me on the road…… Actually I can only normally brake, a full braking is j a not allowed in this case…… I normally step on the brake pedal and thanks to the brake assist it becomes a full braking. ….Backman drives me into the rear…… What about the question of guilt now. Because actually my car would be to blame for the accident?

This is only logical, since these curbs lead to entrances, garages, etc. But what if “behind” the curb is only a common front door? I got short-term registration marks for the time being, because I have time to register it only next week. Papers are on the way. Unfortunately I only looked at these at home in peace (or at all). The vehicle letter was pressed on each side a stamp with the word “UNWOLTER”. ine kind table to record “decommissioning” and “recommissioning”. According to this table the car was already closed on 01.08.2011. A recommissioning is not listed. However on the front side – next to the “UNGÜLTIG” stamp – is another stamp which tells me that for the vehicle on 04.08.2011 the registration certificate part II was issued (but from a recommissioning there is nowhere something !!). Now my real question/questions: Is the car now closed and pulled out of the traffic or not? Then the dealer would have pulled me over the table. If so, but why was it then closed on 01.08. and on 04.08. the registration certificate part II was created? Or is this all due to the fact that the old vehicle letters are no longer valid and it is now the new ones (pronounced: Zulassun). g certificate part II)?
