Hello you love! I hope I get some advice from you. I bought a little Fiat Punto 3 weeks ago from Private. Really cute the little one. Even just got new Tüv. I drove the car then a few days, then much on it poltert quite nice, the steering was so easy and with each Huppel I thought the car sat over to the right. I was unsure and drove to Fiat to see the car. The Werstadt master said only oh god. He told me that the Rada And the metal rubber bearings are defective. How did I think he just got Tüv. I and Fiat looked at the Tüv report. First he failed, exactly because of these things, a month later he got Tüv without defects. Hääääääää!!!!!!!!! There is something wrong, I have to say the Tüv ran not over a factory town, but directly at the Tüv Nord. The car should never have got Tüv…!!!! Or??????? Now I bought a car w The car cost 980 euros. If the car had not had a Tüv, I would never have bought it. I connected with the Tüv Nord. The whole thing is now being tested. I am really curious. Anyway, the car is now in the factory town. Today the Tüv told me and they send me it in writing, I should still dare to take it to the road. It would not be a danger for me or other traffic agents. Although I have the feeling I’m sitting on the street with the butt. Does anyone know about this??? I have now filed a lawsuit against the Tuv Nord. I was really cheated here for my money. Does anyone know a guess, I don’t know how to go on. Can I really drive with this car??

Wild accident vs. German bureaucracy
Day together, I was in Germany last weekend (Bavaria). I made my way home at some point and I was cruised at 250 km/h, when it was very easy at the front. Well, I didn’t think anything bad about it (I started from a bottom wave) and I drove quite normally further. When I had to fill up just 2 hours later shortly behind Frankfurt, I then realized that the Ruckler didn’t have a bottom wave but a fox who was beautiful in my I immediately called my insurance and reported the damage in advance. My insurance meant that this would not be a problem, I was fully insured and hair-wild damage is covered, you only need a wild accident certificate. So I called the police and briefly described that I had a wild accident a good 300km ago (now I also know that I should have lied here). Result you would not be responsible for that, you should have with I went home with the fox in tow for the first time to Düsseldorf. Here is a picture:http://img19.imageshack.us/i/toterfuchs.jpg/ In any case, I then found the responsible police department in the back forest from home and reported to me there. It took 20min for the Seppel to catch why I didn’t report the damage immediately on the spot. After the term-stubbing backwood finally got it on the chain got, the result was more than sobering: Right – one would not be responsible for it, I would have to turn to the lower hunting and forestry authority (which there is not everything). So again phone book / Internet searched and found the authority, however it was not possible to reach anyone (officials stop) any more. So I took photos and brought the car into the workshop – Cost proposal 2.500 € The next day the authority called and again a begr The result, yes, you could fill me in the certificate, but ONLY ONLY IN THE LOCATION! Then I slowly but surely got angry, told the Seppel my opinion and that I can not see it now again the 4 hours drive + about 300€ fuel money for a fucking wipe to blow up. I could send him a photo, after all, the fox jammed up until the workshop visit in my front. Whereupon the Seppel meant I would not have allowed Wil d acquired and thus started poaching, which is why he could report me. Then I was in a hurry to burst the hat purr and I refrained from the further o-ton of the conversation. In short, the conversation is escalated his predecessor was strangely not to speak and now I stand there. The car is repaired but the insurance pays only when a certificate is available, however I have no plan as I can get to a certificate with these bureaucrats without getting back in hinds In the end, I am so and so the painted one. If I go back to the hinterland, 300€ fuel costs go on + 300€ extra contribution + rising SF = 200€ I get from it with 800€. Otherwise I stay on the 2,500€ but save me a lot of stress and above all conceptual officials. To be honest, the second variant is already better for me. But before I pay the 2,500€ I wanted to ask here if it is not There is also an alternative option to obtain a completed wild accident certificate (without travelling abroad).

Car sold, now the buyer wants money back!
Hello, I sold a car today. It was the accidented car of my grandparents (my grandpa had mistaken brake and gas; therefore the car was totally broken at the front. Hood was slightly broken, but the bumper was totally crooked and the fender was too!). I sold the car for my grandparents so they would not be pulled over the table – and now one tries to me. So the buyer came today, looked at the car, bent the car a little bit on the spot (!) and fu The car wasn’t traffic safe in my eyes anyway, because the headlight and turn signal were broken, the bumper hung down ect. Well, I don’t care. He gave me the agreed money and drove off. Now he called and said the car had a damage at the back right. There was a slight impact on the side wall. Maybe my grandpa got there somewhere. But I don’t know either and if you see it then you can only look at it closely. but money back because he didn’t see this “damage” on site! We sold the car like this and he looked at it on site, but didn’t see anything?! We did a Stadard sales contract with the note “Accident damage in front unrepaired” and “not traffic safe”. How should I behave towards the buyer? The car was almost 14 years old and certainly still has a Macke, Delle, scratch ect. MFG

