  • DDR Scherenhebebühne[Problems]

Hello, so to get to the point quickly, my lift no longer goes up… Oil tank is full… So now the short story about it. I got a DDR Scherenhebühne 1.5to before 3-4 weeks ago. I set it up uasrichtet etc pp… tried.. so put on 20 sec. waited and then with a Kadett D also quite normal completely raised up to the penultimate hole.. went 1a also completely down 1a 1. does not have to be lockable to the last hole? So then 1 week late he … back to my hall stream ..and the stage went only half up still sounds like she can no longer go higher.. so again completely down.. then 1-2 minutes waited.. then she drove with trouble into the penultimate hole…but more not .. then last weekend .. and today… she it does not happen at all anymore when I want to lift… as promised oil is full of oil looks “urin” yellowish .. So what can I do .. where exactly is this “ventilation screw” has the operating instructions about … but there is not only a screw that could be the right one.. If more should be defective there are still ET parts ?? or builder/ten I hope there are some here who know about it.. at least more than I thanks to you already MFG Berliner

  • Schematic Lift Zippo Year 1970

Hello! I’m new here… I set up my new old 4 column stage from Zippo a few days ago. It’s already hanging in the ropes. Now we have problems getting it right in motion. Here are some data: Z03 AMG or ZO3 AMG Year 1970 There is a push button for lifting, which is interrupted by a limit switch in column 1. And then there is a lever for lowering, which opens a hydraulic valve and holds a push button at the same time. I can’t explain its function yet. 1. Does anyone know if the engine is running while lowering or just lifting? 2. Is there a schematic somewhere? Our problem is that some cables have been solved for transport purposes and we don’t know how they belong together. Lifting we once got there, so it is now hanging halfway up. Lowering doesn’t work so far. Can someone help me? Thanks and greetings.

  • Multimeters for cars – tong multimeters? What does it have to do?

Hello together, I did not find a suitable subforum, so here I wanted to add a multimeter for my car (E39). It should be able to do everything you need for a car. On the net I noticed the pliers multimeters. Are these better suited because you don’t need to separate lines here? What should a multimeter be able to do? Recommendations for up to 50,- Euro (likely to build it rarely)? work on the motor vehicle would have

  • Which Milwaukee Fuel Tools can you recommend?

What do you have for M12 and M18 tools from Milwaukee? What can you recommend? My Expertise Fir38 and Fir12 cordless ratchets are really top, strong, long battery life, stable and with clamping protection M12 Stubby impact wrench I also find great. No annoying compressed air hose and still a lot of power. M18 One Key High Torque impact wrench is a bit heavier than expected, but with 1800Nm release moment it has a lot of power. M18 headlight is much more useful than expected. Long battery runtime, very bright and very stable.

  • Buying consultation Workshop trolley & polishing machine! “Initial tool!”

Hey people! I started an apprenticeship as a car mechatronics engineer last year and finally look for my own tools. Since my father is rather a woodworm, not much with suitable tools in the cellar Have now max 1800 € (no more cents, unfortunately!) to cover me up a little. Would like to have a workshop car equipped & a polishing machine, possibly also a jack with support… I looked around at Amazon, Conrad, Contorion but still unsuccessful… Use at work we mainly Berner & Hazet, they don’t fit quite into my price category… I met Vigor… didn’t look so bad …https://www.amazon.de/…/ref=sr_1_5?…https://www.amazon.de/…/ref=sr_1_1?… goes on at 500 € Weighing, but no idea how long it lasts… In the reviews it says that a lot of fast breaks etc… There are also price differences of 25 – 500 € with the polishing machines, since someone has a tip for a product, which If the budget is still enough for a cheap jack & 2 supports (what else is there to lift an alternative car?) would be great! Would be great if you could help me and a few tips for me would have thank you in advance! If you could not be able to use the car for the first time!

  • DIY cheap compressed air hose

According to today’s experience, I can only advise against buying cheap air hoses from the hardware store. Although they are somewhat flexible and usable in summer, they used the part today at 2°C to lower the wheels with the air screw. The hose was just as stiff as a garden hose in which water is frozen. Almost not to be used. The usable length was just half instead of 10m, because the bends were not to be pulled straight. So rather an F I’m not buying for 20€.

  • Urgent: Pressure sensor that withstands brake fluid wanted!

Hello, I would have to measure the pressure in a brake pressure line in an experimental setup. Output must be a meaningful pressure course at an interval of min. 1 sec. (on PC) Normal pressure sensors are not suitable for this, since the seal does not withstand the brake fluid which is comparatively aggressive to the hydraulic oil (DOT 4).The pressure sensors, which withstand brake fluid and which I have found, have over 8 weeks delivery time, which is far too long. Does anyone know a solution? Money no matter. Pressure: up to 180 bar. Thanks in advance! Michael

  • Torque wrench relax again mandatory?

Hello, I hope this belongs here and it didn’t exist yet, the search didn’t find anything to do with it. I have read you should always relax the Dremokey after done work, why? does the damage? is now set to 120 nm and is in the trunk and I would have left it there until “O” (so autumn wheel change on winter). ?

  • Socket Wrench Set – Which Manufacturer

Hi, I’m looking for a socket wrench set with such a small complete range. So at least 1/4 + 1/2 ratchet, with some there is also a 3/8 inch included. Vendor Proxxon Gedore Red KS Tools Vigor Are there any manufacturers that you should prefer? Are there any bad tools that can be used for hobby screwing. Vigor apparently a brand of Hazet, of course not the Hazet quality, but scrap that certainly don’t sell under their own Names. You can hear Proxxon a lot of good. Priced are all around 100€ What would you buy?

  • AW (working value) Manufacturer specifications – Search

Hey community, I’ve already searched the Internet but found nothing.. maybe someone can help me here. Since it turns out that I can’t trust my workshop now I’m now looking for the AW-manufacturer specifications to at least understand the work. In the workshops the workshop masters often look into the computer to tell someone how long they need for a certain work and what that will cost. ndwo, how long can the change of crossbars MAXIMAL last. Now the workshops indicate the AW on the invoices, but in the end they can also specify some fantasy values. Because who checks this for correctness? No one. Have I already looked at a workshop software (KFZ Faktura), but there are no specifications there. Does anyone know a workshop program/table/page/something where you can see the specifications? I hope I could do well enough What I’m looking for ^^ And I’m asking you to keep comments that are not intended for you. Thank you for your help. p.S.: It’s a Smart 451 mhd – so the information from Mercedes Benz is sought.
