Good day, I’m still in the trial period and was flashed 2 times within 3 weeks. Once in Austria on the highway with approx. 25 too fast, and now in the 30s zone with approx. 15 too fast. I wanted to know now whether a speed camera photo from Austria runs over the German driving licence and whether this is treated equally and what will come to me regarding my trial period. I hope to get only answers from people with clue and not any I’m not a rascal, it just went stupid. Thank you in advance!!

Coercion in road transport
Hello, maybe someone here knows more than I do. Today it happened that a car deliberately blocked an exit of a parking lot. When I wanted to drive from the parking lot and the owners (?) remained visibly unimpressed beside the car, I pressed briefly on the horn. The owner completely rested, sat down in his car, I meant to drive him away, he did not do it at first, I repeated my polite demand. He put the car forward, but before he was so “frey” And then he decided to get out of the car and went off on his way to get out of the car! I then made it that I was leaving, I don’t care about people like that. He followed me with the car, then I could “hang” it off. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the chance to get out of the car, and then I got out of the car. d my passenger fails to write down the license plate. However, it was a short-term registration (such a license plate with this three-day approval for 100€ or so). My question now, what can I do about this in the future? I would have liked to immediately notify the police, since I do not have to be required in principle and so a behavior absolutely not tolerate, you should have seen it! Since it was also a short-term registration, I do not know what it is like?! I know that an ad is the result because of coercion, what are the chances that I can get through it? I had a passenger, the other guy too. Next time just write down the license plates immediately and the 110? As I said, the case was very violent and I absolutely did not fail. I know the guy from seeing, can you do something afterwards if I get out the name or the license plate? Greetings

Maximum speed with consequences
Hello everyone, I tested the top speed on a free, three-lane track with my A3 2.0 l TDI and could see that only one stroke before 240 was finished on the speedometer. I don’t know how high the actual speed was, at least much more than the manufacturer’s specification. I then took the foot off the gas and let the car roll out. It took a relatively long time until 120 and 100 km/h were reached again. e between 160 and 180 km/h and had to do a full braking, i.e. I have passed the brake pedal with full force. At “239” on the speedometer, no full braking would protect me from an accident, if one would drive out from me or change into my driving lane. This test made me very thoughtful and I visited the next stop very close by. Just by chance I meet a computer science teacher here with a new A3 3-T And he spontaneously asks me if I had not been flashed, because on this route the speed was limited to 130 and his MMI would have warned him of the speed camera. I was shocked at first and would certainly not have driven there so fast if I had seen the border signs. I also did not notice a speed camera, but I also concentrated on driving and driving ahead. Nevertheless, I had plötzli When I thought about the consequences and consequences, I asked him how or how his MMI would warn him of speed cameras, because according to my knowledge this was not permitted. He looked at me grinningly, but did not provide any information. I am familiar with speed camera alarms on smartphones and I asked for them again. He would have talked about the MMI and not about smartphone apps. I did not receive a further answer. I hope that it will not happen. What would you do in such a case? And my second question is addressed to the technically versed ones among you: Can the MMI warn against lightning, if necessary be modified accordingly? Friendly greetings Audire

Maturity of the main investigation one year too early
Hello guys, I don’t look through it anymore. Can anyone explain this to me: I bought a Skoda Superb (as EU import) in August 2011. The car was built in July 2011 and received a daily registration in Poland. Then – one month later – the car was introduced to D. So, now (after 2 years) I noticed that the main inspection is due now (August 2013). So it is in my vehicle license, which was issued 2 years ago. och: First HU 3 years after first registration… Are you looking through this? Possible errors of the approval authority? Thank you! Melanie

Accident causer does not release insurance number
Hello together, a few days ago someone drove on my parking car. The cause of the accident left me a note with name, address and telephone number and (fortunately) reported himself to the police. I called the older couple and they apologized a thousand times. The husband asked me to go to a workshop (would I have made anyway) to make an estimate. He would like to pay it himself without paying for his insurance. I was at my VW contract workshop and they told me that the costs (totally scratched bumper, radiator grill and headlight disc) would be about 1600 – 1800 €. This seems to be far too high for the Lord, because his damage was only 300 €. I was at a 2nd free workshop and got a written estimate of 1798 € again. Now the nephew (apparently car painter) looked at the damage and thought it could be made cheaper. I let it, however, Just make an invoice through a workshop. Now the gentleman doesn’t want to pull out the insurance number Has anyone ever had a similar experience? Greetings Fabian

