  • RS 450 no spark

    Hello, last week wanted to leave my scooter again after the winter break. He unfortunately no longer starts. At the carburetor petrol arrives, the carburetor itself looks good. I changed the spark plug on suspected, unfortunately also had no success. Wanted to test if sparks come from the spark plug. I screwed the spark plug out and put it on the metal where the valves are located. If I press the e-starter no spark is watching. I do something wrong or where It can be there that no ignition spark comes. Battery has been charged before.

    A hearty Moin Moin men! Well, I have a huge problem and a lapalia…. To the huge Prob: My Leggy has been out for 2 months and doesn’t seem to be quite dense…. the water already ran down the windows from the inside. I have clappy seats and some mold on the floor mats… Can I do anything else except always ride with full heating? Is it bad with other possibilities in the weather… dehumidifier or something? The other thing is: It has been standing since April last year, the battery was unloaded for quite a long time. It only starts with a start-up aid. After 30km drive and engine off, I can immediately get the cables out of the trunk. The battery is only a little over a year old. How likely is it that it is scrap metal? Can not drive itself at the moment because the FS was removed.
