  • Build your own body bogie

Hello as the headline says, I want to build a bogie to restore my Alfa 33. I bought a self-built one now, which I want to improve because there are only two motor stands where the pivot points are set higher. My question is now on what you have to pay attention to. Where do I best start the coach, so what height. Maybe someone has already built this and knows what it matters. I am grateful for all the tips. Greeting Miele

  • Stamp/double shear lift with 1.45m pit, room 2.4m high

Moin, I’d like to remodel my garage, but I don’t quite know how to get a lift under the most skilfully. Who cares about the surrounding and why it’s difficult to do otherwise, will get back into reading at the next empty line. In theory, I could lift the roof of the garage, but I’m afraid that due to the border construction, I would have to place the lift so close to a wall that it becomes uncomfortable there. as the neighboring property, therefore I can not raise the first 3m with the roof, which would affect the right parking space of the double garage and probably goes close to the left, moreover it is also a cost question. A flat roof will be cheaper. In addition, one would probably have to go so high that one goes up to the lower edge of the windows of the house, then the PV modules in front of the window would be positioned, which is also not nice. Ceiling height approx. 2.4 – 2.5m (roof has slope), Pl atz from the roof to the window 1 – 1,1m, height Sharan 1,72m results well calculated just under 1,9m under the Sharan, you buy a bus, you can not stand upright under it and so the garage will look very needing to get used to from the outside. Actually I already favor that I have a pit buddel. Here it starts… I have 2 ideas so far, but do not know if a pit can be realized under it. 1. Stamp lift with telescopic stamps by e.g. SLift, since I m Is it possible to place the stamps in a cassette and hold that if there is a pit in the middle? 2. A double shear lift (similar to a mobile one), since it has no connection in the middle and one should be able to place a pit in the middle. Here, too, one would have to think about the attachment. In general: I would like to have a floor as flat as possible in the garage, i.e. cover everything, because I will rarely use it (yes, you can often put your car in a workshop for this, but I don’t want to) in the not required condition. It seems to me to be the double-screw lift and if you have to put the vehicle at the threshold or something, then you have to put the vehicle in place. next to a pit or builds up bucks to lift it and put it on wheels, as one could create a beautiful floor plate in the pit, on which one attaches it. Most accessible (but also most expensive) will probably be the stamp lift, if one takes it with support arms. What would one take of light and smooth material (no gratings because of the children) to cover the pit at the span? A car should withstand it. So if possible only about 1.5m into the Bod and ceiling height at 2,4m. Does any of you still have ideas? In advance – there will be no quick solution, as I then have to ask for the cost of the conversion, need a building permit … I just want to consider which solution will satisfy me, least cost and can also be implemented. Maybe someone still has a better idea or reasons why you shouldn’t do it that way. With kind greeting Andreas

Search: car-values for expert discussions. Is closed by the mod. And recommended to the TE to turn to the CM. If you ask Google for CM, there are about 4 pages selection. I can not follow the highly to overqualified answer of a mod. Probably my brain is twisted. But abbreviations were already at the GröFaZ blissfully a riddle. Must one live with it.

  • Installation instructions Lift control cable

Servus people, I urgently need help. I bought a Zippo lift and during the construction we have a problem (unfortunately not dismantled with) we do not know where the pulley is fixed by the control rope and where it is then hacked in with this clamp. It is a Zippo 1250 BJ 1988. Unfortunately Zippo requires for the assembly instruction 30€, and this for a lumpy PDF! But certainly this is the same with many stages. Vll can do so to me as much as possible with pictures od help a plan!

  • Gutmann Mega Macs 55 after the launch he wants to perform an update

Hello together, I have the following problem: Version: H2.2 Year of construction 2003 Ser 303xx Megamacs 55, bootes, starts update, and stops there because there is no connection. In the past there were error messages already error 033007. Various .BIM files could not be found. From other reports here this seems to be related to an update attempt. Does anyone have a solution for the problem here? Is there a dealer you can contact? Gutmann himself can not help Since it is no longer in support. Thank you and greetings, Marco. • Which charger for coding work

I am looking for a device that I connect to the battery and which keeps the voltage constant. I need something like this, if I am programming ECUs, which of course can easily take an hour. Can someone recommend something good?

  • Lifting platform – preparation foundation / floor plate

Hello together, I am currently busy building a larger hut / hall (approx. 100 m2). The floor should be paved. Since I plan to buy a lift (only for hobby purposes), I would prepare a foundation (strip foundation?) in the course of the construction work. Are there standard dimensions for the foundation to which I can hold myself? Doof is of course, that I am not yet at all aware of which (used) 2-pillar lifting platform it is used. or are the dimensions similar to those of the different manufacturers? VG Markus

  • Floor coating – “garage workshop”

Hello Forum, which coating or floor covering have you installed in your garage or garage workshop? Since I am about to build a new one, I’m about to inform myself. What about 2k epoxy resin coating to hold? I wanted to let the floor flow first, but the 2K coating sounds very good. Especially resistant to oil, cooling water, salt, dew water etc and above all plasticizer resistant what the tank room colors are not. Your tips / ideas?
