Hello, I am just about to upgrade my Ford Tourneo Custom (Bus) a little direction camping light. After a 100 AH additional battery has been installed and the heater is to be connected there, I want to install or connect the following: – approx. 4 x 12 volt sockets a max. 20A with at least 2.5 mm2 cables – 1 x double USB connection with at least 2.5A – Convert the existing interior lights from B-pillar in the roof to LED and separate from the on-board electronics and new with the Stro m the additional battery (3 ceiling lights on/off with toggle switch on/off incl. 2 reading lights, in total per luminaire probably 3.5W-4.5W – so max. 13,5W / 1,1 A if all are on) – On/off switch for lighting – On/off switch for 12 volt electronics of additional battery on lighting/12 volt sockets – A simple voltmeter, also digital (or is also an amperemeter easy to install?) …so everything clear!!!! Now to the questions: The 12 volt sockets (4 mm2 cables) sol Here I introduce that a power cable (which thickness?) is distributed directly from the additional battery to a fuse distributor 4-fold (of course, 12 volts socket is protected with a 20A each). Where do I connect the switch and how much amperes must the switch withstand? The luminaires should also be connected to the battery with a fuse distributor. Here a fuse of 2.5A will probably be available for each individual lamp. How much amperes must the switch have? – Which fuses should I use (the small or normal flat fuses)? – Which switches to switch on/off the 12 volt sockets, how much amperes? – Which fuse distributors or possibly a fuse machine? – Only one cable from the battery and then distribute in 2 circuits with the lights and sockets or both circuits directly on the battery (each socket or lamp is individually secured) – protection of everything with a “big” fuse? I also gladly accept tips regarding the hardware incl. links!!!! An acquaintance will make the installation, because he probably has an idea and professionally converts trucks or small vans to cooling systems. Unfortunately, he does not always stand by me personally with advice and I would like to know in advance to be able to buy the hardware.

Vulnerabilities LMC 560 k
Hello together, since we are new campers I would like to ask you which weaknesses are known to you at an LMC 560k, because we bought one and I want to save a few things over the winter and if we are to control the flaws immediately. Our opinion is quite well there, but your experiences would surely be meaningful, it is a 560k year 99 greeting

Dometic TEC29 Power generators do not get fuel
Hello, my TEC started on strike last year, calibrated for a very long time, but ran immediately and calmly. The last time it ran in early January. Now it doesn’t start. I changed the candle and the petrol filter, but the fuel line remains dry. Why is no fuel pumped?

Trumatic SL 3002
Hello WoMo Friends I would have asked the following question about my Trumatic SL 3002. Now that the cold period is beginning so slowly, I looked a little closer at the heating installed in my WoMo and wanted to check it for functionality. Since I have the WoMo only recently, I wanted to see if everything is going as it should. In doing so, I noticed that it has a so-called Pietzo ignition and therefore my question: How is the function of the same and where does it relate to as I have seen in the net, it should actually have a battery compartment and this is not available with me talk heating. Therefore my question.!! So who could please explain this to me, I would be grateful to him. Thank you Walter

My replacement for the Hella Three Chamber – Rear Light
Hi! I take this as an opportunity to present my variant for the replacement of the normally no longer available Hella three-chamber light 2SD 006 459 031. Mine were not really broken but gammelig and matte, as well as the reflectors cloudy. The light was hardly recognizable by day and therefore too uncertain for me. The exchange for new ones should help, on the occasion I could find that they are no longer manufactured and are nowhere available. After some pondering I have I decided for the conversion to LED. So I bent the lamp glasses out of 4mm acrylic glass. Cut-outs cut in and such LED lanterns installed. Depending on the towing vehicle a CAN resistor has to be clean per lamp. The whole thing is still covered with 3D foil and chic. Visibility: enormous! So I was there with approx. 60 euros per page. The sale of the old light strip complete, amortized the conversion. Afterwards clean by the TÜV, no problem. But see for yourself:

Mover for Dethleff’s Camper Lifestyle 560 SK
Hello motor-talker, I arrived with my family now also in the camping world because we bought our first caravan. It has become a Dethleffs Camper lifestyle 560 SK. But because it is a very large and also heavy caravan, I still have to solve a problem of which I have no idea at all. It is about the choice of the right mover. An acquaintance told me that I have to pay attention to the ground clearance with this model if I have a Mover montiere. I can’t imagine yet how great the danger is to damage the Mover by curb edges or similar. Do you have any experiences or tips for me? Due to my very cramped ascending court entrance with light curb I will probably need a Mover. No desire always to run after the neighbors. Greeting Maenchen

Beginner’s question: trailer load and permissible total weight
Hello, unfortunately I’m so confused that I just don’t know any more. I asked the TÜV, DEKRA, police and driving school and got 4 different answers. So fifth attempt with the forum. The following scenario. Own a VW Golf with a trailer load of 1300kg (1600kg to 8%) incline. Support load 75KG I would like to buy a hobby UFE 460 model 2013 which currently has a permissible total weight of 1500kg. Support load up to max. 100kg. Z In addition, I have the driving licence of class B. Now to my questions: -Can I pull the trailer? (empty weight plus charge may not exceed 1300kg ) Or can I be counted up to 1375 since 1300 trailer load plus 75 support load also? -Or do I have to let the trailer load off? If so how much? 1300kg or 1400kg as the total weight of the WW may not exceed the curb weight of the pulling vehicle. rt. So now please for help…. Greetings

Trailer coupling how do continuous current and the charging line prove?
Servus, I have a Opel Vectra C Kombi Bj 2006 Now I have ordered from Westfalia a trailer coupling for retrofitting (removable) The coupling is of course fast mounted. Now I attach to the E-set. 1. the ground line is too short, but I will extend it. 2. How does it work with continuous current on pin 9 of the socket? Is this original switched on with these retrofit kits? Have some already mounted, but there is rarely Pin 9. Up to now it was also most with me it’s totally easy, screw on the can, plug in the small box and this in turn into the REC (control unit in the trunk). Meaning of this thing, I want to get my caravan. However, I also want to have light in there, etc. if I for example stay on the rest place for a short time. There is also the possibility to install a charging line in the car in order to charge an additional battery in the caravan, you can use the nic 3. The charging line causes me to break my head. This is plugged into the E-set of the trailer coupling, two cables lead to the car battery and one to the terminal 50 of the starter. In between, a relay is switched. But how does this circuit work exactly? Because the magnetic switch only gets so long voltage until the motor runs. Especially since I have the fear that the harness of the trailer coupling must burn away When starting. Here’s an example, the car battery is connected to the battery in the caravan via the charging line. The car battery is empty for xyz reasons. Does the starter not draw the current from the trailer? Because the cross-section of the charging line would be much too small for that. Hope you can help me with an “AHA” experience like so many times *g* Dear greetings Jan

Damage to Womo by Renter
Hello, I’m new here and here’s my problem, maybe someone knows advice: We rented a Womo for the first time. This was completely messed up and dented at the handover all around, the bumps and scratches were also in the handover log, so far no problem, we thought. When the Womos was returned, the landlord assumed that we had done a damage that was not on the handover log – as I said, there were a lot of damage on it and this one We simply missed. Luckily we took a photo with our son in front of the Womo before the departure, on which you can also see the damage very well (now in retrospect, because we know that there is a bump!). In the digital photo details you can also see the date and time of the recording. The landlord now claims that this has no proof, only the handover and return logs are relevant. Do we have any chance to get our deposit back? I think I’ll go to the lawyer on Monday, but I wanted to listen to what I should be paying attention to or what else I could do. Thank you for every advice.
