  • Test bench run F1 engine

Here for all interested an interesting film about the test bench run or racing simulation of an F1 engine.Click me… It is indeed about the RS24 from Renault, i.e. another ten cylinder. However, it is impressive. And in this case, we can certainly refrain from team or manufacturer discussions. And yes, sound one and on LAUT… Who doesn’t get chicken skin there is no F1 fan…

  • Which models of the last 10 years are particularly favorable in consumption?

Hello, I would like to get a used car, if possible a year car, but no need. there is a list from the adac, but again and again I see at the dealer also cars that are not mentioned there and also have a good consumption. can you actually go so exactly according to the data from the adac or can you say kia models all have a low consumption or also a golf or polo diesel? can you possibly call a few models of the last 10 years which have a low consumption (max. 5 l/100 km) and are cheap in maintenance?

  • Oldtimer or rather something newer ?!

Hi guys, I haven’t been able to decide between this thing for a while.. Should it be rather a classic car? Because I just like it better. Or rather something newer? Because it is more reliable and does not bring such high costs. My taste : In terms of vintage cars I like cars like : Pontiac Bonneville ; Catalina Ford Thunderbild ; Mustang (older models ́65 rumm) Mercedes (the series with the vertical headlights) In terms of ,,,newer cars ́ ́ f all me : Mercedes SLK R171 ; C-Class Mazda RX 8 Subaru Impreza WRX (Coupe) Mitsubishi Lancer X My budget is about 13000,00€ Since I as a trainee should earn about 900€ per month the car of course not have a 7L engine .. What is always a very difficult topic with a Pontiac and with Ford .. Besides, I would like to make short trips again and again (Italy etc.) I am not forced to drive fast even if this seems like this with the newer models (Lancer ; Impreza) but it makes me of course a lot of fun. If you know other cars that look so similar then I would be very happy if you would call me this !! Greetings Mario

  • Sporty and pleasant used up to 15,000€

Hello. Since the lease agreement for my car will expire in the near future, I am already thinking about what it should be afterwards! Planned, first not a new leasing car, but something used. Currently I drive a BMW F20 116d. As far as a super car. Very economical (under 6L with a lot of city), great quality, pleasant driving and also with “only” 116hp quite lively, if you kick it a bit. It is a bit expensive compared to the competition, but with the m Leasing offer you couldn’t do much wrong… BUT. Really much driving joy just doesn’t want to come up. And that should change now, I love driving a car and now I want a car that I can have a little more fun on. What that means for me? Sporty it should definitely be. That is not because I want to stick to some PS numbers, but just a sporty, agile and if you want to be fast vehicle. And for me see r important: It has to sound good! The sound should just make a little smile on your face when starting. Please don’t get me wrong, I don’t want a loud roaring bowl as loud as possible. Also, you shouldn’t listen to me two streets away. It’s just about my personal driving pleasure. For example, for cars whose sound I like, at the very front the Golf 5 R32. Sound technically a dream in any case. But also 4 cylinders can sound reasonable. Here in the G If someone is standing next to me at the traffic light I like to put down the window. Also the small 500 Abarth surprises me again and again, especially with the Record Monza system. That would be my criteria for a new car: 4 seats would be nice, take someone with you. Automatic Sporty Good sound! Consumption is secondary, but it would be nice, of course, if the other maintenance costs are not extreme… My budget is about 15,000. In my research to date, full-bodied vehicles have fallen into my eye: Golf R32. If my current wish car were. If I’m quite honest, it might be a bit too expensive. In the purchase maybe still possible (15-16k € as far as I can see) but then also in the maintenance not so cheap. Golf 5 was not the most beautiful golf, as R32 I like it anyway. A3 8P 3.2 Has the same engine as the R32 as far as I know, but is not so sporty and hoe Unfortunately I don’t like it so much either. As far as I can see you can get something nice out of the car with another exhaust system. I like it better optically and is one corner cheaper (12-14k€). Polo 5 GTI. A little smaller than the others but I like it visually. Here you get for 14-16k€ quite new cars with little KM and good equipment. Is certainly also very fun with its 180hp and small size! Unfortunately from home sounds rather boring, from the what I’ve seen so far. I’m not sure what you can do there. E46 3 Series Coupe with 6 cylinder engine. I’ve always loved it. They’re a little older but much cheaper. Here you get something for 6-8k€. Here you might also do something subtle about the sound but otherwise you get a lot of car for your money, as I see it. Unfortunately, the maintenance seems very expensive, especially in the insurance. I also have a bit of concerns about the “advanced A” lters”. Fiat 500 Abarth. Is it still needed just above my budget and if I want to buy it really needed? Would maybe still be an option for a new car… But rather not. Do you still have ideas? Thank you!

