Hello, something strange happened to me…. I drove with Tacho 55 through the city, when it suddenly made Ping! Great… I was wondering why they flashed with such a small overrun… Now the letter came and it says I should have driven 62 kmh… After deduction of the tolerance it should still be 9 too much = 15 € As already written my Tacho showed me quite exactly 55 kmh. The Tacho goes very exactly with me. With Tacho 100 it shows me only 2 kmh too little on the GPS. Wa r maybe the speed camera set wrong?? I don’t see it one to pay for something like that! It’s not about the 15 € here, but about the principle. PS: Speed camera was out of the city from a car. Greeting Patrick

Hello, on the farm of our farmhouse (on the road through the village) the police carried out a traffic control last week from about 20 o’clock. So the patrol cars, lighting vehicles, etc. they have parked on the private premises. The farm is not structurally separated from the public transport space. Since the farmhouse is uninhabited (except a few sheep and chickens) I only got it on the weekend from a buddy. May the police without asking such a control station set up??? Greetings

Hello, was yesterday over large distances on highways. In places were attached to bridges distance meters, which could be seen accordingly. Now my questions: 1.) If you are recorded by such distance measurement, do you notice this at all or do I only know this afterwards, if I possibly get a fine notice because of too little distance? 2.) Do these devices turn a video of one in the course of the distance measurement? Finally, it must be checked if necessary, 3.) If a video is shot – can you clearly recognize the driver of the filmed vehicle? Question because I am not sure that I have always kept the prescribed distance at higher speeds. Of course, I am now concerned that I was filtered/recorded unnoticed by a distance meter and then received unpleasant mail in a few weeks. In June I sold a 2.5 year old WoMo, which I had in the rental, as a commercial seller in Germany to another buyer, also commercially (he wanted so because of the tax). In the purchase contract for tightness and body is pointed out the warranty of the manufacturer (7 years tightness, 5 years rust, 4 years warranty extension on technology) and any further warranty AND warranty excluded. ll, as well as leak check one day before the transfer, as well as new TÜV. Purchase price: 80,000EUR net. The WoMo was top in shot, service always carried out, leak check also, even an extra after the sale and before the transfer. Certificate available. Before Christmas the lawyer of the buyer contacted me and sent an invoice over 25,000EUR with payment deadline 3 days, today was already the reminder in the mail. The reason: The camper is allegedly in the rear area about the beds were totally lazy. The reason is a water break due to the allegedly not professionally mounted cable introduction of the Sat system. The plant was installed ex factory, WoMo was picked up at the plant. The owner had the repair already carried out at a company known to him, there are only pictures, no expert report. The pictures I get from the lawyer only after payment of the invoice.
