My car went to my dealer last week for a drive seal and brake sensor problem. 40Km later I lost the front left wheel to the highway. Luckily nobody was damaged and not much is broken, but the repair is expensive. Now, who is responsible for it. I have myself my winter bikes replaced on the weekend, before going to the garage, so maybe I made a mistake, but maybe the mechanic later unmounted the wheels, I don’t know. The customer service manager says that his mechanics don’t need to unmount the wheels. Who should pay the repair? Hello together here briefly summarized the facts of my problem. I have sold a car private (with ADAC purchase contract). No Garanie promises or similar registered on my part. When selling the buyer about everything that is to my knowledge about the car and also not clarified. Test drive was made and a day’s reflection time was granted. 2days after purchase he wants to return the vehicle (suspension damper rear and exhaust system from front to rear should supposedly be renewed). H 2 weeks later a call to my mailbox. He was in the workshop, there were still some defects found, I should call back. What now? I am not aware of any guilt and have sold it in good conscience. What can come to me and how should I behave towards the buyer? The vehicle has already been re-registered or deregistered via the buyer. I would be extremely grateful for a quick answer. There are about 10 vehicles in front of me that drive only 40km/h all the time. I know the track and notice after a few seconds that there is no way at the track gate! Why does the profession ever enter into the tariff? – Marital status (with me single) all with family have lower contributions. Why are families preferred? what is so great about which family have to tame less. why are all those who have no family heavily ripped off? – Age it is generally known that young people are ripped off, and get the insurances as an excuse: “old people are driving better”….. yes exactly, they drive better until they drive in the wrong direction on the highway, all clear, love insurances. – sex (male for me) why pay men more. The accident is from the previous-before-owner! So over 2 years ago. However, the way is very far to the university, the fuel consumption over the long distance too high. Now I sold the car 2 weeks ago, but with Sooo now to the important part of the sale. Actually great worked out, nice contact. The first time the father and the daughter came by. Have looked at the car and made a test drive. The next day the daughter (buyer) and I met at the traffic office to log off the car and re-register and then conclude the purchase contract.