Tram vs. Car
Hi Mitschreiber und -leser! From br-online Unfortunately I have ned more information about it, but still I can talk about it. I find it strange that ma is blamed for the driver. Because often there is a situation where you can’t go backwards. Well, that’s why. It should also be a warning to everyone! Here again the text, if the link ned goes: “A Berlin court has now decided that in case of an accident between a car and a tram practically always d A car driver wanted to turn left and was therefore on the tram tracks. There he had to wait for the oncoming traffic. Then came the tram. Although the tram was still far enough away and the driver could see the car in time, he rammed it and then blamed the driver later on. The driver pulled against it in court. However, the judges left the driver in the rain. Even if the tram was still far enough away and could have braked and the car so The driver bears a co-debt. Basically, one must only drive on tram tracks if there is really no tram to be seen far and wide. As soon as a train approaches, one must disappear from the tracks.”

Chrash test with 36 tonr in impact wall
Here’s a video of a current crash test (was there with myself, the company in which I worked commissioned the one) with a 36tonne that rushes into an impact wall at 80km/h…it really made noise 😉 The impact wall was not reinforced with steel, but with a fiberglass reinforcement to prevent “road rust” of the reinforcement…http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xQDXnISGXhw

Question on traffic rules
Hello people I’ve been on the lookout for ages, but so far nobody has been able to give me a real (safe) answer. So I try it here, even if I don’t know exactly if it’s the right forum…(so forgive me if it’s the wrong one) 1.: can you overtake vehicles on thick dashed lines (like an autobahn ascent) on the right? 2.: I regularly argue with buddies about whether to put the turn signal before entering the roundabout. like, as long as you drive the first one out again? (provided the first exit is not directly opposite, but rather about 90° angle or less) Thanks already for your answers! You would end many discussions sometimes

Guarantee exclude the 1000th -sorry need help
Hello, I sold my motorcycle in December 2010 and in the purchase contract (by motorcycleonline24) is formulated “the motorcycle is sold in the condition as inspected and tested under exclusion of any warranty”. Today on 10.3 the seller registers and reports defects. A “fixed” rear wheel brake brake brake brake linings front, a heavily worn clutch bowden train and a broken clutch spring. The brake pads were sold only one month before the vehicle was sold by a Workshop renewed including test drive. I still have the Rechnnug. I was not aware of all the “muggles” displayed by him – how should or must I behave? The sale took place from private to private. The buyer waived a test drive.

Car tax (CO2 based) on older vehicles
Hello, I have a question about the taxation of older vehicles according to the new CO2 based tax. Specifically it is about a 1.4l diesel from 2005 with EURO4, without DPF and a CO2 emission of 112g. After the old engine capacity tax this vehicle would cost 216 EUR (as April 2011). If the vehicle were taxed after CO2 emissions it would be 133 EUR. The question now is whether there is a possibility to tax the vehicle according to the new rule although it was registered for the first time in 2005. Is there possibly a cheap check? Greetings. Sebastian

No more road safety because of flatfoot?
good day, my neighbor probably has a problem with the order office and asked me for advice. now I’ll pass on the question to you. his car has been standing for about 9 months on the same spot, in a traffic-settled area where the parking is allowed but. now you’re sure to ask why, since the windows are leaking, always running rainwater into the car, meanwhile he also smells accordingly he has not taken care of it anymore, rides the bike shopping, but continues to pay his taxes and insurance contributions, HU expires in January 2008. now there is a schoolyard directly around the corner on which evening xxxxx meet, I guess that which of those have flattened his matures, all four, were the only 500km driven, and a delle also has the door, because of these defects?! has the regulatory office put a ticket on his car, the car would be unsafe and should be removed?????? is this right? has he already said several times I would have him scrapped or sell it to a rust etc, but he doesn’t want that purely technical he had no faults at the last HU appointment (polo steepheck, gkat, bj.90 and only 120k km) that was just about a year ago (I know, but he stood without tuv for a year, had not noticed it because he didn’t drive, battery was broken at the time and he didn’t want to call the adac ) krace story, I couldn’t know him I could also nic ht believe gruss kinski

maximum points per traffic offence
Hi, I listened to a nice conversation in a pub this week and was a little surprised: Allegedly, a truck driver collected 14 points on account of a too long truck and also too long trailer at once. Supposedly, the truck was ordered by the forwarder and no one noticed that it was too long. That should be noted in the papers. Furthermore, only the driver was punished and the dispatcher did not. Can it really be that: 1. only the driver punished wi approx. 2. due to a truck that was allegedly bought too long (and nobody wants to have noticed it) the driver gets 14 points at a time. 7 for the truck and 7 for the trailer (because supposedly the driver has a license plate) The story seems a bit funny to me Besides, the driver has to get medical pyschological advice. He really meant MPA and not MPU. This was also questioned by his companion.
