Hello, I have found /no/ suitable forum area, therefore here. I have a crack on 2 exhaust pots at a weld seam. In a few months I have TüV. A pot would cost /500/ Euro that times 2 :-))) I would like to have the seam welded. Not by a forest and meadow man but by one of the masters. Does anyone have an idea where I could find such a welder? Could I ask at a workshop of another group? Do the group workshops or verka Are the only new exhausts available? Would that make a free workshop or not all? Would that be welded with protective gas or with gas? If the exhaust would be removed and installed, what could that cost? Thank you.

LED working lamp searched
Moin, I’m looking for an LED lamp for the local tinkering. Since it gets dark already at 16 o’clock and I don’t have a garage… well, it’s just crap. Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be a lamp that meets my requirements. I’d like: Magnetic foot LED battery (so no AA or AAA) “angle adjustment” or whatever the technical word is. What I don’t want/use is: Different light or flash modes Headband Other Firefance This may sound a bit funny now. n, but so far I have only found lamps that then have four different light modes, then another half fir tree… I don’t need, I just hate to pay for it. Sealing mass sought – am in the middle of an AHK assembly
Hello! I’m just about to mount a Brink BMA AHK on my Megane III (3333/ASJ) because the old AHK is gone. Because the assembly instruction is bad, it was also forgotten in the front of the list that you need (obvious) sealing mass The hole you have to cut with a scissors for the sheets you put into the car is wg. the old AHK too big. So it’s about the hole what you need in https://www.kfzteile24.de/images/articles/full/0106/512670.PDF in step 9 looks (is as big as the hole in the sheet) or the bonding is in step 12. For me, this just looks as if it is about the distance between the inserted sheet and the plate that one screwed with the 3 nuts that were present at the vehicle. So that was also with the old AHK probably no water stuck in the cavity. Bzw. the strange is that such a bonding at the place IMHO makes no sense, because the sheet is only screwed in step 13-15 at all?! Here There would be an ATU and a toom. Can one use UHU POLY MAX EXPRESS in good conscience? I would have a pistol to use silicone cartridges & co. reasonably. Thanks! notting

Hello, with my vehicle the front bumper is fixed with two 10 Inbus screws. Unfortunately, long ago the paintr had failed to renew it during installation (rule Audi) or at least with anti-seize paste. After 10 years now unfortunately by contact corrosion no more to loosen. The left screw I could tear off “fortunately” with a 1.5m lever in the thread, at the right is unfortunately the inner hex head turned round. To turn, or to transfer so much forces over the round head that the SChraube in the ideal case also peels off in the thread. To get to the head only with an extension through a hole in the bumper, so weld on or pliers also falls away. Torx also brought no success, 55 torx already too small, 60 torx too big. Looking for a new jack?
Hello, I have shown a hydraulic jack as in the attached picture. For my Honda Accord this was wonderful. But with the Ford S-Max I have the problem that I can not use the jack properly without bending a fold in the long term. With the Hyundai H-1 the lift height is too low, so that I can not get the vehicle at all sufficiently high. Help which components compressor?
Hello Motor-Talk Community, I am still completely new here and yet the first questions are already asking! I am recently proud owner of an old compressor of the brand ALUP from 1970. It stands quite well and also has little rust in the boiler. I have with the compressor many parts of my Volvo to sandblasting because they are unfortunately damn rusty. Of course after that has to paint properly on it so I would also like to paint and also operate other air pressure devices on it (e.g. S My question: Which components on the compressor do I need for all that???? And which brands would you recommend? It is naked, so it has no attachments except a pressure switch from Condor. The data of the compressors: boiler: 750 l Intake power: 1500 l /min max. operating pressure 15 atü Engine power: 11kW The only connection is a short hose estimated 3/4 or 1 inch which was obviously cut off… Thanks already for all the answers!!
