If, I put a second power source (solar current) at the 12V input?
Is there anything that means to put a 2nd power source at the 12 V distributor of the WW which only supplies electricity from time to time? Specifically, I play with the idea of putting solar power to the connection that normally brings 12 V from the car to serve the corresponding consumers. My concerns are, then something is possibly double charged, or comes back current when sometimes both power suppliers hang on one access and it becomes too much? Or is there then even a “short” I am Laie and ask before I do something wrong.

Metal clips and matches in locks
Meal together, a little review of my experience. I came from a vacation, put my caravan (Knaus 530TK from 1997) neatly in a parking bay. One day later I had problems with three locks to insert the key. From two I got the match and the metal part out. Unfortunately not from the door. Ne tweezers was somehow still too big. The fishing hook also brought nothing. An extra thin jigsaw blade also nothing. The workshop of my trust me Why didn’t I come up with it myself…? My (ex-)draw son did this thankfully and opened the door from the inside. Then together we removed the lock and carefully knocked out the metal part out of it. End of the song: The key goes back in to the back and can be turned. From the interiors of the lock I took a few photos. In case that this can be used again, I put in a few pictures. They’re just gonna come in here…

Solar system – What do I need? And how much does it cost?
Hello I would like to install a solar system on the roof of my LT28 in order to be self-sufficient when travelling. At the moment I use electricity from the campsite and want to continue to have the possibility to do so (if that is somehow relevant). During the installation I get help, however, now I first have to decide for a solar system and get everything that is necessary for the installation. Since I have little overview I thought about it here. To be operated: – 12V LED lamps (4 pieces) – 2 sockets, which are mainly used for charging mobile phones and laptops – a water pump What would you recommend for a solar cell / battery / ect.?? (costs best in all under 500 euros) What do I need for the installation of a solar system?

Caravan COC faulty
I bought a brand new caravan from Adria. Permissible total mass: 1350kg Equipped with brake, shock absorber, and an AKS 3004 antishlinger clutch. Including 100km/h registration ex factory Now I am looking for the required empty mass of the towing vehicle. According to various sources on the Internet (TÜV Nord and GTÜ as well as all others I have found) there are the following factors: 1. Caravan with brake and shock absorbers but without antishlinger clutch: factor 0.8 2 . Caravan with brake, shock absorbers and antishlinger coupling: factor 1.0 3. Caravan with brake and shock absorbers without antishlinger coupling, but the towing vehicle is equipped with a “driving dynamic stability system” (appendix ESP): factor 1.0 Can we agree that case 2 applies here? Well, then please read carefully. Here is the text from the COC paper, which is also included in the vehicle licence: Gem. 3. Aend. vo. Z. 9. Ausn. vo. Z.STVO, Tempo 100 km/h i. Comb. if Anh. m. Stossdaempfer, tires n. alter als 6 Jahre, Zug-fz. m. ABV u. Empty mass v. Zug-fz min. 1687,5kg or if Zug-Fz zus. m. spez. fahrdyn. Stabi-Syst. f. Anh Betr. u. Empty mass v. Zugfz min. 1350kg Caravan with shock absorber and anti-slinger clutch If anyone doesn’t believe I took a photo of it. Do I see correctly that the COC paper here calls the cases 1 and 3? So without antischlinger coupling. Although directly one line is written below that an antisc hlinger coupling is installed? Incidentally, I have access to another trailer, first registration 2012, equipped with an AKS 2004. There is the following text in the vehicle certificate: Geig. for speed 100 km/h on motorways or roadways acc. 9. Exceptionvo STVO, empty mass Zugfz. min. kg I would have expected this set for case 2. And now? Does the COC paper actually call the required empty masses here with normal coupling? As far as I know, one can not use a COC paper otherwise I can only think of driving to a test organisation and saying, “Oh, there’s an AKS on it now. Can we change the empty mass?”

Hobby 600 Model question/problem
Hi we have a hobby 600. Now the problem begins: the parts have been built since 1985 or so. Interior equipment is as good as identical. Outside I see no differences… According to statements so far, however, there should be. The biggest problem is the assignment. Built 1995. The hobbies I found all were however all model until 1994. So this model is somehow different. What I could imagine is that the 1-2 years stood on the yard. Well, further. The engine. I have a hobby 600. The Peugeot J5 is the same as the Fiat Ducato of the time. Defects: I wanted to buy a door at the auction house. However, the seller said that it would not fit with me because it was my 1995 and the door was from a 1992 or so. EXAKT looked like my door but it looked like that. Am I crazy now or the others? At the bottom of the door were several built with a Peugeot engine, but wrong thought. All the models I found were with the Fiat engine. ür is completely rust. I was already advised either to weld a piece or to change the complete door because the more is found with the welding. what do you say? second huge problem is the windshield where that is not even so rough. it has louder stone strokes, needs to be changed. the frame, however, is already rusty. can you also have something welded in there or does it have to be repaired in any other way? at the door to the “living room” there is water, no idea where that could come from. not litlichly, but at least bitsal what. Klo: Directly at the opening of the emptying tank the entire outside wall is arched to the outside as if such a tube were in there. is that normal or should you also look at it? The camper came last year, so 2007 by the tüv without having a single mistake (and of course without bribery… quite normal at tüv south). however, these mistakes were not so crass yet. what do you think the a Should I post pictures so you know faster what I mean? Thanks for the support…

Security transformer, what do you need it for?
Moin Forum, as driving away is currently falling into the water for known reasons, I went to my caravan and looked at what is under the “hub”. So far, there was no need to do this, everything is running. Lower bed box is mounted the majority of the electrics. Battery, Dometic control center, mover control, 12V and 220V distribution boxes. What I can’t do with is a safety transformer from Weiss. Input voltage 220V AC, output voltage 26V AC. I don’t have a plan to go where the lines go. Why do you need 26V AC in the caravan? 12V DC I could understand for the 12V consumers at Landstrom (where there is the Dometic for that…) Can someone bring some light into my dark. I bought the WoWa used a year ago. Nice weekend…

Possible production error in Fendt Diamant 550 – BJ around 2016
Hello guys, my parents took their Fendt Diamond 550 sg built in 2016 last time from the winter camp and had to find out that a rodent must have nested there over the winter. The whole caravan was full of urine and feces, also most things were eaten. The animal is through an uncovered hole, which leads under the refrigerator outside into the caravan. Since the mechanics of our trailer workshop are sure that it is about I would like to point out to other owners of the same model that I prefer to see if there is an open access to the right of the left tyre under the living space. It would be great if you could write to me in any case what you find there (like under [email protected]). You would really help us with this! LG

Replace defective Polyplastic Roxite with Seitz window
Moin together, with my camper (Knaus Traveller C500 from 2001) the alcove window is defective. Built-in was a frameless Polyplastic Roxite with cut-out about 70x40cm and aluminium rails directly attached to the window Due to the lack of availability (and also the prices) I would like to evade the used market and look for suitable windows. The question: Which windows can I install here? Would a Dometic Seitz window also fit? On the vehicle also use directly with the windows or are they incompatible? In theory everything that is larger than the cut-out would have to fit on windows, correct? Can the stands compensate for much lateral difference? Could they be moved in retrospect? Are there any sources where I can find scrappers/repairers who may slaughter this model or similar (seems to be a quite common model)? Thank you for any help!
