  • Radio exchange in Aveo! small assistance

Hello Aveo owner, since I have read the question of how to expand the original radio somewhere the other day, I want to let you share a found solution Quote: You need to pry between the top of the climate control panel and the bottom of the radio trim with a flat scratchdriver to loose the trim around the radio enough to grave it and gently pull it off with your hands. The only problem I have had is that AM does not come in at all with the new antenna adaptor. I have tried it with 2 different radios and still no luck. FM is fine. Let’s call it: You have to chisel between the climate control panel and the bottom part of the radio with a flat screwdriver to loosen the frame too far enough, so that you can then carefully pull the radio out. There is nothing so far about screws…… Greetings and reports if it worked, if someone wants to try it Silvio

  • RX 400h

Could already make a meaningful experience? I drove the RX 400h 200 km to the test. The drive concept convinced me. – At least in urban operation, rural road and on the highway in traffic jam. Unfortunately, it does not look in accordance with the price (61,700 EU) . Heating is also not available. Leasing offer: 36Mo/15.oookm p.a. 850,– plus VAT. at 48 Mo. 750,– plus VAT. The competitor means for me: ML 320 CDI costs – with my desired extras – about 10,000,– EURO who If this sum is the “h” value to me?

  • Tire pressure depends on the speed?

Hello guys, now I’ve been driving a car for a few years, but I’ve never read that the tyre pressure depends on the speed to be driven?! So far I’ve only known the difference between loading and loading. Is that now only with Toyota either way or with other manufacturers? Thanks already for your answers. Greetings Akki

  • Suzuki Ignis Allgrip or Suzuki Swift Allgrip?

I greet you, Suzuki municipality, I am new here! I come from the mountainous and snowy Tyrol, in the future I will drive more mountain roads up to about 1500m and deal with the purchase of a small four-wheeled vehicle, I don’t like Panda and the Dacia Duster is too big for me and many others are too big and too expensive for me. I then got stuck with the two small Suzukis (Ignis and Swift), especially because this brand has decades of experience with Allr I like the Swift optically better, but the Ignis also has style. They are almost the same in price anyway, at least in the brochures. Now my amateur question, I’ve never driven an all-wheel drive: Are there any differences in the four-wheel drive systems of both vehicles? Thank you in advance for your answers, dear greetings from Tyrol by wettertaft

  • TÜV at the MB branch?

my car is already 3 years old these days and is therefore due for the technical main and exhaust gas examination. Also the Ndl, where I bought it, assyst-moderately wait and to which I maintain a fair customer relationship for many years, felt obviously obliged to point out to me the upcoming event. Incidentally in these days also a ‘big’ Assyst (‘B’ at CL203) at about 98 tkm is approaching. With previous vehicles I have the main and exhaust gas search and was sometimes also grateful for the sparse tips from an independent neutral. So the question arises whether I should have the TÜV done for the first time together with the Assyst by MB-Ndl. Do they give me the badge for the next 2 years? Do you want the TÜV to do the examination in about (+/- 10%) as much as the TÜV? What do you have for experience with the TÜV at MB? Thanks in advance nebumosis

  • Which one is better? Defender or G-Model

Hello, maybe one of you can help me. I have been thinking about fulfilling a boy’s dream for a long time. My own off-road car. My two favourites are G-model and Defender. (Always a diesel is clear) I would not only want to drive the vehicle on the road, but also on the terrain, on the various tracks specially opened for it. However, I would also like to do some individual holidays with it.(Norway, Iceland…) What of course not to be missed is the everyday fitness, because I can unfortunately not afford the luxury to put this vehicle on the yard as a “toy”. So, and since I am completely un licked in this area, I thought, I ask someone who knows about it. The best would be someone who had both vehicles before and could report something from his own experience. (I care about the information from someone who is not interested in a car too) Achso, I thought of course to get a good used car. I am only the G-model so far, whereby I noticed clearly the easier operation of the clutch compared to the Defender. Thank you for your support Quarter
