Hello, I had a parking accident last week. I had someone parked back into the driver’s side of my Audi (private leasing)! While I was driving the road between the parking lots. Guilt question in my opinion absolutely undisputed due to common jurisprudence. It is slight scratches on driver’s door, fenders and front apron, which were only visible the next day in daylight. On Monday I have an appointment at the Audi workshop, where the damage is looked at and counted. Unfortunately, the accident opponent absolutely does not see his sole fault. He now wants to prohibit his KFZ liability to regulate the damage and let it happen due to existing legal protection insurance. Fun Fact: but at the same time he offered me to have the scratches on his costs privately with his paintr buddy. My problem now is that the vehicle goes back to Audi in three weeks and I would have liked to repair the matter until then, otherwise I will get back the invoice for the damage (plus depreciation probably). If one of you experiences with accidents short of unrepentantness will see how you clearly regulate the chances due to make me

Tips for Leasing Completion – Negotiating? Recognizing Fair Offer? Pay attention to what?
Dear everyone! I am a complete new entrant in leasing and would be happy about tips from you, which I have to pay attention to when concluding the contract, so that I don’t get pulled over the table somehow, if this is a possibility at all. I come from Austria and have a specific car in mind. Details: SEAT Ibiza “Austria Edition”, 80hp, 6.800km, EZ 10/2023, petrol, manual transmission, 1 previous owner He is listed with 16.490€. on the page on which I found the car (the world car), you can have the leasing rate calculated. For a deposit of 500€, 60 months duration and 10,000km per year, according to this computer, the rate would be 109€ per month. What do you think of this rate in principle? I don’t want to pay more than that, because it was advertised on an official page and there also the rate was calculated. Would you still still negotiate there? In addition, there seems to be a Porsche Bank bonus of €2000 and an offer that you only pay the amount of the lowest level of insurance – I would insist on that of course. You can also pay just under €38 per month, then pay nothing at the service and thus have no “bad surprises”. Does that also pay off? Is that safe? Do you have any other tips? Thank you very much! By the way, here is the link to the offer:https://www.dasweltauto.at/veh icle/26020708

Alphabet – different winter tyres
Hello, I have a company leasing contract with alphabet that includes both summer bikes 18″ and winter bikes. Unfortunately I had the winter bikes stored immediately than I picked up the vehicle. On request at the BMW dealer told me that the leasing 16″ winter bikes delivered. These are only the standard tyres and look honestly more than modest with an upper class vehicle. I have the following questions: 1. Can I buy 17″ winter bikes without any problems and drive them instead of the winter bikes ordered by the leasing? 2. Can I have the winter bikes handed over to me and privately store them and have my private bikes stored for this purpose and use the bike change service? Cost-wise, no other costs should be incurred as for the 16″ winter bikes from the leasing.

Leasing end – costs of defective repair
Hello, My lease has expired and I delivered the car. In the TÜV report it turned out that the contract workshop has not repaired a damage properly and therefore needs to be improved. The costs for this have now been charged to me. How is the right thing to do here? Do I have to demand the money from the workshop now or do I have to clarify this between the lessor and the workshop? Thank you already in advance Jakob

Lucrative leasing or purchase offers for small electric cars
Hello, a friend is looking for a compact electric vehicle as a second vehicle, with which mostly only purchases are to be done. The mileage is extremely low (although not even 1000 KM / anno). The question is with such an application scenario, what is more useful? Leasing or purchase (including subsidy from the state)? Does anyone know very good offers for small or compact electric vehicles? Brand is secondary, it should above all be the P/L ratio correct. Is there the best possible P/L ratio? Is there a good overview page with a comparison of the different models that are currently on the market? Thanks for your relevant input.

Early return to VW (experiences please)
Hello, I’ve been leasing a Golf 8 GTI for a few months. Contract duration is 36 months. I’m highly satisfied with the GTI and it’s fun to drive with it. From January next year I change the employer now and from then on I have no use at all for the car (move to a big city and my employer will be only 10 minutes away on foot from my new apartment. Since I live directly in the center, I probably won’t even find a parking space). someone maybe experiences how the car dealership reacts when I am there because of a resolution demand (want to call next week)? If they would say “you can’t do anything” that would be extremely stupid for me, as I would have to park the car somewhere for 2.5 years, but still pay insurance and leasing rates. Thank you for the help.

Private leasing ended – dealer demands “special payment” after 6 months
Hello together, briefly to the previous story: it was a private leasing, which was ended without any problems, no damage, no claims for return (crats or any other. Damage). However, never came an invoice of the special payment. And one does not simply send money to good luck somewhere. Now the leasing contract has been terminated on 20.02.24, without any subsequent claims. In the leasing contract it says: “…the leasing special payment is at the beginning of the leasing period at the delivered This “beginning…” was in February 2023 – which was also postponed, would have been actually 02.01.23 …. but before the end of the expiration period for the withdrawal was delivered. As said, today came a warning – which leaves me completely cold. Because the required amount is wrong (are 100% of the special payment), although in writing I have the confirmation of an amount of about 1/4 less (because I have monetized the late delivery and the hinw Also no invoice is included, but only the “special payment” from the order neongeld marked. All in all therefore a joke. I did not want to go directly to the lawyer, because the thing is obvious. Or am I completely wrong? Say your opinion about it – thank you. Greeting Marcus Achso, PS: the dealer is king from Berlin… who else would be so bold 😉

Leasing return in September 24, must rims/tires new?
A few data Ahead: Leasing started in September 21, the lease term is 36 months. the Kamiq was driven the time over with all-weather tires, so original summer tires hardly lost any profile. Moin from the north, with me is at the end of September 24 my first leasing return of the Skoda Kamiq, of course in advance one thinks accordingly. I recently fell out of all the clouds when I saw that two of the original summer tires have damage Since I have hardly driven this summer tire, which annoys me accordingly. I would like to get your advice whether you would still get used tires in advance as a replacement or have another idea. Furthermore, you can see from the pictures that 3 of the rims, from the point of view of a layman, have minimal damage. Do you think these have to be replaced by “new” rims? A new leasing vehicle of the VW company from the same dealer z The leasing itself runs through the VW bank. Thank you in advance!

Leasing return Renault – Payment of defects requested immediately on site
Hello everybody, I’m about to return a Renault, and the leaflet says that any faults that may be complained of should be paid directly on site by EC card. Since I’ve never had a problem with returns, I’m not sure what to think about it. Here’s the wording: “In case of undervalues in the evaluation and/or multi-kilometres we ask you to pay them directly by EC card here at the checkout.” What happens if I don’t agree with the report? If I have to pay first and then challenge it, it looks rather bad to get the money back. The report is carried out by the Dekra, but it can always be something. What does the matter legally look like to demand an immediate payment? VG

Private leasing with negative interest
I have a private lease offer that looks like this: rental special 14500 total loan amount 14300 residual value 2900 monthly lease rate 206 nominal interest -16.75% effective annual interest -15.5 total akker payments 24700 5000 km per year I have a whole range of questions: 1. Are there any other hidden costs that I have to pay at the end of the lease period? 2. Is the stated residual price a fixed residual price or an estimated price? 3. I know that I have the car after 36 months Can the leasing company refuse me the sale of the car at the remaining price? 4. If I know that I keep the car after 3 years, can I drive more than 5000 km per year, as stated in the leasing agreement? What other factors should I consider when deciding on this leasing offer?