Reregistration in 2 weeks, car is already logged out, no license plates, what to do?
Good morning / day / evening. I am facing a huge problem. Even though I bought a car, whose saleswoman takes the number plates and registers already on Wednesday. Now the great thing is that you need here in Berlin an appointment to the car stroller, which I got only on 26.6. That is, the car stands almost 2 weeks without number plates on the road, which is known to be forbidden. Is there any special regulation for or even something obvious that I Don’t know? Thank you for tips!

Presented car but nevertheless not your
Hello, I have a big problem: My girlfriend got a VW Fox for her 18 birthday from her parents. The car was written on her father for insurance etc. Since they gave her the car, they also made the purchase contract and everything. Since then my girlfriend pays all the costs such as insurance, repairs, gasoline etc. and in the license plate the two letters are the initials of her first names. Now the situation is at home with her but no longer acceptable (parents are simply unimaginably evil, no matter how much they get). Now she wants to run away in one night and fog action. She knows where the vehicle letter is and the Sxhein has it in the car. If she now still takes TÜV certificate etc., she can then register the car on herself. But what can her father do then? Can he prevent the Ummelding, report the car stolen, or how does it behave? Or does she own the car when it is owned by the Sc Heines, letter, cars and the key is? What can happen? Thank you so much for your answers

On the way in Alsace: coercion and (quasi) robbery
Hello everyone, I am often in Alsace for the job and sundry rather on weekends to visit with the family. For two weeks on the A35 such a gang drives its mess at German road users (has happened to us 3 times now in a week) Two guys in a fat A6 or Benz drive so slightly slower than average right and shoots out suddenly and drives extremely aggressively, light hoop, hoop, screams “stop”, points to the tires so that you believe the i I know my car in and by myself and the car had absolutely nothing, and I only let him speak the 400Nm of my S4 and made myself out of the dust. Since it was the 3rd time in a week I drove by the French gendarmerie and reported the case. They know the trick, but it is quite difficult to catch the guys because they always change the exit. The gendarmerie officer meant that if you can get out of the car, you can get out of the car. rt and stop you are attacked, things are stolen from the car, jewelry is ripped away etc… (their statement …) and there are always bigger cars (Audi or Benz) with dt. license plates. Other variant : the parking simply on the stand strip after a crossing and forcing quasi people to keep asking for help. The guys are always very well dressed to apparently make people less suspicious. So I pass the info on to the round here… just continue driving and Don’t stop, have a good weekend.

Driven over bright red traffic lights
In the evening, I drove over bright red at a busy crossing. There was a construction site and the situation for me as a beginner was a bit confusing. Can’t explain how I could not see it anyway. I just followed the front man when turning right and saw that was red only when I turned off. Well, it happened anyway. My questions: Would I have seen it if I had been flashed? Would the cops have pulled me out directly? If they’d seen this? How big do you think it’s likely that something will come? At the traffic lights, you can only turn right due to the construction site. So, speed cameras I think are unlikely. Could a passerby show me for the story? I hope you can give me some courage. Greetings, Lukas

Environmental badge not attached?
Hello guys, the following problem happened a few days ago: I parked my beautiful BMW E30 in a public parking lot when I came back I saw a green note stuck on the windscreen (the officials must therefore have recognized 100% the existing badge) Conclusion: Driving without an environmental badge. However, I have placed the badge clearly visible on the dashboard (as can be seen on the picture). Now also arrived the writing of the city, punishment s ind 40€ + 1 point. Now my question I can proceed against it somehow, with a warning money I would have been still agreed but to get the same punishment as a car which has no badge at all I find in my opinion totally exaggerated and pure money-abzockerei. About helpful answers I would be very happy.
