  • easylink Energy-Info ZOE

Hello, we got our new Zoe on Friday. We have the first charge now also behind us. Now I wanted to have the energy info displayed. Unfortunately I can’t find the button Energy Info in the easylink. According to the instructions this should be under vehicle information. There is only the circulating air operation… otherwise nothing. Am I only unable, or is the service not activated? Another short question about myrenault: Will the connected charging power of the charging station be displayed somewhere? Does anyone have an idea? To the Fzg. INTENSE R135 With easylink and the large display. Thank you

  • Zoe Purchase Decision

Hi guys, I’m just about to decide to buy a new Zoe with 50KW battery. First I wanted the one with 135hp but the dealer said that there was hardly a noticeable difference to the 110hp. He moves away a little faster at the beginning, but you would hardly notice that and only when you get in full. So I’m not sure anymore. If that would be the case, of course, I would like the weaker one better because he is a little cheaper. Has someone ever tested both models or can tell me something about it? And what’s the advantage when renting a battery or buying? The dealer only has a few battery purchase models in stock and he wants to bring them to the man, so his arguments are one-sided.

  • New Zoe Z.E. – Quiet grinding noise outside?

Hello, our new Zoe has been there for a good two weeks and is whispering. But now I was standing next to the vehicle for the first time, while it was driving slowly, and I noticed a kind of grinding noise. It wasn’t the pedestrian signal below 30 km/h, that was disabled. The noise of such a vehicle is still new ground for me, but can such a subtle grinding noise be normal? You can also hear it as a driver, but only with an open window and when you drive by next to a sound-reflecting wall or a parked vehicle. How is that with your Zoe, is there something similar to that? The car has only 415 km down now and I think I remember that I had noticed this with an open window the day one before.

  • Wheels for winter tyres

Hello together, We ordered last week a Renault Zoe Experience R110 Z.E.50 and hope this was the right decision…. The car is expected to be delivered in early January. Looking for winter tyres we repeatedly stumble over the question about HSN and TSN, unfortunately the new Zoe is not listed at any tyre dealer, whether online or offline, and we always find the “old” Zoe. Can someone call me HSNn and TSN for the ordered vehicle? Would be great if someone could help me here. [Transferred from engine talk from the topic ‘HSN/TSN Renault Zoe 2 new car order’.]

  • Leather and cockpit care

Good evening, the topic has been discussed here a thousand times, but I ask again My GTI is now soon 2 years old and I would like to take care of the leather nicely! Actually the leather is still great, only where you constantly roam over, so the seat edge (left) from the driving seat is slowly spangled (abuse) What do you take so that the leather looks nice again, so dull, not spangled !!!! I don’t want to try some hardware store – crap that spoils the leather I always wipe the leather and cockpit carefully (without cleaning agents)? What can you take for the cockpit? I don’t want to be so hardware store – crap that somehow smells and where everything looks so spangled!!!

  • Crackling seats

Moin love Volvo friends, so I have to say I really like my S60 from 2005. He has only 142,000 km down and is all around in a good condition for a 16 year old car. Only one thing really goes on my cookie and clouds my joy at the car now: the seats crack! Above all the passenger seat, but since the latest also the driver seat a little. I have tried with the full leather sports seats already by now all possible seat settings. Whether at the top or at the bottom, at the front or at the back, they crack at load displacement. So speak in curves. It sounds like a metallic snap or a cracking stop. Sometimes several times per curve. It is also noticeable. I have the feeling it comes from the tracks. If necessary I can also try to record the whole thing by video. I have already completely removed the passenger seat and again installed it and paid attention to the fact that everything is properly tightened. Does not help. Does anyone know this problem and/or has ideas what could be done there? I would really be grateful for tips, since this condition has never been upgraded to me.

  • Volvo S60 speedometer failure!!

Hello dear Volvo driver! The speedometer of my S60 has failed and was only at the beginning of the Bosch service. But the specialists unfortunately did not get it there. As a result I was at the speedometer service and there the repair was very expensive, because the specialists at Bosch have damaged it! (processor at the board was damaged). In addition, that also it can not be assured that the speedometer is running again! Also a new speedometer is very expensive according to Volvo! I wanted to ask if you can buy a used one, or if it is possible at all! I asked Volvo if you can learn a used speedometer on another car, but they could not answer me either. Does anyone happen to be able to do this? I need your help people because it is possible without speedometer GURNICHT! Thank me now for your answers Volvo S60 Bj. 2002 2.4 D 131 PS

  • V70II D5 New front brakes

Dear community, I will soon have to renew the brakes on the front axle and am just looking for material around. Now there are at Scandix punched discs by Zimmermann in the offer for approx. 50€. Up to now, Zimmermnn as brake manufacturer was no concept for me. Is that something neat? I don’t want to save on it. Which coverings fit well to it? Besides, I think about installing new brake calipers right away, because I sometimes hear a Schelifen from the beginning. Now there are also repair kits, has the sense and if someone has a nice instruction? Vida has nothing.

  • A3 8L boxes run out after a short time, not reproducible

Hey guys, hope you can bring light into the dark. I have A3 8L Bj. 99 with Bose equipment Since recently my boxes have been virtually out. Radio is still active/can be operated. Nothing comes from the boxes. Sub/ power stage (not sure what) [left in the trunk behind the cover] give a permanent clapping again similar to the flasher noise, I turn on the volume button changes for the moment of turning the interval. For the first time it was Saturday. Yesterday, too. Together with both rides that was up to a stop with ignition, the radio was not on. Today, however, he also didn’t want to work right after the start. Yesterday evening, when I turned it off, it worked without any problems. Currently, I can neither reproduce nor fix the problem, you hope you have a solution ready. If it helps, I can also try to record the noise. Thanks already!

  • Connection power amplifier to RNS 315

Hello to each other! I have a Caddy Maxi with Radio-Navi RNS 315. Since I consider the sound to be quite worthy of improvement, I would like to connect an external power amplifier. My questions: 1. Does the RNS 315 Cinch outputs? Lt. of the few photos that I could ergoogle in the internet, there is no Cinch port available, but it is always written that an external power amplifier can be connected. Does anyone have any experience there? 2. If an external power amplifier is connected, then the internal power amplifier is muted, or can you use the existing speakers? I would like to run the front speakers directly over the RNS 315 and install a small subwoofer with two satellite boxes in the rear. For hints already a thousand thanks! Langelotte
