  • Realistic consumption of an XC60 D4 / V60 D4 (FWD – MJ 2014 with 181hp)

Hello, could a proud owner of an XC60 D4 FWD and/or a V60 D4 FWD (model year 2014 with 181hp) write to me, which is a realistic consumption value for these vehicles. The consumptions listed in the documents would be far too nice to be reasonably true. Usually here is always a bit measured by reality (without light, without climate, without radio, light running tires,…)… Thank you already in advance! Greetings Mirko

  • V60 Recharge – no connection leasing possible ?!

Hello all, I have leased a V60 Recharge for 3 years. in December 2023 he would have to go back. The dealer/seller has already informed me about it. Since I will have significantly less KM than originally agreed, I have asked the seller for an FINAL LEASING for 1 year. Answer: That is not possible and I can buy the car out or finance it with closing rate. A) someone already had a similar situation that connection leasing was denied ? B) what would you do ? In fact finance or lease a new car at the dealer ? After a first milk girl bill a financing would be about 250,- EUR more expensive than my currently leasing rate. Currently the car has about 26,000km Bin looking for opinions…

  • 4. Advent, Christmas, New Year

Good evening people, would like to use my 2000th contribution to wish you and your families a beautiful 4th Advent, a wonderful restful Christmas and a good slide into 2011. Our all beloved Volvo V40 / S40 comes into its years, in which it is either retired or comes as an inflated T4 200 hp racing car. The prices have fallen partly below the 1K Euro limit, which has affected the driver’s crew. The questions about M3 exterior mirrors, sports exhaust, steam wheel tuning and “multi-car value is” audio equipment have increased. This year, despite another accident-free year, my insurance premium has risen, which will probably continue to do. In this sense, Solong B PS: The V40 was and remains a classic, a feast for all the Volvo lovers: It should not take anyone the above lines personally, let alone a discussion about the written one. Just wanted to report my main greetings and greetings.

  • A pen against fixed doors!

Hello dear elk! I recently saw something super great in a channel on German television! You buy a fat lipstick for the cold season in the supermarket. If it is possible, it should be nice and wide for big lips. Now it is still cremated in the parking lot of the super brand, all the rubbers of the doors and rams of the V40 with this lipstick. Very important, it must be in the day and in the night plus degrees, otherwise the lipstick does not help! If it gets cold again, so below zero you get all doors open. Is a great thing and saves money. When the door seals tear, it costs really money. Nice greetings from DOS6.2

  • Maintenance tasks per service

Hello I am looking for an overview of what you can see the work to be done and the checks to be carried out in each periodic service. It is not the same whether you drive at 20’000 km or at 100’000 km. I would like to see when the big services come, with works such as V-belts change, drive chain etc. I would be very happy if there was a list as PDF. It is a XC60 T8 Inscription model 2019 First-time solution 2018. Please look forward to a support!

  • V70 Drive – Turbo broken

Hello, I have a V70 drive since 02/2010. In April 2011 (23,000 km) suddenly a whistle was heard while taking the gas, apparently turbo broken, turbo changed on warranty and whistles was gone. Now (35,000 km) occasionally the same whistle appears again. Last Friday the car was therefore in the workshop, today came a call from the dealer. After consultation with Volvo the diagnosis is to change turbo again, should be done in 2 weeks. Does anyone know the problem or shows up more often (according to my dealer they have never had this before, neither with the V70 nor with the other models) ? From February the guarantee is over, I then have no desire to have the turbo replaced at 6-month intervals. How would you approach the topic, has someone from Kulanz already received a warranty extension to a certain part? Thanks in advance for all the answers.

  • Purchase advice : S80 3.2 AWD

First of all, a friendly Hej in the round, I’ve been driving a Saab 9-5 2.3T limousine for 10 years now. Due to the sad economic situation of my brand, I’m going to have to find another brand in the future! And since there’s no combo in question for me, I’ve become aware of the S80II. After I didn’t like the first version at all, I’m very impressed by the timeless elegance of the current version. Now I have no experience with Volvo at all. Therefore, I would like to give me some help. To make it quite concrete: I’ve taken a S80II 3.2 AWD into consideration, MY09. What about the experiences with the machine so far. What consumption values can be achieved in this configuration (automatik, all-wheel). My Saab Turbo is very reasonable, in the summer as well as in the winter, I’m driving at 8,5-9,0 liters, and on the BAB also i.d.R. only a travel tempo of 160 km/h Zug. I’m really good at the Retrigger, I’s over 180 km/over.

  • V60 with 2 mobile phones: Bluetooth does not connect automatically

Hello people! I have the following problem: Our V60 is used alternately by my wife and myself, I have a Windows Phone (Samsung Omnia 7) my wife has an Android (Samsung Galaxy). The Bluetooth connection works perfectly in itself, if the device is connected once. The only problem is that I have to make the connection manually every time my wife has driven the car before, and was connected to her mobile phone. My V60 is searching nicely for “previously connected devices”, but finds nothing. I have to go into the Sensus menu myself and select my Omnia 7 from the list, then it is perfectly connected. Of course Bluetooth is activated on the mobile phones, but that’s also true. I can’t find any other adjustment options that you can so google (hook at “authorized connection” etc.). Meanwhile, it’s very annoying already when I forgot to connect again and when the ride is called. Either you don’t answer or you have a security problem… Does someone have a different idea than to take away my wife’s mobile phone?

  • Purchase advice Volvo C30 2.0D

Hello Volvo municipality I come from another camp, but a friend of mine would like to buy a C30 2.D, because he is so excited about his father’s Volvo S40. I would like to show you the offer we have been looking for and hope you can help me with something about the price, equipment and quality of the C30 in general. It’s about this offer: http://www.autoscout24.de/Details.aspx?id=v3aesk31jzd4 Short to the driving profile: He drives about 90km (45 per track) daily to work. Of this a large share highway. We live on the country and on the WE mainly land road is driven. The engine does not have to be a rocket, but should also have enough reserves. Very important to him is good light, the offer has Bi-Xenon as well as good quality in the interior. (Not like my golf, where everything wobbles and claps.) Thanks in advance for your answers.
