Moin dear car community, I got very angry again this year about the TÜV or the Dekra here with us. In May I was with my C180 LPG with the local dekra examiner. Vehicle failed, found defects: Small cut on the front right brake line, which did not even penetrate the top layer, passed AU test, because the Lambda value was not in order. First of all a completely normal test, which the vehicle rightly did not pass. Error: The AU test was carried out with gas, which is simply impossible and also does not comply with the regulations. The cut did not show any structural weakness in the brake line during a pressure test. The so-called gas test was a short head movement from left to right. The whole cost a total of 138 euros incl. inspection. In June I was with the same examiner with the C180 without my wife’s LPG. This time I had cleaned all the pipes before and after all individual damage New brakes mounted and all lamps checked. Found defects: turn signal bulbs at the front and at the rear out! Test passed with small defects. Unfortunately I was not present at the test myself, because I had previously exchanged the flash signal bulbs for new ones. Costs: 96 Euro In August I was with the Mercedes 230 CE with LPG of a friend at the same test place again.
