  • Workshop open with car dealership

Hello dear community, I would like to mention first of all that I have re-registered here and I would like to ask for indulgence if any errors regarding text creations etc. should occur. It is about the following: 2 months ago we moved with our car dealership into new premises. The car dealership was formerly also operated as a car dealership with workshop. However, when we took over the workshop was already rented. Why we were not interested in this further. Now it is so there I don’t know the exact circumstances (I assume that he broke). Anyway, the owner approached me and would like to rent the workshop as well. He also made me a good offer (as I find it) for the rent of the entire property. Problem is now I have little to no idea about the management of a workshop! And a master title to operate a workshop. Of course, I know how to change oil etc. or how to change maturity, but is that enough? May I offer that at all? I don’t want to hire a master who runs the plant saddle. What would you say about it. Do you have any ideas, advice or suggestions? Thank you in advance.

  • 1 columns Lifting platform vs. tiled floor

Hello together, I have been thinking about moving to the home garage with my hobby workshop for some time now. It would bring various advantages for me. Unfortunately, I can’t take my 2 column stage with me for space reasons and would then have to buy a 1 column stage. I was at Twinbusch in the showroom and looked at this thing. Basically, I am convinced of the system and the advantages of a 1 column stage. However, I have muffe around my tiles in the garage. In the showroom with Twinbusch had already jumped a few tiles….. Since I had only reluctantly answered questions there and there was hardly any desire for a sales interview, I wanted to ask here if someone uses such a stage on comparatively sensitive to the ground. I had the idea to glue the support trays of the stage with something like anti-slip mats so that the frame of the stage is not pressed on the bare tiles. The slide mat is stable but minimal other idea would be to put PVC tiles under it for industrial floors. The stuff is for heavy duty and can withstand a lot. Vllt has someone more experience and can report?

  • Which Mig/Mag welding device for bodywork and other work

Hello, I’m planning to purchase a Mig/Mag welding device. Mainly for thin sheet (car body), but sometimes also something bigger. Filling wire does not necessarily have to be able to. At the car directly I have only 230V available, at the house also strong current. However, for thin sheet should be enough anyway, right? A light device would be nice, but not a mandatory criterion. Usually I always like to buy high-quality equipment, but with welding devices it seems very useful devices very who (a)https://www.ebay.de/…/170851549498?… b) Or an NFT Mig 250 Does something clear speak for or against one of the devices?

  • Impact wrench accuracy ?

Hi, not always you can read everything on the net and sometimes have to take back the experience values of the users. Therefore I have to ask you a question. As the title already lets guess, I would like to learn something about the accuracy of a impact wrench with following values. 230 volt 900 watt 300 NM breakage force ( I do not know very much) 100 NM limited suit force I can imagine that it matters as everywhere here also to the brand. But to my question : Can you hold on to aluminium wheels without hesitation with the suit from the wheel screws, or are the scatters of the specified 100 NM quite large, so that damage to the aluminums can occur.

  • Brake cleaner favorable price in connection with filling quantity

Hello together, I’m just having fun and comparing the brake cleaners, because there are the craziest actions and it’s also striking how fast some are consumed and again others feel longer useable. I’m always weighing my newly bought cans and found out that there are quite different fillings. It would be nice if yours complements my collection. I start with TRW and Mannol. The TRW weighed a total of new with plastic lid 450 g. The Mannol 391 g. The Tara, i.e. the weight of the can with lid, I could already determine with the TRW. This weighed 98 g. Since both cans look the same, it is already clear that the mannol contains 59 g less filling.

