Hello screwdriver, I have to get out of my hall, is a pity, but I have cried enough 😉 I built a shed and think about my 4 year old Gieb compressor 90l and my additional 270l boiler to sell and exchange for a higher stand version. Have a volume of approx. 80×80 base area and approx. 230m height. Since I now have neighbors, he may also be a little quieter, no whispering, just a little quieter. Scha I also have a protective box in my head. I know that I need more volume. The Gieb is already quite good, but it takes quite a while to fill the current 350l to approx.10bar. My compressor: GIEB – compressor 750/90-11-standing 4.0 KW 400 V – suction power = 750 ltr/min. – Effective output power 515 Ltr/min. – 2-cylinder block compressor, – two-stage compression mode with pre-compressor recompressor, intermediate cooling and large output cooler. – boiler 90 ltr / 11 bar max. pressure boiler: Comprag 270l, 11bar max Thanks for a tip!

Ravaglioli Double shear lift Fill in oil
Moin, now I wanted to use Father’s Day to put my used purchased stage into operation. Unfortunately I failed to ask for the assembly instructions and it will itch in my fingers afterwards. Tubes etc. are still all there, but the seller has dropped the oil. How do I fill this up best and what is there to consider? I now ask for assembly instructions, then I will certainly only get them next week 😉 We started this provi to position the second scissors today or tomorrow. Since the garage is still to be rebuilt (other thread), the reasonable ground mounting still has time, I can only lift the wheels a little free because of the ceiling anyway. I also wanted to let them into the ground later.

Unbelievable, cheap air impact wrench beats brands E impact wrench!
I am now simply appalled, the low-cost air impact screwdriver from ALDI beats a supposed electric/battery brand device with super impact. Solving moment ALDI device 320 N/m, E device 450 N/m. The E device does not get a countered M10 SW 17 hummed by hand, the ALDI does not even beat, and the mother is off. The test was 3X, because then the boiler pressure was only at 8 bar, normal would be 6.3 bar. The battery from the E device was fully charged, and the compressor pressure stood at 10 bar, but even at 8 bar he beat the mother out almost without a hit. Neighbor said that the air impact screwdriver runs at 10,000 rpm, the E-stroke screwdriver only at 3,000 rpm, plus the slightly too high boiler pressure, which apparently provides much more energy. These are purely private experiments, in the workshop only quality tool is used, so does not tear me apart. If no one knows what tests, one should also think about that. the ALDI impact wrench I had some time ago revised internally, was totally glued with a sticky overseas adhesive oil against corrosion, and the impact wrench even completely ungreased/dry installed. Didn’t stand in the brew instruction that you have to degrease and oil the first time before use (air motor), and lubricate (stroke). After that full or even superior performance of the device. Conclusion: The E impact wrench is under busy observation, but its impact werk is techn. super, unfortunately without driving force, compressed air has a lot more energy.

Lifting platform.
Hello dear motor talk community. I have following, problem ” or concerns. I would like to install in my parking bay a lift or use there. It stand if no work is fully-furnished 2 cars in it. Those despite lifting stage need their place. The dimensions of the bay are about 6 meters wide and 4 meters long. The question is what is most useful? A one-pillar lifting stage with lift truck? Unfortunately I have no stabler to build up… Or a fixed installed the lt manufacturer data also with an engine lift crane can be set up. That’s the question. I also thought about a pit once but I would have to do good preliminary work because of local circumstances that would blow up the budget … What would you do? It must always be something

Hoffmann geodyna 44m error
Hello together, I recently got a Hoffmann geodyna 44m from an acquaintance, but it doesn’t work properly! As soon as I turn on the device, the gram display shows some wild values and fluctuates back and forth, although I don’t do anything. Furthermore, I don’t understand how this red display should work, since it doesn’t show anything! Does anyone have any idea about it or could they provide me with an instruction manual? ic

Too tightly tightened with torque wrench?
Hello everybody, I have a stupid question: I noticed today after the summer tires got on, the rims pulled with a torque clasp. (103 Nm) At the first rim after 3 screws noticed that the car rolls slightly back and forth. Had forgotten to put on handbrake. I then tightened handbrake, torque wrenches again, and the first screws safely tightened again with the 103 Nm. Now my question, it may be that the screws overturn if you put on 2x? I only shot until the first crack. Thank you and many greetings

Who uses Twin Busch Shear Lift TWS35-10E or Krömer X40 / X28?
Hello to everyone, since I have found nothing too special about these stages I ask the question directly. To the TWS3-10E you can find a lot of information on the net, although sometimes already tens of years old but to the TWS35-10E you can find almost nothing. Similarly it is from the Krömer X40 to the X28. To the X40 you find much (old) and to the X28 almost nothing. I look as a supplement to my stamp lift and my 7 meter long pit a shear lift for my Am Erikanisches Dickschiff (2.3 tons heavy) Unfortunately, due to the rigid arms at the stamp stage, I don’t get it positioned under the lifting points at the frame and otherwise it is rather heavy from 1800 Kg vehicle weight. But since I prefer to overtake the axles and brakes from the Buick before the start of the season, I came up with the idea to look around for a scissor stage. The TWS35-10E fits the distances according to the stages of Krömer X40 and X28 very well to my Requirements. Which means that the Krömers are cheaper. Have already had contact with Twin Busch’s customer service and find it all right so far. Therefore, my question, which of you has one of the mentioned stages in use and can say something about the quality from today’s point of view?

B20DTH Compression Tester Searched
Hello, I’m looking for a compression tester with a suitable light plug adapter for the Opel 170PS 2.0 CDTI / B20DTH engine. The light plug has M10x1 with a total of 171mm length, or X2= 95mm. I don’t find any tester with a suitable adapter. Should be possible in a private user compatible price range up to max. 150€, actually rather less parts but with quality instead of full equipment f. 20€ and then broken with the first use. LG Eddie

Instructions/Infos Motor disassembly/sealing Butler Airdraulic 1050, User Manual
Last year I pulled a used but well-preserved Butler Airdraulic ashore. The part stood around at a forwarding company and was apparently NOT used. After I removed the resins of the piston rods of the pneumatic cylinders with oil, I quickly realized that the air motor rotates much too slowly. Sounds like a sniffing steam lock. At work we have an identical machine, which I use as a ref. Both machines were operated with 10 bar pressure (compressor boiler is sufficiently large, attached compressor has more than enough steam to supply pressure). My suspicion is that there may also be resins in the air engine, which I can only fix by disassembly and possibly replacement of the sealing rings of the pistons in it. Also the connection for the air supply of the engine seems leaking. Here I have to look at the temperature. h attack. Unfortunately, the web gives only an incomplete manual in PDF form and otherwise no specific information about these machines. Can someone help me here from his experience or with other information? Also by PN. Thank you very much! Greeting Thomas

Air-draulic engine Butler tyre mower
Hello, I’m new here and I have a question about a butler tire moth with air-draulic engine.Although there are already some topics here, but not yet that right thing I’m looking for. Had just added a 1044S2 to me with side pulleys and I knew from the seller that she was only turning around left. I disassembled the machine at home, cleaned up for possible errors but found nothing. Again built together and just like before now my questions about which I come: 1.why does it turn around on the left and right only very slowly when the pistons and this wise plastic ring at the bottom of the machine still look top with the holes? I don’t understand that it turns in your direction with a lot of force and in the other almost not at all 2.the machine was quite strong with I would like to call it graphite oil full. And comes there basically oil in? roofed is only supplied by the oiler. If so which and how much comes in?