  • Set ATU Spin B05 compression?

Hello community. My spin B05 BJ.2006 has power loss, as soon as I want to give gas, the speed goes down very low. As if it is choking off immediately. Yes it is called wheelbarrow^^ The spin now has more than 37,000 KM down. New cylinder is 4500 KM old. Carburettor I have changed several times but without success Only from 30-35 KMh it comes into motion. The spin drives on incl. approx. 52 KMh…LOL distance ring no longer in… no lockup but at 52 KMh is over! Neighbor is policeman and checked it for me and everything is fine. I suspect that the compression has to be adjusted. But how do you do that and especially where?I checked: Carburettor: Is clean and nozzles also. Air filter: quite new and OK. Benzine hose: is new.Benzine pump: Is healing.Benzine filter: Is only 3000KM old…without dirt. Krummer has been cleaned with a long bottle brush. Stainless steel exhaust is 12,000 KM old and still ok. (No rapping) Someone knows how to use the compress ion adjusts or is there something else that I should check? LG Celestis PS: Colleagues suspect the membrane but how to clean without completely disassembly?

  • Optimum vehicle maintenance

I have washed my car so far and waxed every 2 to 3 months afterwards with a Sonax 1. I did not do any further care, so far I thought it would be optimal and I didn’t need to do it anymore. I took it as given that it was not as optimal as the paint looked. But after I looked in here several times in this forum, I think you can do better and long-lasting care. Now I also have time for it. Can someone v What do you think about the Sonax there is better? What is this doughnut? What do you need this for? I would be very grateful for a piece of advice.

  • New cars in washing machine

Hello, for 2 weeks I have been the proud owner of a new Audi A4 Avant. Unfortunately, I can’t always wash my cars by hand. Therefore, the question arises whether there is a time limit for new cars, in which one should not drive through the washing machine. Thank you in advance for your answers! Greeting Alex

  • Voltage regulator defective ???

Hello, MBK Doodo 125 this morning no start possible, only calck, clack, clack. Battery completely discharge. Voltage approx. 8.4V Expanded, oh shock all cells almost empty !!! Dest. Water filled up and hung to the charger. Rescue attempt. After a few hours of voltage again Ok. 13.2 V battery built in, started and voltage measured with running motor. Hammer, 19.2 Volt then switched on with light still 18,0 V Much too much voltage that increases when giving gas still something. Is this now due to the voltage regulator or is there any other fault causer ???? Who knows each other from ? Greetings

  • Chevrolet Blazer 6.2D – engine has no power

Hello together, I just signed up here, because I already have the first bigger problem with my newly acquired K5 Blazer and hope that you can help me. The Blazer has since today almost no more power. It started so that he went out at the traffic light from time to time, which I pushed to the idle speed. Since today, however, he goes out on the one hand in the stand constantly and also has almost no more power. In the stand, with increased Ga s, he runs completely calmly and turns up nice. But as soon as a gear is inserted, the car moves only very slowly from the spot. I feel that he completely lacks the power as soon as a gear is in it. This morning I noticed the power loss for the first time, but the blazer was still perfectly mobile. During the day/driving the condition has deteriorated so that I can no longer drive on the road with it, as he felt up to 50km/h half a Stu I hope you can help me. Thank you so much Chuck
