Mazda Rx-8, engine broken
he people, my brother bought an almost new Rx-8 last year. He has only 65,000km down so far. So pretty little. Last week he wanted to leave, but he didn’t jump. First guess was the starter because the problem has occurred before. The workshop has determined after a long check that the engine is probably in the ass. By checking the compression pressure it has been determined that it is much too low. And since it is supposedly nothing more reparie The engine should then be removed and sent to Mazda to look for the errors. This is supposed to be the first engine damage of a Rx-8. Is it probably a risk what Mazda took with the Wankelmotor????? You can’t really complain about it. You can drive it really well. Apart from the oil consumption and with faster driving mode the Spritver needs. Otherwise the is actually really top. Greetings susi

Have 2 problems on the NB. Dzm + roof
Hello, I bought a 02/2000 NB, with 103kw and have 2 problems. Problem No1. Reversing speed meter does not work, it stands on zero. Problem No2. Deck locks are probably not so good anymore, I can open the roof without pressing the buttons. Can someone send me a link to order from these locks? Problem No.3. I am looking for rear lights and no clear glass but I just can’t find anything. I would also take those from the NBFL, but I don’t know. whether they fit and where I get them cheap. Thanks Andy

Keep looking at Mercedes with a fog lamp, what’s that?
Moin you Benz driver! Have just a little question. Recently I have been looking at Mercedes, which only have the left fog lamp on. At first I thought the right one is just broken, but I have noticed that by now too often than one could still conclude for a defect. So explain me, what is it? Such a kind of cornering light?

Bought shit…
A few days ago I bought a 156 and fulfilled a dream with it. However, this initial enthusiasm of some “macks” is properly clouded. It is clear to me that a used car can not have a condition like a new car, but I’m still angry about a few things: *The airbag lamp burns continuously. (Already been a problem during test drive, but with vehicle delivery everything is OK and according to the attached invoice also passed through checkt.) *Sometimes the bee does not accept the gas after a cold start and runs restless in the stand. (especially embarrassing when starting at the intersection…) *Oil loss Would be very happy about help! Thank you already in advance and everyone here a good slide into the year 2005!

18” Possible? Harmful?
I’m just thinking about bigger rims and there 17” are just one tick bigger I thought about 18”s. Are they going to go to the V6 with sports suspension? What do I have to do if necessary? How hard does the Alfa get? What kind of tyres do I need (225/?). Then the question: Do 225 tyres fit my 16” rim?

Air conditioning without function
Hello My air conditioning doesn’t work anymore. I was in my contract workshop and they filled them up because the gas might have evaporated. Didn’t bring anything. A friend of mine is a budding mechanic, so don’t know how to do it yet, do you have a few tips where to start looking?

I have just looked at TN ́s homepage again, want to see what his great Uno does. And look, he has finally updated his page again.. There you can finally see how good a Fiat is holding, which is not heated in the daily city crowd and short distance operation but just gets its maintenance regularly and otherwise only a lot is driven. http://www.tn-tn.de/auto/auto.php Impressive compression diagram for a 1.4 engine with over 380.000km… To not here just talking about Macking at Fiats

Help!! Fiat Punto – Good choice???
I need a car as soon as possible and have now discovered a Fiat Punto (not the new model) occasion in my price range. Now, however, I am advised not to buy a Fiat from various sides. Reasons: 1. frequent oil loss 2. he rusts quickly 3. electronic problems etc… However, I also read again that this is not true. Can someone help me and give me any tips???
