Recently I notice when I have the heating in operation at 22 degrees synchronized the after some time cooler air out of the heating comes no matter from which outlet I have set the ventilation. If then I change then also the air will automatically get warmer again which is actually not normal.I think if I set a temperature should also keep the temperature constant. At VW dealer I was therefore still not thinking that I might be a little wrong m ache just wouldn’t know what. Maybe someone has an idea or can give me a hint what it might be

T-Cross motor vehicle control
How high are the taxes? In three car dealerships, three different answers…. I ordered the 85kw in style with R-line. Has someone already received such a one and his kfzsteuerschein? (In Baden-Württemberg….if there are cross-border differences here, which I don’t know exactly…)

T-Cross: “Please check oil level” lights up, oil level in the middle
T-Cross, bought as a new car, EZ 5/2022, mileage 15600 km. The car does not know (except for a few exceptions) a short distance. After cold start is always warm, never kicked, the first approx. 1500..2000 km driven under 3000 revolutions. Consumption between 4.7 and 5.7. The day before yesterday on the motorway comes „Please check oil level and below on the display on the speedometer a red triangle with exclamation mark. It glows NO oil can. Oil level last before approx. 3000 km (that was a month ago, vo After about 20 km, the engine stopped, then the key on ignition and the red triangle with exclamation sign comes back again. Shopping, about 10 minutes later drove home (about 10 km), red triangle always there. Day later oil level checked – see photo below. It is like before the holiday approximately in the middle. After that the red triangle with exclamation mark does NOT shine any more. The “please oil level over) Checking is no longer possible (but I’m a little less than 50 km away). Is that a false alarm? Or should you refill or change oil? Below are two photos of the “On-board computer”. One after a year and one from the day before.

LED reversing light
Hello Has someone at the T-Cross already retrofitted an LED work headlight to the return headlights? Since the return light is very modest, I would like to build an LED work headlight under the rear apron. Space is no problem. I just don’t know if the electronics are complaining when you connect it to the existing RFS? The light has, because LED does not have so much power consumption. I think the power consumption is 5 watts. At the Tiguan I built 2 of them. However, there are which operate with a separate switch, because they are also used as work headlights. (load trailer). At Crossy they should only light RW. Thanks already for your answers. Greetings Vari

VW Taigo, software update – how?
Good evening in the round For four weeks now, I am -likely proud- owner of a taigo r-line. Now every now and then the outside mirror is right when opening, sometimes the display remains dark, despite the fact that the interior is clearly sounded. Now I thought, maybe a software update helps, but I am not quite sure how this works… OTA or via USB? After all, the map material of June 2023 (“small” Navi). Is the entire system acousticized? Or does it only work with the dealer and you can only update the maps? My current system information, if it helps: Hardware: H22 Software: 0306 Navigation database: 23.6 Radio database: 1.30.24 Thank you in advance, everyone a good start in the week

Reliability Taigo?
Hello together, as „Golf 8 bad guys would interest me your experience with the Taigo with regard to reliability. Our 3rd Leasing Golf 8 is again a “Monday car” and after 8000km of mileage and 11 months the box has to go back to the workshop. All security systems incl. ABS, ESP, rear view camera, side assist etc. have failed. Workshop dates and spare parts are only limited available. eme like reboots of the infotainment system (“Harman Kardoon Bug”), and other inadequacies (e.g. everything failed, WeConnect indicates green for all systems). With the T-Cross about 1.5 years ago we were super satisfied. Absolutely no problems, great car! Now the Taigo is ordered and I wonder if VW has in the meantime also the polo platform “hunted”. In the meantime there is also the Travel-Assist (was not then for our T-Cross) etc. for the Polo-Plat tform. So the complexity of the platform has increased. Question: Can I count on the proven reliability of a 2021 T-cross with the Taigo, or can I set myself to at least 2-3 smaller problems per week and 1x in half a year for a total failure like golf 8. I could still cancel the Taigo for a short time… I just want a reliable car after all the stress, as it was until a few years ago the normal case.

App Connect Activation in the vehicle
Hello together, I have a new VW T-Cross Bj 10/2020. So far the App Connect Activation went over the dealer but from October you have to do this yourself in the vehicle in the SHop. After many attempts I finally became the main user and could activate AppConnect. The 260 EUR were debited from me yesterday. But now still “activation is running” in the shop at App-Connect. Can someone tell me how long this takes or has to do something else ??? Vie Le Greetings Peter

Error fault Motor control lamp undervoltage
Hello together, I always have the same problems with my T-Cross Active that always concerns the engine control light. The car was read out several times in the workshop with control unit and parts replacement. The car always goes into the undervoltage. Lt. VW or statement from my car dealership there is no solution to get the problem under control. It is only the question until the error occurs again. For such a car which sometimes costs slightly over 25000 Euro, it can nevertheless It’s not that there are mistakes that cannot be solved by VW. As a VW customer, you’re really being made by them. Do you have similar experiences?? Actually, you can only warn any potential car buyer to buy a car from the xx group. I also know a T-Cross driver with the special United model. In about the same error picture. Engine control light error undervoltage. Only what is more noticeable is that the safety systems nic ht work like Lane Assist, front camera etc. How are your experiences? Is something like this also known here?

VW T-Cross Track keeping assistant jerks
Hi everybody, I’m new here and I have a question right away. We drive a VW T Cross , this one had to go to the workshop today because one side of the ventilation does not work . I noticed a rental car, a VW Taigo . Now I noticed that while driving at VW Taigo the track Halten Assistent reacts differently . If I cross with the VW T Cross a middle strip in a curve or on the highway when I hit the middle strip on the highway and run over vibrie rt the VW T Cross and pulls slightly to the right. With the car rental VW Taigo this is not vibrating, but you notice a uniform counter pressure, I asked at VW because the car is in the workshop. However, the Lord meant that it is all normal. There are two different cars. I feel the vibrating at VW T Cross unpleasantly annoying, I notice that it is different. Does someone perhaps have the same problem?

Test drive with DSG – something to consider?
Hello, I have a test drive this week (can the vehicle drive the whole day) with a T-Cross Active 110 PS, which has a DSG transmission. I have not driven DSG so far. How does that work, what is there possibly to consider? The car has no return drive camera, only the piepers. Is there also the distance to the respective objects visually displayed to me? My configured camera will own. I realize that the DSG is explained to me before the test drive starts, but s o I’m already a little prepared. Thank you very much.
