  • Investments 2002 ….. Survey at the Volvo Forum

Investments 2002 Volvo Forum Hello, I’m not curious, but since I always want to know everything, I wanted to ask you what you invested so much in your cars in 2002. Has someone still kept track of how much that might have been. It’s about the part and maintenance effort. Not about buying a new or used car! What it was, you can write about it in contributions. So, a new radio system, brake pads, exhaust ……. All it good for the year 2003 Jo

  • question window lifter

hi now the driver window can be closed by overcoming a pressure point without pressing the button further. this can be done with me, v70 mj03, unfortunately only on the driver side. now the question – is that normal? why doesn’t it spark with the other windows, if there is an effective lock protection on the windows – already tried *s*

  • Volvo Audio in the Jaguar

Bonjour à tous, Still enthusiastic about my S60 (only occasionally a pity that I did not choose Hellbeige interiör !), I discussed the topic of audio with a German buddy. He works at Ford AG in Cologne in a department that is responsible for developing the audio claims for Ford cars. Some facts : – A speaker in our S60 costs 8 times as much as the one in the Mondeo. – Hu-603 (my choice) is a further development of a team of 50 (!) Ingeniors in Sweden based on an ALPINE Luksus system. – At Ford are zb 5 Ing. in the department ! -Because Volvo is very well versed in car audio, Ford AG has made the decision to install Volvo Audio in the latest Jaguar models in a short time. Sometimes Carmina Burana tries to enjoy with max. volume in your S60. Pure experience ! There is the subwoofer almost as good as at home (Home Cinema freak I am also) A bientôt,

  • EQE 43 AMG Range Problem

Hello together. I have taken over my EQE 43. Currently I have the problem that I need 50% SOC for 100 km. And no. I don’t always drive full throttle ;-). I used at 104 km and an average of 23.4 kW/h 50%. It also charges 35% SoC with 11kW within an hour. Does anyone know this problem? This is either bad with the battery management? Maybe it releases only 50% of the battery capacity or the battery is defective. ler, but maybe someone already has experience. In 10 days I would like to go on holiday, however, this with 200 km range is a problem. Thank you. Greetings in the round

  • Mercedes me Fahrtenbuch

Does someone from you have the travel book in active use and since at least last weekend also no access to the service via the app? In the EQS Facebook group there are already some reports about it. Unfortunately is not a trivial problem, because the German tax law has defined very clear rules for the travel book – keyword 7-day deadline. Of course the CAC team knows nothing about it, but is one still wondering about it?!

  • Problems with the battery (Lancia)

Hello people! I would have a problem (if it is one I don’t know): When I drive at night the battery lamp lights up all the time. But not so correctly (i.e. not like when the car is turned on). After some time it goes off slowly (it gets gaaaaanz slowly dunke). If I then put the turn signal, for example, the said light lights up again, and for that it “becomes” like the turn signal. It becomes brighter-dunker in the rhythm of the turn signaler…Comical thing. But it jumps to u without any problems. The battery is still relatively new and I only recently had the car completely checked out… What can that be? I am grateful for any help (even the most delusional ideas are welcome!)!

  • New Defender rims two-part AT – What rims can make out!

So far we have driven Audi SQ5 but from this short-lived, faceless SUV unit porridge I would like to leave. I had the old Defender that I still liked before, but honestly was too annoying in everyday life and long distance. The new one is exactly what we want, but with steel rims to East Block LADA-like and with the SUV rims to SUV-like what I don’t want exactly at the Defender. Now I have these two-part (exchangeable protective ring) AT rims https://www .youtube.com/watch?v=rAg5Ffb96g4 done! Are already configured mentally. This is what our Defender has to look like. But question: Which tyre size should I take best at 20 inches? And which tyre manufacturers? Do you think AT all-year tyres are now usable or still too bad at snow?

  • new MX-5 2009 facelift

hello, had an NB-FL from 2003 to 2007, but since there was no automatic back then I switched to Saab 9-3 cabrio, who has seen the new one for example in Paris Oct. 2008 ?

  • Mazda MX-5 Built 2008 Purchase decision

Hello all, I’m about to get a MX-5, but have a few doubts… I would have a 1.8 MZR with 126hp in view, first this is recommended or then the 2L consumption, durability engine?? then what does it look like with the fabric cover, is this really everyday, so wash road, what is it in winter and what does it look like with the cleaning?? and what else with the everyday suitability in general, so I do not make big n Purchases and would not need the place so much, but so in general with space, storage space in the interior, clear is a two-seater and convertible, but would interest me sometime?!! hope you can help me a little… Thank you in advance!!!

  • What’s going on?

Hyundai Tucson JM 2,0 / Gasoline / 2009 / 110,000 km For a few days I’ve heard a mechanical noise (similar to a ratcheting back bearing) as long as the engine hangs on the gas. If you walk away from the gas, the noise is gone. If you turn the engine up in a stand, there’s nothing to hear. Valve drive: Timing belts from crankshaft to outlet camshaft. A control chain connects inlet and outlet camshaft. Alternating interval of the timing belt is not yet reached. (Vehicle has dropped 110,000) or the automatic chain tensioner is slipping, I don’t think, because so far I have only heard control chains rattle when you went off the gas. However, these were all V6 engines that I had. Ideas? Can a turning or tensioning roller of the kerb belt cause such (load-dependent) noises? Or the Lima, servo pump or the climate compressor?
