Short description how it expired: I found the car on eBay Classifieds. Everything fit, price was ok. As the only flaws was pointed out that the Smart sometimes does not take the gas fully. Called asked, the guy said it was not a big deal would have been, just a little something….his mechanic would have said. We tried the car, a few little jerks and came out of his socks a little bit. Well, okay. He said yes “That’s just a little something”. We asked anyway if this is a motor damage and he said no. So we bought the car. Next morning we had the “smallness” fixed right away to the workshop. Yes by reason of…..the car has a motor damage!!! So we got the guy back He said he wanted to get the money ready and we’ll get the car back. No he says, he doesn’t. Should we go to the lawyer then we’ll see ourselves in court again. Hello?
