  • Motorcycle for big people

Hey, I just made my A2 driver’s license and am looking for a motorcycle. I’m basically looking for a lightweight compact motorcycle. The problem is that I’m 188cm tall and therefore somewhat limited in my selection. My question:Can anyone recommend a lightweight, compact and “not enduro” motorcycle for big people (188cm)? I’d be very grateful for any advice as I can’t normally take more than pro-owned because often no throttled versions are available si Thank you in advance!

  • Where to practise legally without a driver’s license?

Hello in the round, I have to make the driver’s license and that is class A. The question is: where can I legally drive with my machine (which I already have)? The classic would be on Sundays in a parking lot. But in fact, this is still public road traffic and therefore forbidden. The next training place is 2 driving hours away in driving costs. What can I guess? The background is: I had never sat in a driver’s seat in the driving licence class B before and It took countless driving hours until I could move the car straight ahead at all. I wanted to save it this time and rather invest it in other things. In principle, I have no previous knowledge. I ride a lot of bikes and know that the front brake is more effective than the rear and motorists do not see one in principle. In addition, I drove on fields with a small bike at a young age, but that’s all. I absolutely want to avoid that the driving lesson he spends the first 3 hours explaining where the motorcycle is at the front and back. PS: am I in the right forum/subforum?

  • Car financing with guarantor, default insurance and rate protection insurance

Hello, I would need your help to understand a situation. An extensive acquaintance told me that he (in Jan. d.J.) financed his vehicle 60% over a house bank of the car dealership for 24 months. The bank demanded a guarantee declaration of a guarantor, the conclusion of a installment insurance and-> a default insurance in case the guarantor should become insolvent. Burge is the non-working wife!!!!! At the former I became stubborn, at The latter was very noisy. I became stunned, since the person concerned is generally known as financially well equipped and the new car value was less than 90,000.- Euro. (i.e. nearly 60,000.- Eur. financed by the bank) and I know the legal situation with guarantors without own income. Hellhörig, since I know default insurances (e.g. debt default Vers.) only from the commercial sector so far. Now my questions: Is there any guarantee-insurance for private individuals, which can be applied to a private installment loan here: car financing? Is this three-fold credit protection in practice actually and more often? I already consider a installment insurance (in the event of an existing accident and risk LV) as superfluous as a crop. Anything else would make me very, very questioning. Thank you for your advice from the asphalt hopper

  • Oil even refill with climate condensator replace?

Hello together, I have to change the air condenser+dryer on my A3 in the next few days because of leaks. The system was evacuated in the workshop, then compressed air was filled in to find the leak. Now I have the following problem: I could get the air conditioning from a friend (legally) free of charge after the repair outside the workshop, but only the refrigerant and not the oil. How can I refill it myself? d Repair is lost oil, due to the repair probably so 20%. But how much before was lost during evacuation approx.? Can I just tip the new oil before the installation into the capacitor? Or is there a filling screw or similar somewhere on the system? Do it right (before filling the oil with the refrigerant mix) unfortunately does not work, and in the workshop I do not want to get the KM free of charge. Thanks for any help!

  • Let me pay you VAT?

Moin The question probably came up here many times and therefore I already ask for an apology that I do not take the search. But damn… what do you give for keywords? Now to the question. I recently drove someone into the car. Estimate approx. 1200,- € and got the money from the opposing verse.. I had the damage corrected yesterday and this at a cheaper price, since 2 parts could be repaired by polishing and not repainted So the bill is lower. Now my workshop man said that I can get the VAT paid from the verse if I send the bill there. But I have a little “fear” that the verse opens a barrel because of the cheaper bill. Does that make it? Or does it pay the VAT, no matter what difference between the estimate and the actual bill? Thank you! Best regards

  • Two-stroke oil as additive in combination with AdBlue

Moin dear municipality, at the time of my last diesel (330D, driven until 2009) it was usual to give 250ml of “meat-in” two-stroke oil to each tank filling. The advantage was a lubrication of injectors and other fuel-side components. In addition, the engine should remain cleaner. The oil mixed with the diesel and no longer demixed, so it has always been used evenly with the diesel. The running culture was noticeably better, the mot or sounded healthier… Actually, I would like to handle this again with my current one, but I am uncertain about the slightly higher combustion temperatures and the use of AdBlue today. The current car has the Euronorm 6 in conjunction with an AdBlue tank, which is freely accessible. Is there someone here deeper in the matter and can tell me if there is still an advantage to hope for here, or do I rather destroy everything in connection with the new exhaust technology? Thanks from the Spiesel

  • Screw compressor for private use?

Hello together Is there someone here who operates a screw compressor privately? We have a sandblasting cabin in the hobby workshop and currently operate it with 2 piston compressors and 3 tanks. Compressed air network with copper pipes is available. But the two compressors are just running through. This is not going well in the long term. Therefore, the question whether it is possible to operate a screw compressor as a private person is affordable? 16A three-phase power connection is of course available.

  • Insurance question;-(

hello together, I got last fr. my new a4, everything great, also directly tore down the first 600km and was positively surprised that the sline suspension of my opinion is fantastic and not too hard! a really unsafe driving behaviour with strong braking maneuvers from high speeds and I really have to confirm! that’s really bad! but now to the actual question: after only one day the pitch had hit me. I was on the a3 of ffm rich In the middle, my front man climbed into the iron, made a stroller and drove over a plastic object in order not to touch it with the ripe ones. this so-called moved the plastic object an upswing, saw the part fly towards me, from evasive could be no talk at the speeds, at the traffic and the unexpected object. cool grill broken, scratcher on bumper and bonnet. who is to blame? who pays? I have the identification mark, his it was not what had come against me. was a well-kept 3er bmw cabrio newer design. is fully kasko insured, runs over the asl leasing! Greetings, rash82

  • Involuntary accident, and now?

Hello guys, had an accident with my Astra F (bj. 97, 1,6 i) the day before yesterday. Luckily I had no fault and the situation has already been settled. The problem is now that my car got quite something on the front right (e.g. fender, bumper, hood, headlights, turn signals, fog lights). See picture!!! I was still yesterday at my workshop of trust and they thought that this was probably an economic total damage and I probably only had the time value of the Cars get minus the residual value. In clear terms, this means for me that I get only little money, for which I never get such a great and well-kept car. Now I will go to the expert on Monday and fear that I suffer a real loss, although I am not responsible for the accident. Maybe someone can tell me how such an expert calculates the value of my car (purchase price or selling price?). The car is well cared for, just TÜ V new, climate, 117000 Km, electric windows, mirrors, metallic, aluminum wheels, etc.)! Maybe someone also has experiences with this and can tell me if the reperature really exceeds the value of the car. MFG David
