Hello Together, I just put the new Dension Apapter “Gateway Lite” into operation in the GP0. Works great. Compared to the Gateway 100 and 300 adapters, it does not show any titles (ID tags) in plain text, however, the display would not be displayed on the multimedia screen (ZAB) of the Phaeton anyway. The Gateway Lite still offers a USB socket, by means of enclosed SD adapters it can then also play the SD cards. I will probably still noise the IPOD Cradle against the nomal cable, would not want to drill my Phaeton yet. suddenly “feeling” increased consumption
Hello together, with my 3.0 TDI Bj 12/2004 I have for a few days the admitted subjective impression that my consumption especially when speeding up and starting up in the “online display” in astronomical heights fast. I am not currently traveling on long distances but nevertheless it seems kind of strange to me. For my feeling I drive no different than in the past, so no excessive acceleration or something like that and in the trunk I have not invited anything heavy and forgotten, sorry little joke on the edge Does ever know the problem or even a possible cause or do I just pretend to?? the search function I have already used but found nothing suitable. wish all-time nitter-free ride TOM

brown mud on the oil cover
Hello, I had an oil change before about 700 km. Yesterday after about 25 km of road I turned off my P. to make a short toilet break. ALs I came back and started, suddenly the engine control light went on – with the message: Error exhaust gas – workshop! Some restarts could not delete the error – therefore I think it is rather less an “electronic spinning”. What I still noticed is that I have brownish mud on the oil cover – although I left an oil change before about 700 km. In the previous 35,000 km I NIE, not once brownish mud on the oil cover. (btw. during the inspection 1L cooling water was refilled – until now it is still on MAX, no oil entry or similar. Therefore I think that the ZKD is in order, only right after the car just comes out of the inspection.) 1. What could be the error message? Particle filter, AG, differential pressure sensor etc.?

Free heating at GP2 / GP3 Navi.system RNS 810 ?!
Hello community! In the next few weeks it’s time: I get the successor for my GP 1. A GP3 will become. Now my question about the heater or the heater: This heater is installed with every Phaeton. With my new vehicle the heater is also listed in the equipment list. But now I have the “new” Navi.-System RNS 810. Is it also possible to unlock and operate it? The coding should be the same, but I also have the screen user interface in the new Navi as well as in the GP0 / GP1 ?! I have looked for an answer in the many posts, as well as several times this question in the relevant thread, but unfortunately found nothing / received no answer… Of course I hope that with this xth contribution I will not fall to anyone and wish a pleasant evening!

Radio Jazz broken?
Dear Forengemeinde, I have had a problem with my original radio for 2 days (Jazz 1.4 Bj. 2/2002). CD player is ok but the reception part spins. Loudspeakers remain silent and nothing could be adjusted (transmitters, frequencies, etc.) It was striking that “TP” flashed. I went into the lower settings (press on button 2 seconds) but tried all possibilities unsuccessfully. After the battery was disconnected, nothing went at first but then suddenly after 5 minutes I was able to re-set the stations and everything worked wonderfully. After about hours I started the car and the radio had the same error again. Does someone have similar experiences and how can the error be eliminated? If it should be a gross defect, do you have experiences with the exchange of the radio (distributors, costs etc) ? Thank you very much!

Volvo V40, 1.9 D Built 10/2003 Hello dear fellow contenders, I have a serious problem: The car attacks very strongly at cool temperatures and gets really moist inside. Where can water penetrate, where can processes be clogged? Exclusion procedure: – Automatic air conditioning in the summer at Bosch refreshes – Pollen filter new, leaves removed – no water in the trunk (mould dry), even in heavy rain the area around the third brake lamp remains dry – the car is standing in the underground garage at night, but at the evening start from the office I have to constantly wipe inside and, if necessary, to the right, because the windows are completely fogged – after a short drive the air conditioning shows effect and gets somewhat dry Please help me with hints on other posts (have searched the forum several times) or with good advice. . Volvo-Pro makes sense for priate customers without leasing (cash payment)?
Hello, is a Volvo Pro contract with maintenance/wear/repertures for an XC60 MJ 2012 useful? Running power: 13,000 km / year Running time: 5 years Costs of 1000€/year and ultimately around 500€ for the 5 years come together. Normally it would be 5 inspections a 400€ [2000€] and 1000€ for the nromal Pro connection guarantee – thus maximum 3000€. Can the Pro contract be terminated prematurely (so let’s say after one or two years) without financial disadvantages if you sold the vehicle and bought a new Volvo again? How are the experiences of the long-standing Volvo drivers – or would the normal Volvo connection guarantee (limited to assemblies) be more useful?

Consumption S60 D3
Hello Together, for a month I have been the owner of a Volvo S60 D3 Momentum. It is a leasing back runner, BJ October 2010 almost 30000km on the clock. So far I am really totally satisfied…the best car I have had so far. Processing, operation, driving comfort……just everything first cream. Only when I was filling up for the first time today my joy was a bit clouded. Consumption according to on-board computer at almost 700 km 6.5l/100km, as far as I thought so well. However, it is calculated 7.5l/100km!!! I am aware that this engine never reaches the consumption values from the data sheet, but with such a consumption I definitely did not expect. Just because I drive almost exclusively land road with Tempomat at 90-100km/h. As I do speed up and then turn it up and let it roll. I don’t even want to imagine how much of the swallows if I give him the spores properly. How do you see your consumption values (calculated and on-board computer). Bzw. How and when do you switch? Should I call to the consumer when consumption remains so high with Alex’s greeting profile.

Volvo V70 which D4 engine?
Hello everyone, Would like to buy me a young V70 with diesel, km up to max 50,000. In my price region there are some V70 on the one hand with 163ps with 6-speed automatic, on the other hand with the nine D4 with 181ps with 8speed automatic. The new four-cylinder with automatic should be “superior” according to all the reports I have seen so far. What combination do you recommend or have experience. Black Edition equipment variant is offered more often. This is based on Kinetic. Does anyone have experience with this equipment? Look after full cabin. Thanks in advance!

Start Prevents Again Try
Hello, I have the following problem with the S 80 D5 Autom., about 47.000 km, almost 2 years old (so still warranty !), can someone give me a hint ? The car can sometimes (often) not let go. After switching on the ignition appears in the display the message “Retry again Start prevented”. I then sometimes have to try it several times (keys out-pure-Zündung on, then irnndwann the message extinguishes). That’s not bad so far, but annoying – and I am afraid that it will eventually not work at all. The workshop has no solution yet, the error memory shows no error after reading out. Have had already had the same problem with the second key already, so it can not be on the transponder in the key. I can only imagine that it is connected with the immobilizer. Has someone already made the experience ? Otherwise I let everything to run the warranty time again, i.e. u.a. now replace the left door rubber, after the right already one year was due (miese quality, do not keep the D vu with perfect , but try the automatic again).