  • Impact wrench sought: do not get wheel nuts released. 🙁

Hello all, my 3s, F30, 318i (136hp, automatic), 2015 Bj has the problem that I did not get the wheel nuts at the rear left of the plate tires with the wheel cross. Also with the other tool, where one would try to solve it with his weight, among other things, it did not work. Security lock were also removed everywhere already a year ago. At the demanded left wheel I have to solve a wheel nut, it also without problems. M one guess is that the last one in the workshop, who was at the back of the wheels because of brake blocks and brake discs change, tightened the wheel nuts with too much Nm. Pumping up with compressor drive by lighter lighter lighter did not work either and the last possibility for the evening did not work either and that slow drive to the next gas station to pump up the tire there. This attempt also showed no effect. Why I suddenly suddenly I couldn’t see a plate on the spot either. It happened creeping. I also had the car rolling slowly to detect any damage from the outside but didn’t see any. At the gas station trying to pump up the tires, I also tried to watch where air could escape but couldn’t fix it. What I plan to do next is to buy a battery impact wrench around, then change the tire, should actually be no problem I need your help, however, because I don’t know which one to get. Tell me if you can recommend one to me and also which one fits with my 5-hole edge. For example, I don’t know exactly how much mm these are and hold the other basic data for a suitable impact screwdriver. If you still need any data, please let me know otherwise already many thanks!

  • Search powerful compressed air impact wrench 1⁄2″

Hello, I am looking for a strong DL impact wrench. For the lighter tasks and wheel screws I have a Bosch battery SS with 300 Nm. The DL variant should be for the tough cases. So performance before compactness The following models I have on the screen so far. 1. KS Tools Devil 1.600Nm approx 60 Eurohttps://www.amazon.de/…cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_i_Z167EPE55QHFJ2ZYRYEV 2. The monster makes a good impression and was allegedly sold hundreds of thousands of times. I like the BGS and has great data, but what does that mean. Does anyone have experience with the above screwdrivers? Greeting Jürgen

  • Compressed air cleaning gun tornador

Hello together, old Terroson underbody protection on the vehicle has laboriously drained, scraped with spatula and cleaned with paper cloths. Is a laborious and lengthy work that no longer needs to be talked about. The underbody protection is to be rebuilt. For this I wanted to undergo a final cleaning before the drained area and have thought about such a cleaning device called in the title, because I assume that with it the water and cleaning mi The vehicle cannot be moved because the entire front axle has been removed. It is located on a kind of pit (ceiling recess of a workshop cellar). Therefore, no high-pressure cleaner can be used, as this would lead to flooding in the cellar workshop. My considerations therefore go in the direction of Tornator or similar to clean the underbody with small equipment and little water finally from the diesel oil and terroson residues. Experience and can give appropriate recommendation, with what and how this work could be carried out. Have no experience with these Tornado devices, which are offered for between approx. 20 to 200 €. Do these devices do something? Does not want to clean the interior of the vehicle. But would the device also like to use for cleaning the engine compartment. Which device would be usable for these purposes and also useful and effective? Best regards – Reinhard

  • Lifting platform for private: brand Twinbusch? Experiences?

Hello friends. It’s as far as I’m about to buy a lift for my private garage. Currently I’m standing in front of a question and that is which lifting platforms manufacturer/brand it should become? Since my garage has only a ceiling height of approx. 3M 3.20M falls a 2 column lifting platform flat. I thought of a simple shear lifting platform with which I can do so far all service work ect.. yourself. Most have a lifting height of approx. 1M or also 1.20M I now have 3 stages in the narrow 1. https://onlineshop.profipaul.com/…/…07-scherenhebebuehne-3-0t.html 2. https://www.twinbusch.de/product_info.php?products_id=292 3.https://hebebuehne-kroemer.de/…mer-scherenhebehuehne-3500kg-x45.html (highest lifting height 1,20M) The gentleman of Profipaul thought that steel rolls are installed in contrast to other manufactures, often only plastic sliding guns that have to be replaced every few years. What’s better here? Yes now my question to Who has had experience with these brands? What can you recommend or is there something else that I should consider? 230V/400V where is the difference here? Have both connections in the garage. Villeicht can you describe your experiences/impressions to me. Thank you very much. LG Andreas
